第七届船舶与海洋运载器稳性国际会议（STAB’2000）简介

本文对2000年2月7日～2月12日在澳大利亚朗塞斯顿(Launceston)举行的第七届船舶与海洋运载器稳性国际会议上所发表的论文进行了简要的介绍。会议论文包括了与稳性有关的人为因素、稳性衡准、甲板上浪的影响、破舱稳性、尾随浪及尾斜浪中的稳性和非线性船舶动力学等内容。

远距操作水下航行器的稳定性和操纵性预报

水下航行器的控制是一个复杂的工作领域，对现代航行器性能的要求对应用型控制工程师有很大压力。模拟与水下试验的结合可以产生很有效的设计环境，本文描述了低成本远距操作水下航行器（ＲＯＶ）的设计。该航行器将作为研究水下航行器控制策略的测试台，将自主式水下航行器的一种易于理解的模拟用于ＲＯＶ的模型，并提供了程序包对性能行为的预报图示结果。

<正> 国际间航行船舶靠泊港口多,时间短,流动性大,随时在世界各个港口停靠,从事装卸货物、补给食品、添加燃料等活动。由于对动植物类产品、植物性包装及铺垫材料的病虫害感染状况、媒介生物及动植物有害生物的控制情况、所供食品的卫生状况及各港口的口岸检验秩序等缺乏必要的了解,在食用这些食品后,可能会危害船员的身体健康,如果缺乏有效管理,极易造成食品的交叉污染,甚至会通过船员携带此类动植物性废弃物的泔水、垃圾等,将传染病传入我国。对媒介生物及动植物有害生物的控制是检验检疫工作的一项重要内容,如果不依法实施     

关于更改国际航行船舶船龄问题的探讨

文中旨在分析国际航行船舶船龄更改的背景、法律、登记制度的弊端，结合实际存在的问题，对船龄更改方法进行了详细的阐述，提出了我国海事机构应采取的有效对策。
