极化电磁机构与普通电磁机构不同之处在于它有方向性的作用,当线圈电流的极性改变时,在动铁心上产生的力(或力矩)的符号也改变.它可以从中心位置向左(或右)偏动,因而它也就被称作极性元件.极化电磁机构应用广泛,如各种电磁阀、电磁离合器等.这些机构通常都是由磁性材料或线圈组成,它们产生一个或几个电磁参数.本文以极化电磁机构为对象,利用等效磁路法对机构进行分析及电磁力的计算,为该类机构的设计和分析提供了理论依据.  相似文献

对单向电磁作动器和双向电磁作动器进行了研究,建立了基于电磁作动器的单自由度主动隔振系统动态模型,并给出系统的动力学方程。仿真结果表明,在状态反馈的控制策略下,基于双向电磁作动器的主动隔振系统比基于单向电磁作动器或被动隔振系统的隔振效果要好。  相似文献

对平板毛坯电磁成形用平面螺旋线圈在电流激下磁场强度的分布特性进行了研究,推导出磁感强度的计算公式,并用实验验证了其正确性。通过数值分析,给出了一系列描述平面螺旋线圈磁场分布特性的曲线,讨论了线圈结构对磁场分布的影响规律。  相似文献

超磁致伸缩致动器的输出性能主要取决于致动器内部磁场分布特性,进行致动器的磁场数值分析,对预估致动器工作性能参数具有重要的意义.文中利用有限元法进行了致动器的磁场分析,并根据磁场分析结果预估了超磁致伸缩致动器静态位移特性.实际测试了致动器的静态特性.实验结果表明所建立的有限元模型及分析方法是合理的.  相似文献

为了研究涡流电磁力包括流制动力的电磁吸力,在不同的相对运动速度下的变化规律,研制了轨道涡流制动试验台。通过分析涡流电磁力形成方向和范围,设计了两级测力机构,即安装在扇形支人的测试电磁吸力的测试机构和安装在扇形要外侧的测试涡流制动力的测试座。根据模拟制动能量和测试控制的要求,确定了轨道轮和惯性轮的结构及主轴传动机构等。提出了轨道涡流动试验台的有关性能调试内容,并给出了部分测试结果。  相似文献

“电气化铁道智能选相控制永磁操动真空断路器”是根据断路器的发展趋势结合电气化铁道的需求而研制的.根据牵引变电站的运行特点,通过对真空断路器基本组成元件真空灭弧室的讨论,分析真空灭弧室内部的电场分布,对其结构进行了优化,将瓷壳台放在静端并金属化,使瓷壳的凸台与屏蔽筒等电位,减小了卡圈狭缝处以及触头之间的电场的冲击,避免了灭弧室在长期的运行中被电场击穿的情况,大大提高了灭弧室的绝缘特性及其开断能力.  相似文献

针对传统电火花加工中极间间隙的及时控制问题,提出一种具有高精度、响应快、宽频带、长行程的单自由度磁力驱动器,采用磁力驱动器作为电火花加工的局部执行机构,并设计了一种模糊PID控制方法在线实时修正PID控制参数,优化磁力驱动器控制系统. 首先, 分析了磁力驱动器装置的动力学模型,获得通入线圈电流与磁力驱动器动子位移之间的变换关系;其次, 根据磁力驱动器装置特点设计了常规PID控制器,并引入模糊控制对微定位控制性能进行优化;最后, 通过对磁力驱动器的微定位仿真和实验验证了控制器的控制效果. 仿真和实验结果表明:该磁力驱动器具有微米级的定位分辨率、大于50 Hz的宽频带和2 mm的定位行程,完全满足电火花加工微调要求.   相似文献

Considering the modeling uncertainties and external disturbance, a kind of sliding mode robust H∞fault-tolerant control method for time delay system with actuator fault is proposed. The upper-bound of the uncertainties is considered as a known constant, while the upper-bound of the actuator fault is unknown. A sufficient condition for the existence of an integral sliding mode dynamics is given in terms of linear matrix inequality(LMI). A novel adaptive law is given to estimate the unknown upper-bound of faults. On this basis, a type of sliding mode robust H∞fault-tolerant control law is designed to guarantee the asymptotic stability and the H_∞ performance index of the system. Finally, the simulation on quad-rotor semi-physical platform demonstrates the reliability and validity of the method.  相似文献

In order to conduct effective reliability analysis of retracting actuator with multi-state(success state,safety failure state and action failure state), we redefine type-3 operator in goal oriented(GO) method to describe three states of main charge of retracting actuator and improve type-15 operator in GO method to describe the logic relations of multi-state output. The quantitative and qualitative reliability analyses of retracting actuator are made based on GO method in this paper. The system state probability of retracting actuator is obtained through quantitative analysis, and its weakness is found through qualitative analysis. The analysis results show that GO method is effective to improve the reliability of retracting actuator, and this method is also feasible for reliability analysis of other complicated initiating explosive systems.  相似文献

Dielectric elastomers (DEs) are the polymers capable of inducing deformation under electrical stimulation. When subject to a voltage across its thickness, the material reduces in thickness and expands in area. This paper presents a new method to analyze deformation and stress distribution response of the dielectric elastomer actuator (DEA) model under different applied voltage. An equal-biaxial pre-strained circular actuator model was built. The Yeoh strain energy potential and the collocation method are used for describing the large strain actuation response and stress distribution. The study in this paper has shown that: the stress and the stretch distributions in the passive region of the DE actuator depend on the radial distance from the center at the calculation point of the passive region and the magnitude of the applied voltage; with the same excitation applied voltage, we can get a larger deformation actuation by choosing an appropriate pre-stretch ratio; the influence of the non-ideal material has seriously affected the actual deformation of the DE actuators. This analytical model has a reference potential for the design optimization of high performance DEA systems and the model-based control of the DEA robot.  相似文献

Red mud-fly ash based cementitious material mixed with different contents of oil shale calcined at 700°C is investigated in this paper. The effect of active Si and Al content on the solidification of Na+ during the hydration process is determined by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), 27Al and 29Si magic-angle-spinning nuclear magnetic resonance (MAS-NMR), infrared (IR), scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). It is shown that the content of oil shale has a remarkable effect on the solidified content of Na+. The hydration process generates a highly reactive intermediate gel phase formed by co-polymerisation of individual alumina and silicate species. This kind of gel is primarily considered as 3D framework of SiO4 and AlO4 tetrahedra interlinked by the shared oxygen atoms randomly. The negative charges and four-coordinated Al inside the network are mainly charge-balanced by Na+. The solidifying mechanism of Na+ is greatly attributed to the forming of this kind of gel.  相似文献

Zn0.95?x Co0.05Cu x O (atomic ratio, x = 0?C8%) thin films are fabricated on Si(111) substrate by reactive magnetron sputtering method. Detailed characterizations indicate that the doped Cu ions substitute the Zn2+ ions in ZnO lattice. The doped Cu ions are in +1 and +2 mixture valent state. The ferromagnetism of the Zn0.95?x Co0.05Cu x O film increases gradually with the increase of the Cu+ ion concentration till x = 6%, but decreases for higher Cu concentration. Experimental results indicate that the increase of ferromagnetism is not owing to the magnetic contribution of Cu+ ions themselves, but owing to the enhancement of magnetic interaction between Co2+ ions, which suggests that p-type doping of Cu+ ions plays an important role in mediating the ferromagnetic coupling between Co ions.  相似文献
