为克服潮汐、波浪、以及装卸货等复杂环境和工况对供电稳定性的影响,提高复杂环境下的船舶中压岸电供电的安全性和可靠性,通过分析中压电缆在不同工况下的受力情况,提出了基于模糊PID的船舶中压电缆的力矩控制策略。结果表明,通过所设计的控制策略可实现船舶在外界复杂环境干扰的情况下,仍能维持中压电缆的力矩平衡,从而保证供电的安全性和可靠性。  相似文献

本文主要讨论分布电容对舰船电力系统接地方式选择的影响,分析了舰船电力系统在高电阻接地和谐振接地的方式下分布电容对系统的影响,发现在中压系统中大分布电容的情况下,采用高电阻接地会产生超过有关标准的故障电流。在谐振接地的情况下,需要合理的配置消弧线圈来产生感性电流来抵消系统对地电容产生的容性残流。同时依据具体数据,利用高斯定理对电缆电容进行了估算,与实际结果相吻合。  相似文献

舰船停靠码头一般需要接用岸电系统。本文根据对舰队码头现有的岸电系统实地调研的结果,对岸电与船电在不同的接地形式下所构成的TT系统和TN-C系统进行了分析比较,认为TN-C系统优于TT系统,同时,针对现有船舶岸电系统配置现状,提出了电缆配置改造方案和舰船岸电箱优化方案,并对码头岸电建设和舰船岸电系统设计提出了建议。  相似文献

本文以浙江省某港口岸电运营系统为研究对象,对该港口及船舶岸电改造的成本进行估算,并分析国家补贴政策对港口及船舶岸电改造成本回收年限的影响。在研究过程中,通过调研国内外已完成岸电改造的港口与船舶,结合港口自身建设的情况,对港口及靠港船舶的岸电经济性进行了系统性的分析。经研究发现,政府对于岸电改造港口的补贴政策对于岸电改造港口和船舶是十分重要的,合理的补贴政策将会加快岸电技术的推广与普及。  相似文献

船载式AMP电缆卷车是船舶岸电系统的重要环节之一。本文着重论述船载式AMP电缆卷车的控制原理,首先介绍了电缆卷车系统组成;再通过对系统电缆张力变化的计算分析,结合变频驱动的技术特点,详细阐述了船载式AMP卷车扭矩变频控制管理技术;其次结合系统应用的特点,详细介绍电缆卷车自身保护及对船舶岸电系统提供的保护功能;最后,本文认为该电缆卷车不仅能最大限度减少电缆损耗延长使用寿命,且方便使用维护。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献
