为深入研究加强方式对T型方钢管节点的抗冲击性能的影响,文章进行了预加轴力下加强冷弯T型方钢管节点抗冲击性能试验研究,研究了主管内部加劲肋和主管上翼缘垫板加强对节点试件冲击力、支管顶部及主管底部变形发展等受力性能指标的影响.通过试验得到管节点在冲击荷载作用下的破坏模态、冲击力和位移时程曲线以及荷载-位移关系曲线,获得加强后节点在冲击荷载作用下的抗冲击工作机理,为管结构抗冲击设计和加固维护提供参考.  相似文献

突发事件引起的碰撞会造成海洋平台管桁架结构严重损伤,特别是管节点的破坏,严重时将导致平台报废。文中根据工程中常用的管节点参数确定典型分析节点,采用非线性有限元分析方法,分析主管受到碰撞的管桁架T型节点的变形发展过程,确定节点的破坏模态;在对冲击力、位移、应变和落锤速度等时程曲线的分析中,揭示抗冲击工作机理。分析结果表明:节点变形以受撞区域的主管上表面发生局部屈曲为主,节点的整体变形相对较小,并在主管上表面形成"8"字型塑性铰线。  相似文献

采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立构件冲击荷载下的理论分析模型,计算构件在冲击荷载下的冲击力时程曲线,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好。通过对典型T型管节点抗冲击性能进行工作机理分析,明晰了冲击荷载作用与静力荷载作用下,管节点工作性能的不同之处;分析管节点在冲击荷载下的变形发展过程,确定管节点的破坏模态,以及冲击锤与管节点的相互作用关系。  相似文献

偶然荷载引起的撞击会造成海洋平台中的管桁架严重损伤,尤其是管节点的破坏,严重时会导致整个平台的损坏,因此管节点是海洋平台设计研究中的一个重要内容.本文以海洋平台中常见的K型管节点为研究对象,利用有限元软件ABAQUS研究了3个主管在受拉状态下的K型管节点的抗冲击性能.在研究过程中以几何参数和荷载参数为主要变量,分析了各相关参数对管节点的抗冲击性能的影响.确定了K型管节点在冲击荷载作用下的破坏模态.在对冲击力、位移、能量耗散等时程曲线的分析中揭示了抗冲击性能工作机理.研究结果表明:支主管的径厚比以及支管的拉压状态对管节点所受到的最大冲击力和节点变形具有较显著的影响.  相似文献

本文对无加强和内环加强管节点的应力分布、应力集中系数和疲劳性能进行了试验研究和理论分析。研究结果表明,内环加强能大幅度降低管节点的应力集中系数,改善应力分布状况,并能较大地提高管节点的疲劳寿命。应力集中系数降低的幅度和疲劳寿命提高的程度与加强环的几何尺度有关。研究结果为改善管节点的疲劳性能及管节点的结构优化提供了理论和实践依据。  相似文献

基于Abaqus声固耦合法对水下爆炸工况下,负泊松比内凹蜂窝圆柱壳的抗冲击性能进行研究。主要分析双层圆柱壳外壳、内壳和肋板的最大变形、等效塑性应变、动能和内能结果,讨论了不同肋板间距工况对双层圆柱壳抗冲击响应的影响。结果表明,在肋板总重一定条件下,增大肋板间距、增大肋板宽度、减少肋板数量,外壳最大变形、等效塑性应变、动能、内能呈增大趋势;内壳和肋板最大变形、等效塑性应变、动能、内能呈减小趋势。  相似文献

平均应力模型法是评价海洋平台中管节点疲劳寿命的一种方法,这种方法认为节点的疲劳寿命是由热点应力幅值和焊缝周围的应力分布确定的。管节点焊缝周围应力分布通过一个平均应力分布参数AVS描述。本文研究了轴力作用下T节点的AVS大小,通过对127个不同几何参数的T节点模型的计算,调查了几何参数对AVS的影响,提出了用于计算AVS的参数方程,从而完善了传统的平均应力模型,为轴力作用下T节点的疲劳寿命计算提供了一种快速而高效的方法。  相似文献

In this paper, the dynamic responses and energy dissipation characteristics of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) foam core sandwich plates under ice impact are investigated. The ice impact tests of PVC foam core sandwich plates were conducted by employing the horizontal impact experimental apparatus. The finite element simulations were conducted to analyze the dynamic response of PVC foam core sandwich plates based on soil and concrete material model for ice impactor. It was demonstrated that numerical results were in good agreement with experimental results. The deformation modes of the top facesheets were coupling of local indentation with global bending deformation, while the deformation modes of bottom facesheets were overall bending deformation. The permanent deformation of face sheets show that the impact resistance of sandwich plate is better than that of equivalent weight hull plate (EWHP). In addition, based on the actual navigation environment of ship, the effect of impact angle and ice floe shape on dynamic response and energy dissipation are analyzed.  相似文献

海洋平台中管节点的疲劳寿命由焊缝周围热点应力的分布情况决定.该文采用有限元方法分析了承受轴向力作用下T节点焊缝周围的应力分布规律.通过对140个具有不同几何形状的T节点模型的有限元分析结果.提出了一种基于形函数插值理论的方法预测T节点焊缝周围的应力分布,并且通过比较插值法得到的结果和有限元结果进行比较,验证了这种方法的准确性.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the behaviour of tubular members when subjected to low-velocity mass impact. Particular emphasis is given to the numerical assessment of impact damage and the classification of impact response of tubular members. Damage extents of 12 tubular frame test models were predicted and used for quantifying the modelling uncertainties of the numerical tools. USFOS and ABAQUS software packages were used with beam and shell elements, respectively. Based on the test results and the parametric studies performed, the influence of the geometrical parameters and the interaction between the local shell denting and the global beam deformation modes are discussed. A classification of the impact response of the tubular members based on their relative resistance against shell denting and beam plastic collapse load is proposed. Finally, existing analytical models for each energy dissipation mode are visited and modifications are proposed.  相似文献

This paper presents a simplified numerical model capable of analysing the interaction between the structural dynamic response of elastic-plastic struck plate wall of a fluid tank subjected to wedge impact and the resulting fluid motion. The Variational Finite Difference Method (VFDM) is applied to analyse the structural dynamics of the struck plate and 2-D linear potential flow theory is used to study the resulting fluid motion and its effects on the structural dynamics of the struck plate. Experiments of a wedge indenter impacting with both empty and 90% filled tanks are carried out to study the structural deformation of the struck plate. The accuracy of the developed numerical model is validated with published results and experimental results, and good agreement is achieved. Through the comparison of the impact behaviour of empty and partially filled water tank, it is found that the resulting water motion helps to reduce the structural deformation of the struck plate since part of the impact energy is dissipated by the resulting water motion. Parametric studies are performed to investigate the effect of impact velocity and water level on the structural dynamics of the struck plate of a partially filled water tank. A case study is also conducted to demonstrate the potential application of the proposed method in analysing ship-ice impact problems.  相似文献

An efficient numerical analysis procedure based on FEM was implemented for evaluating the effect of welding residual stress (WRS) on mixed-mode stress intensity factors (MM-SIFs) for a non-planar surface-cracked tubular T-joint with a rounded weld toe. A multi-pass welding simulation was carried out using real welding conditions by means of an effective in-house welding simulation code. A fully compatible 3D finite element mesh generation system was implemented to model non-planar perpendicular surface-cracked tubular T-joints with rounded weld toes. The adequacy of the mesh generation system was verified with the reference solutions. A fully automated mapping code was developed to assign the six components of the simulated WRS to each element face over the crack surface. A developed fracture approach was employed to accurately compute MM-SIFs resulting from WRS in which normal and shear components of WRS were considered. MM-SIFs were calculated carefully for several surface cracks with different shapes under different loading conditions. The behavior of MM-SIF solutions resulting from the combination of external load and WRS was influenced significantly by the behavior of those produced due to WRS only. In addition, the value of the computed SIFs resulting from the combination of external load and WRS was almost doubled for mode-I SIF compared to those obtained by external load only and WRS only especially near the crack end locations. The behavior of the calculated fracture parameters was also discussed.  相似文献

钢结构桥梁在遭受撞击后,严重变形钢构件是否适用机械矫正方法尚无明确答案。结合工程实例对机械矫正后的变形钢板力学性能开展试验研究。研究表明:在变形小于25°时,钢板试件屈服强度变化不大,但在变形超过25°时开始下降;在变形达40°时,机械矫正使钢板试件中的微观缺陷增加,并使其表面形成裂纹;机械矫正使钢板试件的冲击韧性随变形程度增加而降低。  相似文献
