海上极端波因其巨大的波高常常导致船体的极限破坏。该文提出了一个二维的修正水弹性方法来研究一个集装箱船船体梁在极端波中的动态前极限强度。传统的极限强度评估基于准静态方法,没有动态效应被考虑。而船体在波浪下的动态结构响应是基于水弹性方法,传统的水弹性方法并不能计算船体梁的动态非线性强度。该二维修正的水弹性方法考虑时域波浪和非线性船体梁之间的耦合,将水弹性方法和Smith方法结合,用Smith方法计算船体梁的刚度,而其刚度与船体梁的强度和变形曲率有关。所以该时域的非线性刚度被用于修改水弹性方法里的常数项的结构梁刚度。几组极端波模型被用以产生船体梁的大变形和非线性动态垂向弯矩。文中分别采用修正水弹性方法和普通水弹性方法,通过改变四个重要的极端波参数如极端波最大波高、规则波的波高、波速和波长等来研究其对船体梁船中处的大变形转角和非线性垂向弯矩的影响,通过采用修正的水弹性方法计算得来的结果与水弹性方法计算得来的结果相比较,得到了一些差异和结论。  相似文献

船舶水弹性力学理论在过去近三十年中取得了长足的进步,尤其是三维水弹性理论已被广泛应用于船舶与海洋工程领域的流固耦合问题中。全面地回顾了国内外船舶水弹性力学理论及试验研究的历史与现状,将水弹性力学理论分为二维线性、三维线性、二维非线性、三维非线性等几类,以波浪中航行船舶的水弹性力学理论研究与应用为重点,依次进行了介绍。在船舶水弹性试验方面,着重介绍了国内在整体弹性船模试验研究中取得的进展。  相似文献

不同海况下艏部砰击及鞭状效应的试验与数值分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了更深入地研究船舶的鞭状效应,在拖曳水池中对某船进行了艏部砰击及鞭状效应分段模型试验研究。提出了一种可以考虑砰击力的非线性水弹性计算方法。并改进了传统的分段模型,采用变截面梁对船体刚度进行模拟以更好地接近实船。在规则波迎浪下观察到了严重的艏部砰击现象。试验数据表明,当波高从5.6m增大到21m时,由于鞭状效应原因,总弯矩相比低频波浪弯矩的增大值从24.64%增长到92.02%。最后,将不同海况下的测量结果与基于线性与非线性水弹性理论的计算结果进行了比较分析,初步验证了文中方法和程序在预报船体波浪载荷中的适用性。  相似文献

The ship motions and wave-induced loads of a new type of river-to-sea ship are investigated experimentally and numerically. A river-to-sea ship is an unconventional type of container ship characterized by high breadth to draft ratio and low length to breadth ratio, which makes it more prone to hydroelasticity than conventional ships of the same size. A segmented model was tested under two loading conditions, namely, ballast and loaded conditions, to determine the vertical motions and wave-induced loads under each condition. Results are compared with numerical simulations in the frequency domain. The wave-induced responses are calculated by a nonlinear time domain code at each time step. The response amplitude operators of vertical ship responses in regular waves are analyzed, and the wave-induced responses are consistent with the experimental results.  相似文献

文章以一艘1700箱集装箱船为例,阐述了整船有限元结构分析方法。先建立全船有限元模型和质量模型,再用三维流体动力计算程序进行波浪随机载荷的长期预报,并在此基础上导出设计波参数组,最后,在全船有限元模型上 计算得出船体结构在各个设计波上的应力分布和变形结果,所得到的船体结构有限元分析结果对同类型集装箱船的设计和强度分析有一定的参考价值,对其它类型的船舶结构强度分析也有一定的借鉴意义。  相似文献

利用MSC/PATRAN、MSC/NASTRAN对336TEU集装箱船的横向强度进行了有限元强度计算。给出了外载荷的计算方法和边界条件的施加方法,并在10种工况下对336TEU集装箱船进行了横向强度有限元分析。通过有限元分析得到的结论可用于指导集装箱船的结构设计与优化。计算结果表明结构强度满足强度要求。  相似文献

针对港池内船舶装卸作业的安全与稳定问题,采用基于势流理论的面元法分析程序AQWA,分析得到船舶与码头结构耦合作用下的14 000 TEU集装箱船动力响应幅值算子。在此基础上,进一步采用码头泊位前的真实波浪条件,得到14 000 TEU集装箱船在设计系缆方式下的船舶运动量响应和缆绳受力响应。结果表明,14 000 TEU集装箱船横摇周期较大,与港池内存在的中长期波(12~18 s)不相匹配,不易引起船舶较大幅度的动力响应;计算分析结果与系泊物理模型试验所得到的结果相吻合,说明所采用的计算原理与分析模型较为可靠,具有较强的工程实际应用价值。  相似文献

A time-domain strip method with memory-effect function considering body nonlinearity is presented. In small waves, results from conventional linear strip theory and the present method for a modified Wigley model were compared with the results of linear theories and with experiments, and they were found to be in good agreement. In large waves, a 716 TEU containership was used to compare time histories of motions and vertical bending moments calculated using the present method with experimental results. The time histories of motion were not strongly distorted, but those of the vertical bending moments were extremely distorted, especially for the fore part, and were far from sinusoidal signals. The time histories of the calculations and the experimental results were found to be, qualitatively and quantitatively, in good agreement. A post-Panamax containership was also used as an example of an up-to-date large bow-flare ship, and the calculated results were also found to be in good agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献

小水线面双体船是一种耐波性较好的双体船,其水线面较小,但湿表面较大,使得附加质量对船体的振动特性影响较大。运用三维水弹性分析方法,以干模态为主坐标,分析小水线面双体船的振动特性。综合考虑波浪中附加质量的影响,得到小水线双体船的各阶主要总振型。同时,对实船进行了总体振型测试,得到相应的振型。计算与试验的结果对比分析显示,它们在该船的各主要振型模态上较为吻合,振型频率也一致,说明测试方法合理,数值计算方法可行。  相似文献

在进行700TEU无舱盖集装箱的常规集装箱船方案设计的基础上,可两船型的完整稳性作了对比研究。结果表明:从满足稳性的要求出发,无舱盖集装箱船可以多装载集装箱的数量为总箱数的5% ̄10%,经济效益明显,本文还从满足无舱盖集装箱船货舱进水后稳性的残存衡准出发,探讨了确定排水舷口高度的方法。  相似文献

文章给出一种简单有效的计算多船和多墩柱相互作用的方法。该方法的出发点是将船体剖面用具有等效矩形代替,并将其周围的流场划分为船底与水底之间的内场和船侧面的外场。内场速度势采用简单的解析解;外场速度势沿水深做傅立叶级数展开,并在船体水面周线上分布源汇。然后在内外场交界面上进行耦合匹配求解。对于求解墩柱可以等效于求解船体底间隙为零的情况。上面简单的方法对于多船和多墩柱的耦合计算是简单和有效的。通过给出数值算例,证明了本方法的精确性和有效性,并且研究了多船和港口间的相互作用问题。  相似文献

本文以二维反对称水弹性理论分析了大开口船体结构的弯扭耦合响应。分析中船体结构简化为Timoshenko梁,流体的作用以切片理论来考虑。计算结果和模型试验结果吻合良好,这为大开口船舶的弯扭耦合分析提供了有效简便的计算方法。  相似文献

三维水弹性力学将结构分析的有限元方法与围绕柔性体的势流理论结合起来,为在波浪中航行或驻立的复杂结构的运动和内力分析提供了一个流固耦合的统一分析方法,也为小水线面双体船的分析提供了有效的分析工具.文中将水弹性力学方法和谱分析方法相结合,对1 100吨SWATH船进行波浪载荷预报,并将计算结果与水池模型试验数据及国外相关资料进行了对比,说明了水弹性分析方法对于SWATH设计的合理性.  相似文献

As environmental regulations have become more onerous, the demand for LNG and LNG carriers has increased. The LNG cargo containment system (LNG CCS) is one of the most important facilities in LNG carriers, and many membrane types of LNG CCS have been developed so far. Traditionally, sloshing model tests are performed and a series of statistical approaches are used to obtain design sloshing pressures. Then, these design loads are utilized to analyze the structural safety of LNG CCS. In the sloshing model test, the flat and almost rigid plate is used as the LNG CCS instead of a real model, and thus, the hydroelasticity effect cannot be considered. In the present research, the effect of hydroelasticity on sloshing pressure was investigated in a fluid-structure interaction simulation. A wet drop simulation was conducted, and its results subsequently were compared with wet drop experimental test results to ensure their validity. Then, two types of structure model, namely a flat-rigid plate model and a flat-flexible CCS model, were generated to investigate the effect of hydroelasticity. Also, a fluid hitting analysis model was devised to realize the sloshing phenomenon, and the two generated structure models were applied as the structure domain in the analysis. In the fluid hitting simulations, it was found that the hydroelasticity effect on sloshing pressure is significant. Thus, correction factors, which are quantitative values of the effect of hydroelasticity, were derived (and are proposed herein). Finally, a structural safety assessment procedure for consideration of the hydroelasticity effect was derived (and is suggested herein).  相似文献

This article discusses the dynamic responses of a coastal cargo ship that consists of unit modules with advance forward speed in waves. We introduce a simple way of connecting the modules that has enough capability to link the modular parts of the ship as a unified whole. The flexible connection consists of male and female rubber fenders with additional pretensioned ropes. This kind of connection system is proposed for use in coastal regions with relatively calm waters wherein the modular ship can move at a moderate speed. The modules are assumed to be rigid compared to the connections. Computations were performed to investigate the vertical elastic responses of four modules connected end-to-end with the assumption that in the simple hinge, no gaps occur in the flexible rubber connections between adjacent modules. A simple method, which is an extension of the computational analysis we reported previously, is presented to study the hydroelasticity and rope tension forces of the modular ship with forward speed in waves. Experiments with a three-dimensional model at Froude numbers of 0 and 0.16 in head waves were performed to evaluate the effectiveness of the calculation method. In the experiments, deflections for each part were measured using calibrated potentiometers. Force transducers were used to measure the rope tension force between the modules of the articulated cargo ship. Some slight differences were observed, but generally the calculated results showed the same trends as the experimental values.  相似文献

本项目是根据交通部到2010年底前在长江、珠江三角洲水网地区基本实现船舶标准化的战略目标,推进川江及三峡库区船型标准化的西部交通建设科技项目.主要介绍渝申300 TEU江型集装箱标准船型的总体设计,重点研究该船的主尺度分析、快速性、总体布置.并对全船概况、船舶技术性能评估等方面进行了介绍.本船具有良好的经济性指标,比国内同类型船快速性指标提高4.4%,千吨公里油耗降低4.8%,单位功率载箱量提高14.3%,已达到国内先进水平.渝申300 TEU集装箱标准船型是目前设计的三峡库区尺度最大、载箱量最多的集装箱标准船型.  相似文献

文章基于扰动速度势面元法建立了在均流条件下螺旋桨桨叶片空泡数值预报方法,空泡模型采用压力恢复闭合模型。通过对5600TEU集装箱船螺旋桨空泡的数值预报,以及与试验结果的比较,验证了该方法的可行性。该方法能够较为快速准确地预报螺旋桨桨叶片空泡,可用于分析参数对螺旋桨空泡性能的影响,为抑制螺旋桨空化设计提供基础。在此基础上重点分析了桨叶侧斜、纵倾以及桨叶剖面型式对螺旋桨空泡性能的影响,计算表明加大侧斜能够减少空泡面积,空泡向外半径偏移;桨叶剖面的设计对空泡性能影响较大,优化设计桨叶剖面可以有效减少空泡面积,提高螺旋桨抗空化能力;纵倾向压力面弯曲的分布形式可以改善梢部的压力分布,减少叶梢附近空泡长度,从而可望减少由空泡引起的脉动压力。  相似文献
