航海人员24小时动态血压与偶测血压的关系

目的 观测分析航海人员中高血压与正常血压者的２４ｈ动态血压（２４ｈ ＡＢＰ）及则血压（ＣＢＰ）,以探讨ＣＢＰ与动态血压监测（ＡＢＰＭ）之间的相关性。方法 用标准水银柱式血压计测坐位左上臂血压３次,取平均值作为ＣＢＰ的收缩压（ＳＢＰ）、舒张压（ＤＢＰ）和平均动脉压（ＭＡＰ）。用ＡＢＰＭ获得２４ｈ动态血压的２４ｈ ＳＢＰ、２４ｈ ＤＢＰ和２４ｈ ＭＡＰ,以及日间平均动态血压（ｄＡＢＰ）的ｄＳＢＰ、ｄＤＢＰ和ｄＭＡＰ,与夜间平均动态血压（ｎＡＢＰ）的ｎＳＢＰ、ｎＤＢＰ和ｎＭＡＰ。结果 高血压组ＣＢＰ的平均ＳＢＰ、ＤＢＰ、ＭＡＰ均高于ｄＡＢＰ和２４ｈ ＡＢＰ（Ｐ均〈０．０１）;ＣＢＰ与ｄＡＢＰ间的ＳＢＰ、ＤＢＰ、ＭＡＰ均值的差值分别为１３．２,１０．０和１１．６ｍｍＨｇ,并均明显高于血压正常组的两者差值（Ｐ〈０．０１）

海蛇乙醇浸出物灌胃对大鼠胶原性关节炎的防治作用

目的：探讨海蛇乙醇浸出物灌胃对大鼠胶原性关节炎的预防和治疗作用。方法：用自制的可溶性猪尾Ⅱ型胶原注入实验大鼠左后足造成胶原诱导大鼠关节炎模型，观察用（预防性或治疗性）与不用ＡＥＢＦＳＳ对ＣＩＡ的影响。结果；在致炎前ＡＥＢＦＳＳ灌胃，当剂量达浸出蛋白４．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，可明显推迟ＣＩＡ发病时间，降低ＣＩＡ患病率和减轻关节炎症状；在致炎后ＡＥＢＦＳＳ灌胃，可明显减轻关节炎症的程度，其作用在用药７天后开始     

造船供应链与物流服务供应链的对接研究*

针对造船供应链与物流服务供应链(LSSC)对接的问题,基于演化博弈论分析了造船供应链与LSSC对接的动态演化。研究结果表明:合作成本、超额收益、奖惩系数、收益分配系数、成本分摊系数和背叛收益等都会对造船供应链和LSSC的对接产生影响。通过调整这些参数的大小,可以实现二者的成功对接。

A simulation study for the logistics planning of a container terminal in view of SCM

This paper aims to apply a supply-chain modelling and its analysis framework to the supply chain in the port industry. The simulation approach serves two purposes: to model a supply-chain network in quantity approach and to evaluate its supply-chain performance based on proposed strategies. Through the modelling works to improve the performance, components of simulation model, such as input model, strategy model, operational policy model and performance model, in the port supply chain were identified. The effects of various strategies can guide the way to administrate the supply chain in the different objectives.

Critical success factors of supply chain integration in container shipping: an application of resource-based view theory

ABSTRACT

The container shipping industry is receiving growing attention in driving the performance of global supply chains. This phenomenon has accelerated supply chain integration (SCI) within the industry. Although SCI could offer numerous benefits, it is often quoted to be implemented easier in theory than in practice. The high failure rate that is associated with SCI is often not addressed in the literature. Grounded on resource-based view (RBV) theory, this paper is aimed at identifying the critical success factors (CSFs) and examining their influence on SCI and supply chain performance (SCP). Survey questionnaires were administered on 164 container shipping firms. The constructs were validated empirically using confirmatory factor analysis and were subsequently analysed using structural equation modelling. The proposed CSFs in this study are found to be positively corelated with SCI, which, in turn, is positively correlated with SCP. This paper has contributed to both theory and practice by applying RBV theory to identify the key resources and capabilities that are necessary for SCI in the container shipping industry.

基于供应链思想的第四代港口概念特征及发展策略研究

与第一、二、三代港口不同,第四代港口从强调自己是一个“物流中心”,转变为强调是供应链中的一个环节,为此,有必要研究基于供应链管理思想的第四代港口的若干问题。在给出具有供应链管理特征的第四代港口的定义的基础上,提出了港口与供应链关系的演进模型,指出港口与供应链关系发展经历了分离（即相互独立）、整合（即形成港口物流服务链,为制造业供应链提供高效的增值服务）和嵌入（即港口被嵌入到制造业供应链中）三个阶段。应对供应链管理的要求,第四代港口应具有与前三代港口不同的差异化、精益化和敏捷化特征。基于上述分析,第四代港口的发展策略应为,主动整合并构建自身的供应链和与供应链核心企业联合等。     

因子分析在供应链竞争力评价中的应用

加快供应链的发展,提高供应链管理的能力,是我国企业进入21世纪以来重要的努力方向。然而原来的供应链竞争力评价体系不适应当今供应链管理下的供应链竞争力评价,基于此本文构建了企业供应链竞争力评价指标体系,并运用因子分析方法,进行因素分析和综合评价,结合实证研究证明该方法的有效性。鉴于此方法的有效性,提出了该方法在军事供应链的应用前景。     

基于IDM的需求扰动供应链协调契约研究

针对具有需求扰动风险的供应链协调问题，基于利益驱动机制，设计出一种新的保险契约模式，建立相应的供应链模型并求解分析。结果表明：均匀分布市场需求下赔偿上限应足够大，且契约参数满足相关条件时供应链可以达到完美协调。最后通过数值分析了赔偿参数对订货量和保费的影响。     

Competition model of cruise home ports based on the cruise supply chain – based on China cruise market

This paper addresses issues of cruise home port competition based on the cruise supply chain. A pricing model of the cruise market is developed considering the competitive cooperation behaviors of the participants in the cruise supply chain. Furthermore, a model of cruise home port competition is developed to investigate the impacts of subsidy participants in the cruise supply chain on cruise home ports. The results indicate that subsidy policies change the market equilibrium, promote the upstream and downstream integration of cruise supply chain, and enhance cruise home port competitiveness. Subsidies to cruise line increase the payoffs of cruise supply chain and ports’ profit. Subsidies to travel agency decrease passenger costs and improve all ports’ profits. For the long-term development of cruise home port, the consequents can be used as policy suggestions.
