液压气门间隙调节器研究中的泄沉试验方法 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
利用泄沉试验得出的HLA泄漏流量与其受力的关系,可算出HLA弹簧—阻尼模型中的阻尼系数;将HLA泄沉试验结果与另外进行的气门机构动态测量的结果相结合,可估算出HLA高压腔机油混气量。以一个直动式HLA及其气门机构为例,以HLA泄沉试验的目的、方法及对试验结果的处理分析为主要内容,介绍了确定阻尼系数和机油混气量这两个参数的意义和实现方法。 相似文献

山地城市受道路资源等因素的制约,常将螺旋匝道作为衔接两侧道路高差的方案。由于目前缺乏针对螺旋匝道的设计标准,导致螺旋匝道在设计时往往沿用环形匝道甚至支路的线形标准。选择重庆市主城区的7个螺旋匝道开展自然驾驶实验,并通过Carsim仿真软件建立道路环境模型,分析比较导致车辆轨迹偏移的关键影响因素。研究结果表明:在利用Carsim进行驾驶员仿真模型建立时,采用闭环控制模式仿真结果可信度较高;当仿真运行速度超过实测运行速度62.5%以上时才会出现轨迹偏离的现象,建议适当提高螺旋匝道设计速度;部分螺旋匝道设计最小圆曲线半径可根据实际情况适当下调;对于设计速度较低的螺旋匝道,可通过提升超高值以保证实际运行速度的提升。 相似文献

本文介绍了齿轮传动的多目标设计方法,以斜齿轮体积和传动平稳可靠性为目标函数,建立了斜齿圆柱齿轮传动的多目标优化设计数学模型。并且结合实例利用科学计算软件MATLAB的优化工具箱求解多月标优化问题。目前,对于斜齿轮优化设计的研究主要集中在减小体积方面,一般不考虑传动平稳性。本文对减小体积和提高传动平稳可靠性两个目标进行了联合优化,这对于齿轮传动设计具有理论指导意义。 相似文献

为了减少在圆柱齿轮计算机辅助设计过程中,参数化设计、有限元分析和运动仿真的跨平台数据传递,基于CATIAV5以参数绘制齿廓渐开线,通过多截面曲面绘制出齿型曲面并运用曲面缝合功能实现齿型闭合,实现斜齿轮的精确建模。利用CAE和运动仿真模块并结合斜齿轮传动原理和齿面受力,对斜齿轮齿进行有限元分析和啮合状态运动仿真,检验设计结果符合要求,从而为设计和精密制造以及工程失效分析提供精确的数据参考。 相似文献

为明确螺旋匝道和螺旋桥处的驾驶行为模式和汽车运行特征,在涪陵长江一桥、乌江二桥、重庆融侨大道和涪陵金凯环形高架4处地点开展螺旋匝道实车试验,用车载仪器采集自然驾驶状态下的汽车连续行驶轨迹、速度以及周围行驶环境等信息。基于自然驾驶数据,研究螺旋匝道范围内的速度变化模式、幅值特性以及影响因素。研究结果表明:单车道螺旋匝道的速度变化模式多样化,双车道螺旋匝道的行驶速度在整体上维持稳定,匝道范围内的连续升坡和降坡并未导致速度出现趋势性衰减和趋势性升高;螺旋匝道并入主线时,驾驶人在合流鼻之前有明显的、共性的减速行为,这与现行设计标准中的设计假定相反;除涪陵长江一桥之外,其余3处都是下行速度低于上行速度;螺旋匝道设计速度越低,实测速度与设计速度之间的偏离越严重,并且速度幅值离散化,因此不建议使用20 km·h-1的匝道设计速度;螺旋匝道运行速度与匝道半径成正相关。 相似文献

This study concerns the theoretical calculation of the characteristics of helical springs used, particularly, for the primary and secondary suspensions of railway vehicles: the static characteristics will be determined by an exact method where as the dynamic characteristics will be determined with the help of an approximate method whose precision is, however, sufficient to make a valid evaluation of the dynamic behavior of the vehicles themselves.

对某柴油机螺旋进气道进行传统的气道稳流试验,得到了涡流比和流量系数。在与试验条件对等的边界条件下,应用仿真软件FIRE建立了气道的三维仿真模型,对不同气门升程下进气道内的流场进行了CFD计算;对比试验与计算的结果,两者吻合良好。结果表明,仿真计算省时,成本低,便于方案对比,可以获得气道内的流场分布规律;在柴油机螺旋进气道设计开发与性能评价中具有实用价值。 相似文献

A theory has been developed for the analysis and prediction of the dynamic frequency response of lateral force and moment acting upon a pneumatic tire when the wheel is moved laterally and swivelled about the vertical axis. The theory establishes the force and moment response of a tire model which consists of a stretched circular string with mass, elastically supported to the wheel-center-plane. The analysis is confined to small deviations from rectilinear motion such that it is permissible to assume that sliding does not occur in the contact area. In this manner, the equations are kept linear.
The theory which gives an exact analysis of the dynamic response of the model adopted shows satisfactory qualitative agreement with experiments. The change in the moment response due to tire inertia reduces the tendency to shimmy at higher frequencies and higher speeds. The lateral force response, however, changes in an unfavorable fashion which, for castered wheels, may result in a decrease of the effective damping about the king-pin at higher speeds and frequencies. 相似文献

In this paper, we present a method for estimating the natural frequencies of various engine valve springs such as constant
pitch, two-step variable pitch, three-step variable pitch, and progressive springs. Since a valve spring’s surging amplitude
is magnified when the spring’s natural frequency coincides with the frequency of the cam profile harmonic components, estimating
the natural frequency of the spring is the first step in predicting valve spring surging phenomena. A new method for calculating
the valve spring’s natural frequency is proposed in this paper that considers the end coil effect. This method predicts not
only the natural frequency of a helical spring at a fixed number of active turns, but also the change in the natural frequency
as the spring is compressed. The experimental results demonstrate that nonlinear characteristics of engine valve springs can
be predicted from the given initial pitch curves. 相似文献
