汽车开发设计中人机工程主要研究使用者、作业者及A/S维护人员等的"人-车-环境"关系,力求整体"人-车-环境系统"的性能达到最优状态,从而给人创建安全、健康、舒适、高效的环境。本文介绍的手伸及性是人机工程中评价操作性的重要指标,是整车总布置设计的重要的一部分。为提高人机工程设计的实效性,基于SAE[1]-[2]和CATIA构建参数化模型,通过更新手伸及性相关的参数,以获取新的手伸及界面,从而有效提高整车开发质量,缩短总布置设计及校核的周期;同时为确保车辆开发设计所引用手伸及界面更符合本地化需求,提出一种评价手伸及性、量化分析并构建手伸及界面的全新理论。 相似文献

A planar suspension system (PSS) is a novel automobile suspension system in which an individual spring–damper strut is implemented in both the vertical and longitudinal directions, respectively. The wheels in a vehicle with such a suspension system can move back and forth relative to the chassis. When a PSS vehicle experiences asymmetric road excitations, the relative longitudinal motion of wheels with respect to the chassis in two sides of the same axle are not identical, and thus the two wheels at one axle will not be aligned in the same axis. The total dynamic responses, including those of the bounce, pitch and the roll of the PSS vehicle, to the asymmetric road excitation may exhibit different characteristics from those of a conventional vehicle. This paper presents an investigation into the comprehensive dynamic behaviour of a vehicle with the PSS, in such a road condition, on both the straight and curved roads. The study was carried out using an 18 DOF full-car model incorporating a radial-spring tyre–ground contact model and a 2D tyre–ground dynamic friction model. Results demonstrate that the total dynamic behaviour of a PSS vehicle is generally comparable with that of the conventional vehicle, while PSS exhibits significant improvement in absorbing the impact forces along the longitudinal direction when compared to the conventional suspension system. The PSS vehicle is found to be more stable than the conventional vehicle in terms of the directional performance against the disturbance of the road potholes on a straight line manoeuvre, while exhibiting a very similar handling performance on a curved line. 相似文献

This paper applies a novel mechatronic network strut to vehicle suspensions and discusses the benefits of system performance. The proposed mechatronic strut consists of a ball-screw inerter and permanent magnet electric machinery, such that the system impedance can be realised through a combination of mechanical and electrical networks. Applying the mechatronic strut to vehicle suspensions, we evaluate the improvement of system performance using passive electrical networks. Furthermore, a prototype mechatronic strut is constructed for properties verification. Finally, nonlinearities of the mechatronic strut are taken into account to modify the suspension design. From the simulation and experimental results, the proposed mechatronic network strut is shown to be effective. 相似文献

The use of automotive LPG characteristics which are easy to evaporate vaporization and carry. The paper presents a design of extended-range electric vehicle for wall-guided two stroke LPG engine with direct injection combustion system. Based on the modified vehicle LPG spray model, a database describing the characteristics of vehicle LPG fuel was built and imported into the CFD software. And the accuracy of the model is verified by the Schlieren experimental results. The concentration and velocity field of the mixture in the cylinder under different load conditions are numerically analyzed. The analyzed result indicated that the start injection time θ = 60°–70°CA BTDC under part load condition, the plug electrode near the gathering of a richer mixture is easy to be fired at spark ignition time, the obvious formation of mixture in cylinder is formed and the overall air-fuel ratio is above 40: 1. The start-transition working condition and large load conditions in the piston moves upward before closing the exhaust port to start injection LPG. The optimized LPG injection start time θ ensures that the fresh gas is locked in the cylinder when the exhaust port is closed (63°CA ABDC). In the ignition time of the spark plug, an ideal homogeneous mixture in the cylinder is realized. 相似文献

利用CFD三维数值模拟软件模拟了1台缸内直喷汽油机的进气及压缩过程,分析比较了不同最大气门升程及进气正时下缸内流场的变化规律。结果表明:减小最大气门升程可以使进气行程中缸内气体的速度及湍动能显著增加,但在压缩末期的滚流比要略小;在小气门升程下,进气门早开或者晚开都会使得进气过程的湍动能显著增加,在距上止点5mm,10 mm,15 mm的3个横截面上,早开和晚开进气门会使最大平均湍动能分别增加28.29%和43.47%,20.7%和40.81%,23.07%和49.58%,但在压缩后期间,进气门早开或者晚开时对缸内的平均湍动能影响不大;在小气门升程下,进气门的开启时间对压缩末期湍动能的分布有较大的影响,早开或者晚开进气门会使缸内的湍动能趋于一致。 相似文献

通过一维流体动力学软件GT-Power与化学动力学软件CHEMKIN联合模拟发动机循环,建立乙醇燃料排气道EGR模型,研究了发动机CAI燃烧的控制因素。分析了排气道EGR策略中的排气门晚关、进气门晚开和进气门开启时刻与排气门关闭时刻同时变化3种配气定时方案对EGR率的影响。由模拟计算可知排气道EGR策略对发动机缸内的换气过程、燃烧过程有强烈的影响。模拟结果表明:随着排气门逐渐晚关,EGR率增大,进气门关闭时刻缸内温度升高;进气门晚开策略中,EGR率受进气回流的影响较大;排气门晚关、进气门晚开同时变化策略扩大了CAI燃烧的EGR率范围;适当的EGR率有利于CAI燃烧的实现,EGR率过低或过高将导致失火和爆震,在不同的转速下EGR率的分布也不相同。 相似文献

为进一步论证倒计时对黄灯第二类困境区域分布的影响,以有无倒计时信号交叉口为研究对象,利用视频观测法,采集黄灯启亮时首停车和末行车至停车线的距离和速度,分析有无倒计时条件下驾驶员行驶行为决策,应用二元 Logit 回归分析方法,构建有无倒计时条件下停车概率模型,确定第二类困境区域上下边界,并探讨有无倒计时条件下第二类困境区域分布.结果显示,黄灯启亮时车辆至停车线距离和倒计时增大停车概率,但黄灯启亮时车辆速度减小停车概率;倒计时条件下第二类困境区域移向停车线,但其长度仍为24.1 m.因此,倒计时不能缩小黄灯第二类困境区域.然而,确定第二类困境区域边界过程中未考虑倒计时与其他变量之间的相互作用,这可能导致低估倒计时的效果,后续研究将予以改进. 相似文献

由于纯电动汽车动力蓄电池储能有限,所以,燃料电池以高效率、无污染、高可靠性的特点成为电动汽车增程器的研究热点。文章以市场上某款纯电动汽车为研究对象,将甲醇燃料电池增程器布置在车辆前舱内,对不同车速下燃料电池增程器三维模型的温度场分布进行仿真。仿真结果表明:车辆静止时,甲醇燃料电池以额定功率工作会影响前舱部件正常工作,当车辆以超过30 km/h的速度行驶,可以忽略燃料电池增程器对前舱部件的影响。试验结果验证了仿真结果的准确性,对于实车燃料电池增程器的布置和控制策略的制定具有一定的参考价值。 相似文献

绿色生态型城市道路横断面是基于宜居城市生活的追求和能源危机的必然趋势,然而国内研究只是针对城市道路横断面组成要素的布置,在评价体系方面尚是一片空白。因此,基于城市道路横断面体现绿色、生态的影响因素,针对交通安全、降噪、空间伸缩、道路绿化、视觉美感、公众满意度、土地利用、建设投资等方面,提出八大指标评价标准;建立基于模糊重构DEA的绿色生态型城市道路横断面的优化模型;并以天津滨海新区为例,对生态城、中心渔港和西区的典型横断面布置方案进行了优化。结果表明:天津滨海新区西区横断面最优,建议生态城横断面机非分隔带加大至4 m。该方法科学可靠,实用性强,可为城市道路横断面提供有效决策方案。 相似文献

The cooling system plays a crucial role in determining the productivity and quality of an injection molding process. With
the current growth of Solid Freeform Fabrication (SFF) techniques, mold designers have been striving for not only improvement
in cooling system performance but also for a method to do so automatically. In this paper, a method is proposed for developing
a conformal cooling system that facilitates uniform cooling over the entire mold surface with minimum cycle time. Based on
the temperature distribution after the filling stage, the mold surface is split into zones which will be cooled by optimized
subconformal channels obtained from the optimization process. The optimization process in which the objective function is
stated as minimization of the cooling time with boundaries ensuring a realistic design will optimize the cooling system layout
in terms of cooling channel size and location. Finally, all subcooling channels are combined to generate the entire conformal
