The Southeastern Anatolia Projec(tGAP),one of the most important projects for developing remarkable natural resources of the world,is accepted as a change for getting benefit from rich water and agricultural resources of the Southeastern Anatolia Region.The GAP Project has been considered as a regional development projects through years,but the dimensions of sustainability,protection of environment and participatory have been attached to the master of the project in recent years.When the GAP Project is completed,the Upper Mesopotomia, the centers of many civilisation,will re-again its importance as it had in the ancient times,and will be alive a center of civilisation.Moreover,when the problem of water shortage and water supplies in the world for the future is kept in mind,the importance of Southeastern Anatolia′s water supplies will be doubled.For this reason,the GAP Project,developed by depending on water and natural resources of the region,will have an important place in the world.The aim of this study is to introduce the region with rich natural resources and the GAP Project.For this reason,firstly,the natural potential of the region will be introduced.Second,the GAP Project will be presented in details.In the third stage,the projects being processed for protecting the natural sources and environment will be analyzed.In the last stage,strategies and policies to develop and to protect the natural resources of the region in short,mid,and long terms will be proposed.  相似文献

For the shipping industry and related industries, this round of comprehensive reform means: first, in terms of China's economic internal, it will appear geographical major restructuring. China's economy urbanization in fact is accelerating. This round of urbanization is largely driven by folk and people choose their own, not the government plan. So there may be some unexpected area between the back of the plates of the size of the economy. The author urges people to study more geographical layout and be sure to walk one step first than actually occurs. Secondly, the acceleration of this round will lead to the change of industry adjustment. People often talk of industrial structure adjustment, a lot of excess capacity is to quit. This round of reform will be accelerated, because the emphasis of this round of reform is to let the market play a role and greatly reduce the government's approval. Recently, Mr. Jin Zhuanglong, Vice Minister of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense (COSTIND) announced to the media that the Basic Requirements and Measures of Evaluation for the Production Conditions of Shipbuilding Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the Ship- building Enterprise Evaluation Standard) has been formally promulgated and will take effect on October 1 this year. This is the first industrial stan- dards regarding the admission of shipbuilding enterprises in China. The research on underwater ship-hull cleaning robot was conducted on the purpose of realizing the automation of cleaning underwater ship hull so that service life of ship will be prolonged and ship speed will raised. Moreover, fuel consumption and the work intensity of divers will be reduced. In this paper, the current situation and the latest technology in China and abroad were analyzed; meanwhile, the typical characteristics of the underwater cleaning robot were introduced. According to the work principle of the underwater cleaning robot, the emphasis was put on the analysis and study of permanent-magnetic absorption, magnetic wheel, airproof and anticorrosion, underwater cleaning equipment and control system. Shipbuilding industry is known as the top of all industries. The world No.1 shipbuilding country has been the long-cherished wish for China. With the continuous increase of economic and technical strengths, China's dream of becoming the world No.1 shipbuilding country seems to come close. However, crank-shaft as the heart of engine which is the heart of large-size ships often makes us in the state of embarrassment. Now, after some twists and turns, in terms of large marine crankshaft, China has broken through the technology barriers set by foreign crankshaft manufacturers and can make our own heart for large-size ships. Though domes-tically produced crankshafts can't meet our demands at the moment, it will give our people more imaginations be-cause Chinese shipbuilding industry has now had the strengths to gallop the world.  相似文献

The China Shipping Prosperity Index (CSPI) for the third quarter has climbed 15 points from the second quarter to 101.7 points, back to positive territory, which is above 100 points, according to the latest report form Shanghai International Shipping Institute (SISI). This is the first time since the third quarter of 2011 that the CSPI returned to above the critical level. In the past two years, withering trade and overcapacity pushed the Chinese shipping industry down to a historical bottom. In the third quarter of 2012, when the CSPI fell to only 78 points, about 60 per cent of carriers in China suffered severe loss. Since the second quarter of this year, the Chinese government's policies to secure growth have taken effect and spurred an obvious growth in the country's investments and exports, which brought hope to the shipping market. The Baltic Dry Index has risen to over 2,100 points by far, a sharp increase of 180 per cent from the beginning of this year. The index surged nearly 80 per cent in September. The container shipping industry also shares the general improvement of the market. Since July, there have been several attempts to introduce rate increase. The spot rate from Shanghai to Europe was once more than doubled. Part of the carriers might be able to reverse their loss in the third quarter. However, the recovery might not be sustainable, as China is very likely to be able to meet the GDP target of 7.5 per cent growth and there will not be further policies to boost domestic economy. Meanwhile, the rebound of rates has stimulated deployment of new tonnage. Statistics show, capacity on Asia-Europe lane grew about three per cent in September but demand is not stable. The supply-demand imbalance caused a decrease of over US$100 per TEU in the container shipping rates in the last week of September.SISl's report estimated that the CSPI in the fourth quarter will be 99.56 points, falling again below the critical level.
