目前国内大型海洋平台由于受浮吊吊装能力的限制无法进行海上整体吊装就位,传统的建造方法是将平台分为几部分在陆上预制完毕在海中进行分片吊装拼接,这种建造工艺极大程度取决于海洋环境影响,不仅船机费用高,而且建造质量也难以提升.特别是胜利滩浅海区域根本就不能满足大型浮吊对工作水深的要求,因而也就无法利用浮吊进行吊装.为了解决这一技术难题,胜利油田胜利石油化工建设有限责任公司成功研究并应用了大型平台陆地整体预制与海上就位安装等一系列相关技术.本文将分别对平台建造临时支撑系统、陆上整体预制技术、有轨托载整体装船技术、海上打桩技术和海上就位技术等进行介绍.  相似文献

目前,海上风电场风电机组安装方式主要有2种:海上分体安装和海上整体安装,目前最为常见的海上风电安装方式是海上分体安装。降低海上风电场施工成本最直接的方法是改进吊装方案及相应设备,以利缩短工期。此外,考虑海上天气导致施工窗口少,应尽可能多地由陆上分担装配任务,海上整体安装应运而生。国华东台四期海上风电项目第16号机位风机安装是国内首例采用海上风电单桩基础风机整体吊装的施工工艺,通过对其海上施工过程的安全管理进行分析,重点从施工安全角度对风机整体安装施工工艺和FIS缓冲体系提出一些看法与建议,希望能给海上风电整体安装施工的安全管理和提高FIS缓冲体系拆装施工安全性的优化设计带来一些借鉴与参考。  相似文献

风电机组安装是海上风电项目开展的重要环节,其安装质量对后期运营起着十分重要的保障作用。受限于当前海上风电产业链的影响,风电机组由不同的制造厂商完成生产后再运输至现场进行安装,因此,风电机组的整体安装质量取决于机组进场安装前的验收准备工作与机组安装过程这两个阶段的质量控制。本文通过分析海上风电项目的特点,总结出风电机组安装环节的质量控制要素,为提高海上风电机组安装质量提供了重要参考。  相似文献

Wind power has made rapid progress and should gain significance as an energy resource, given growing interest in renewable energy and clean energy. Offshore wind energy resources have attracted significant attention, as, compared with land-based wind energy resources, offshore wind energy resources are more promising candidates for development. Sea winds are generally stronger and more reliable and with improvements in technology, the sea has become a hot spot for new designs and installation methods for wind turbines. In the present paper, based on experience building offshore wind farms, recommended foundation styles have been examined. Furthermore, wave effects have been investigated. The split installation and overall installation have been illustrated. Methods appropriate when installing a small number of turbines as well as those useful when installing large numbers of turbines were analyzed. This investigation of installation methods for wind turbines should provide practical technical guidance for their installation.  相似文献

针对自升自航式海上风机安装作业平台在风浪较大的海上风电场区域作业时风、浪、流载荷较大,影响安全的问题,基于SESAM软件,建立海上风机安装作业平台有限元模型,在频域内计算了波浪载荷和运动响应传递函数,并进行响应谱分析。结果表明,平台运动响应受波浪周期和浪向角的影响较大,当桩腿接近海底时,有可能对导致桩腿触底,在船舶设计以及船舶实际作业时应注意避免这种现象发生。  相似文献

目前国内规范尚未规定船行波对临近岸坡和船舶的作用,得出船行波对海上作业船舶的影响规律尤为重要。为了能够分析清楚船行波对港珠澳大桥岛隧工程沉管隧道管节安装过程中的影响,提前采取防范措施,避免因船行波的影响对工程造成损失,对国内、外学者发表的相关文献及国外相关的规范进行了研究,修订了一些文献中的笔误,推荐了适用于港珠澳大桥沉管隧道管节安装中船行波的计算公式。通过现场实际条件计算,结合已有的物理模型试验、现场实测等成果,给出了船行波的主要影响因素和随距离衰减的规律,从而得出了沉管安装的船舶航行限速条件。  相似文献

This paper presents a preliminary technical feasibility study on a new methodology proposed for installing a monopile-based bottom supported offshore wind turbine structure. The concept is developed to address the problem of “waiting for a suitable weather window” which is commonly faced by the existing installation methods that uses a typical jack-up platform. In the methodology, a floating vessel along with a floatable subsea structure fitted with a hull on the top, hereafter named SSIP (subsea structure for installing a pile), is proposed first to install a monopile. Then the same structure is used to carry an FIUS (fully integrated upper structure) of an offshore wind turbine, which is characterized by a telescopic tower, and install it over the monopile by using an FOP (float-over-pulling) arrangement. Here, the installation methodologies are first briefly described along with the critical load cases associated with them. These load cases are then numerically studied for a significant wave height (HS) of 2.5 m, and the results are summarized. For installing a fully integrated offshore wind turbine upper structure on a monopile foundation by the FOP method, two installation schemes are presented, and their dynamic characteristics are compared. It is shown that the proposed methodologies have potential to provide installation solutions which can be environmentally more robust compared to the existing method for installing an offshore wind turbine.  相似文献

In this paper, a numerical investigation of a float-over installation for an offshore platform is presented to verify the feasibility of the actual installation. The hydrodynamic performance of a T-barge is investigated in the frequency domain, and the coupled motions are analyzed in the time domain. We then compare with those of the model test and determine that the response amplitude operator and the time series agree quite well. The barge exhibits favorable hydrodynamic behavior in the considered sea state, and the equipment loads are allowable. The mooring system and sway fender forces are within the permissible range. Based on these results, we can verify that the actual installation of the offshore platform is feasible. We accurately simulated many important factors and effectively reduced the risk associated with the offshore installation, which is of great importance. As such, we demonstrate that the numerical simulation of the float-over installation for offshore platforms has practical engineering significance.  相似文献

海上风机整体式安装船是一种新型风机运输安装工作船,侧挂式重型起重车是其实现高效安装的核心装备。根据海上风机整体安装的特点和要求,依据起重机设计规范,设计了风机整体安装侧挂起重小车;分析了最不利工况下起重车所承受的各类载荷及相应计算方法;利用 Ansys软件计算了在此工况下车架结构的应力和变形。通过有限元分析验证侧挂式起重小车结构设计的合理性,为类似形式的侧挂式起重车结构设计提供借鉴。  相似文献

In this paper, a numerical investigation of a float-over installation for an offshore platform is presented to verify the feasibility of the actual installation.
