增加中韩海事调查合作会议信息ICS、BIMCO、Intercargo、Intertanko和WSC联合提交G8导则修改提案为确保压载水公约顺利实施,ICS、BIMCO、Intercargo、Intertanko和WSC联合向将于3月召开的MEPC 66提交提案,建议修改压载水管理系统认可导则（G8）。该提案建议压载水管理系统（BWMS）应满足世界上常用航线水质类型和条件下的测试,测试中所发现的任何限制应明确说明。最近,有提案建议修订G8导则,将其改为只在最高和中等盐度条件下进行型式认可发证的测试。如按这样的测试要求发证的话,证书并不能提供BWMS实际限制的说明。因此联合提案请求MEPC 66考虑上述问题和解决方案并做出适当的决定。
