对蓄电池建模方式进行探讨并采用等效电路法建模,对SOC的计算进行比较讨论后采用更加合理的算法,对蓄电池散热系统及热系统的键合图建模方法进行深入探讨,建立了散热系统的键合图模型。利用键合图建模方法的优势,将蓄电池等效电路的键合图模型和散热系统的键合图模型耦合在一起,建立了蓄电池系统的键合图模型,并由此导出数学模型,进一步建立仿真模型,实现了蓄电池的动态仿真,并与试验结果进行比较得到很好的效果。  相似文献

利用轮胎的模态参数直接对轮胎在水平路面上的滚动建立了便于解析计算的仿真模型。该模型可模拟轮胎稳态的滚动过程并可计算出不小同工况下的滚动特性、有效滚动半径、载荷与下沉量的关系以及印迹内变形和分布力。计算结果揭示了以往模型难以描述的微观现象,与以往文献的试验研究结果定性一致,充分显示了模型的合理性。  相似文献

在对轮胎垂直特性和稳态侧偏特性建模的基础上,利用由轮胎模态试验提取的试验模态参数建立了轮胎非稳态侧偏模型,该模型考虑了印迹的动态变形和胎宽的影响,对印迹进行离散化并初步计入了速度对非稳态性的影响,推导出侧向力和回正力矩关于侧向位移和摆动角的传递函数的解析公式,可以计算不同载荷下的非稳态特性,计算结果与文献中的试验结果相符,建模和计算结果说明利用试验模态参数可以方便地建立轮胎的非稳态特性,计算结果与  相似文献

为进行柴油机和增压系统的匹配,发展了一种模拟计算方法。该计算方法包括缸内工作过程的简化计算、进排气过程计算、柴油机的功率计算、增压系统计算等计算模块。对柴油机缸内过程的计算,采用定容定压循环代替实际循环。对增压系统的计算,是根据压气机特性图和涡轮特性图进行的。对J6110Z增压柴油机进行了模拟计算,模拟计算的结果与试验结果比较接近。  相似文献

在轮胎静生趣特怀建模的基础上,探讨了利用轮胎模态参数对轮胎纯侧偏特性的建模。通过侧向激振试验提取了轮胎的侧向模态参数并计算了轮胎在不同载荷下的偏离特性,计算结果与以往轮胎的试验结果具有很好的一致性。计算结果转化为无量纲形式并与经验模型进行了比较,建模和计算结果充分说明了模型的合理并显示了建模方法的优越性。  相似文献

本文用试验模态参数建立轮胎模型。通过对轮胎的和径向和切向激振试验获取模态参数,将地面对轮胎的作用当作输入。采用迭代算法计算了静态垂直特性,即垂直刚度、印迹长度及摩擦力在纵向的分布。然后计算了考虑轮胎预载的300Hz内的垂直振动特性。采用模态综合方向将车轮、悬架及车身组合成的一个系统,计算出了该系统的垂直振动特性。研究显示了这种方法的可靠性和优越性。  相似文献

基于LuGre摩擦模型的轮胎原地转向模型可表达不同轮胎刚度和载荷、不同输入频率、不同摩擦特性等工况下的回正力矩随转动角的变化关系,适于进行轮胎模型相关实时仿真运算及控制系统研究.讨论了该模型的建立过程和模型参数对轮胎转向特性的影响,进行了参数的辨识及模型仿真计算与试验结果的对比,结果表明二者有较好的一致性.  相似文献

本文提出一种自适应轮膜模型参数的简易测定方法,给出轮胎垂直振动动力学方程及相应的求解方法,并进行计算分析与试验测定。将分析结果与通常的点接触式模型相比较,对点接触式模型及本文所建立的自适应模型做了综合评价,结果表明,本模型的计算结果是令人满意的。  相似文献

键合图理论在分析电液复合系统中具有很大的优势。金属带式无级变速器(CVT)是一种理想的装备内燃机的车辆变速器。本文建立了无级变速器的液压系统模型,根据该模型给出了加速行驶和紧急制动工况下的键合图并建立了数学模型,对紧急制动过程进行了仿真。结果证明键合图对于电液复合系统是一种有效的分析方法。  相似文献

Bond graph modeling techniques are used to represent the normal mode dynamic behavior of uniform Bernoulli-Euler beams. The independent beam models are then coupled together to form a distributed system structure of arbitrary complexity. The resulting overall system bond graph is shown to yield the governing state equations in a straightforward manner. Then, through proper ordering of the equations, the normal modes and frequencies of the coupled system are easily obtained

This procedure is demonstrated for a vehicle A-frame structure. In addition, the bond graph model is modified to include primary and secondary suspension dynamics.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV) offer improved fuel efficiency compared to conventional vehicles at the expense of adding complexity and at times, reduced total power. As a result, HEV generally lack the dynamic performance that customers enjoy. To address this issue, the paper presents a HEV with electric All-Wheel-Drive capabilities via the use of torque vectoring electric rear axle drive (TVeRAD) to power the rear axle. The addition of TVeRAD to a front wheel drive HEV improves the total power output. To improve the handling characteristics of the vehicle, the TVeRAD provides torque vectoring at the rear axle. A bond graph model of the drivetrain is developed and used in co-simulation with CarSim. The paper proposes a control system which utilises control allocation to optimise tyre forces. The proposed control system is tested in the simulation environment with a high fidelity CarSim vehicle model. Simulation results show the control system is able to maximise vehicle longitudinal performance while avoiding tyre saturation on low mu surfaces. More importantly, the control system is able to track the desired yaw moment request on a high speed double lane change manoeuvre through the use of the TVeRAD to improve the handling characteristic of the vehicle.  相似文献

A precise estimation of vehicle velocities can be valuable for improving the performance of the vehicle dynamics control (VDC) system and this estimation relies heavily upon the accuracy of longitudinal and lateral tyre force calculation governed by the prediction of normal tyre forces. This paper presents a computational method based on the unscented Kalman filter (UKF) method to estimate both longitudinal and lateral velocities and develops a novel quasi-stationary method to predict normal tyre forces of heavy trucks on a sloping road. The vehicle dynamic model is constructed with a planar dynamic model combined with the Pacejka tyre model. The novel quasi-stationary method for predicting normal tyre forces is able to characterise the typical chassis configuration of the heavy trucks. The validation is conducted through comparing the predicted results with those simulated by the TruckSim and it has a good agreement between these results without compromising the convergence speed and stability.  相似文献

Variations in track temperature, surface conditions and layout have led tyre manufacturers to produce a range of rubber compounds for race events. Each compound has unique friction and durability characteristics. Efficient tyre management over a full race distance is a crucial component of a competitive race strategy. A minimum lap time optimal control calculation and a thermodynamic tyre wear model are used to establish optimal tyre warming and tyre usage strategies. Lap time sensitivities demonstrate that relatively small changes in control strategy can lead to significant reductions in the associated wear metrics. The illustrated methodology shows how vehicle setup parameters can be optimised for minimum tyre usage.  相似文献

综合运用流体动力润滑理论的能量守恒定律,提出了接地面部分溶化条件下冰面上汽车轮胎的摩擦力或牵引力的理论计算模型。证明了正常工作条件下,接地面上冰产生溶化的可能。对不同制动和驱动条件下轮胎摩擦力进行了计算,取得了同试验数据吻合很好的预测结果。并同已有预测模型进行了比较,比较结果表明:本文依据严格的润滑理论所推导出的冰面轮胎牵引力模型比其它已有理论模型更接近试验结果。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

It is well known that the tyre steering torque is highly dependent on the tyre rolling speed. In limited cases, i.e. parking manoeuvre, the steering torque approaches the maximum. With the increasing tyre speed, the steering torque decreased rapidly. Accurate modelling of the speed-dependent behaviour for the tyre steering torque is a key factor to calibrate the electric power steering (EPS) system and tune the handling performance of vehicles. However, no satisfactory theoretical model can be found in the existing literature to explain this phenomenon. This paper proposes a new theoretical framework to model this important tyre behaviour, which includes three key factors: (1) tyre three-dimensional transient rolling kinematics with turn-slip; (2) dynamical force and moment generation; and (3) the mixed Lagrange–Euler method for contact deformation solving. A nonlinear finite-element code has been developed to implement the proposed approach. It can be found that the main mechanism for the speed-dependent steering torque is due to turn-slip-related kinematics. This paper provides a theory to explain the complex mechanism of the tyre steering torque generation, which helps to understand the speed-dependent tyre steering torque, tyre road feeling and EPS calibration.  相似文献

Vehicle dynamics control (VDC) systems require information about system variables, which cannot be directly measured, e.g. the wheel slip or the vehicle side-slip angle. This paper presents a new concept for the vehicle state estimation under the assumption that the vehicle is equipped with the standard VDC sensors. It is proposed to utilise an unscented Kalman filter for estimation purposes, since it is based on a numerically efficient nonlinear stochastic estimation technique. A planar two-track model is combined with the empiric Magic Formula in order to describe the vehicle and tyre behaviour. Moreover, an advanced vertical tyre load calculation method is developed that additionally considers the vertical tyre stiffness and increases the estimation accuracy. Experimental tests show good accuracy and robustness of the designed vehicle state estimation concept.  相似文献

The tyre friction model is a key part of the overall multi-body tyre dynamics model. The LuGre dynamic tyre friction model is analytically linearised for pure cornering conditions. The linearised model parameters are conveniently expressed as functions of static curve slope parameters. The linearised lateral force and self-aligning torque submodels are described by equivalent mechanical systems. The linearised model and equivalent system parameters are analysed for different slip angle and wheel centre speed operating points. An example of the application of linearised tyre friction model to tyre vibration analysis is presented as well.  相似文献
