目的 探讨胶囊内镜(capsule endoscopy)在不同小肠病变中的选择与诊断价值.方法 将51例接受胶囊内镜检查的患者按照临床表现分为A组(不明原因消化道出血)和B组(不明原因的腹痛、腹泻),分析其接受胶囊内镜检查结果的阳性率及与临床意义.结果 胶囊内镜的总阳性检出率为50.98%(26/51),A组和B组的阳性率分别为67.7%(21/31)和25.0%(5/20),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 胶囊内镜对不明原因消化道出血的诊断价值优于不明原因的腹痛、腹泻,可作为前者的一线检查方法.  相似文献

为了规范乘务员的工作用语和协同监控装置分析行车事故,需要对机车电台和列尾装置自动录音,并可以在地面真实地再现列车运行中的呼叫应答情况.本文设计一种基于Wince操作系统实现双通道数字录音,适用于铁路机车的语音记录设备.它不仅可以通过与TAX2通信,取得时间和公里标信息,实现实时录音;还可以实现USB无线(Wi—Fi)和以太网等多种转储方式;另外通过前端数据库和上层解析软件,可以在转储仪或PC机上,按时间、车次和地点等信息对录音文件进行检索、转储和回放.该产品通过了运行试验和现场鉴定,实现小批量装车试用,满足维护铁路运行安全的需求.  相似文献

A new modular and programmable wireless capsule endoscope is presented in this paper. The capsule system consumes low power and has small physical size. A new image compression algorithm is presented in this paper to reduce power consumption and silicon area. The compression algorithm includes color space transform, uniform quantization, sub-sampling, differential pulse code modulation (DPCM) and Golomb-Rice code. The algorithm is tested in a field programmable gate array (FPGA) development board, and the final result achieves 80% compression rate at 40 dB peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR). The algorithm has high image compression efficiency and low power consumption, compared to other existing works. The system is composed of the following three parts: image capsule endoscope, portable wireless receiver and host computer software. In view of fuzzy and unstable images received in video capsule endoscopy, and the poor communication effect, an improved radio frequency (RF) transmission circuit module with low power consumption and helix antenna is designed to improve the performance of video transmission and to extend the working time of the capsule. Simulation and analysis of the circuits and antenna with HFSS12 and ADS2011 software are highlighted. Video capsule endoscope prototypes are made and evaluated to verify the feasibility of the proposed design. In vitro tests and animal experiments show that the results of the antenna tests basically meet the simulation, and the power consumption of RF circuit is 15.9mV. The video capsule endoscope works well with the receiver with multiple receiving antennas, and the working time is more than 9 h. It can realize the wireless transmission of the video data, and images received are clear and stable in comparison with the previous designs.  相似文献

This study proposes an efficient secure routing protocol which considers symmetric and asymmetric links for wireless mesh networks (WMNs). A wireless mesh network is a group of wireless mesh routers and several kinds of wireless devices (or nodes). Individual node cooperates by forwarding packets to each other, allowing nodes to communicate beyond the symmetric or asymmetric links. Asymmetric link is a special feature of WMNs because the wireless transmission ranges of different wireless devices may be different. The asymmetric link enhances WMN coverage. Providing security in WMNs has become an important issue over the last few years. Existing research on this topic tends to focus on providing security for routing and data content in the symmetric link. However, most studies overlook the asymmetric link in these networks. This study proposes a novel distributed routing protocol beyond symmetric and asymmetric links, to guarantee the security and high reliability of the established route in a hostile environment, such as WMNs, by avoiding the use of unreliable intermediate nodes. The routes generated by the proposed protocol are shorter than those in prior works. The major objective of the proposed protocol is to allow trustworthy intermediate nodes to participate in the path construction protocol. The mesh clients out of mesh router wireless transmission range may discover a secure route to securely connect to the mesh router for Internet access via the proposed protocol. The proposed protocol enhances wireless mesh network coverage and assures security.  相似文献

Objective To study the effect of cyclosporine A drug delivery system (CsA-DDS) on the prevention of posterior capsule opacification (PCO) after experimental intraocular lens implantation in rabbit eyes. Methods Twenty healthy New Zealand white rabbits, whose left eyes and right eyes were used respectively as experiment eyes and controls, were subjected to extracapsular lens extraction and artificial lens implantation. During the operation, CsA-DDS with poly (lactideco-glycolide) as carriers or empty DDS was implanted in the capsular bag for the experimental eyes and controls respectively. After the operation, anterior chamber reaction, intraocular pressure (IOP) and CsA concentration were monitored and twelve weeks after the operation, the eyes were extracted for histopathological and morphological examinations. Results There were no differences between the two groups in conjunctival congestion,IOP change and anterior chamber reaction. PCO was less severe in the experimental eyes than in the controls. Light microscopy revealed that posterior capsular membrane in the experimental eyes was slick, with no obvious proliferation,whereas in the controls, there were lens epithelial cell proliferation and cortex regeneration of different degrees.Morphological examination with electron microscope showed that in the experimental eyes, lens epithelial cells did not function actively and apoptosis occurred, whereas in the controls, epithelial cells presented active function. No marked ultrastructural changes were found in either group. Conclusion Cs-DDS can inhibit PCO after intraocular lens implantation in rabbit eyes and does not have toxic effects on the surrounding ocular tissues. Therefore, it has a good potential for clinical use in prevention of PCO.  相似文献

在现有的TPMS(Tire Pressure Monitoring System)基础上提出了一种无源TPMS,该系统能够对轮胎的参数进行实时测量,当轮胎参数出现异常时立即报警。通过在轮胎内部安装微型的压力和温度传感器(NPX1),中央控制单元(NPXC01746)对轮胎内部的温度、压力值进行采集、处理后,通过无线通信的方式将数据发送给驾驶室内部的中央监视器,中央监视器对轮胎的数据进行分析,如果发现轮胎的状态异常,则通过声光报警提示驾驶员进行处理,以避免交通事故的发生。  相似文献
