对50名健康人腰骶部磁刺激运动诱发电位(MEP)的方法学进行研究,并应用于诊断40名腰椎间盘突出症患者。结果表明:磁刺激腰骶最适合参数为MEP潜伏期,波幅和传导速率不能作为可靠参数;运动神经根传导时间(MRCT)对腰椎间盘突出症的诊断异常率为85%,显示无痛、无创的磁刺激MEP对诊断腰椎间盘突出症有较大的应用价值,优于电刺激。  相似文献

采用经前路主要病变节段椎间盘切除植骨十次要阶段椎间盘切吸术;或在单开门椎管扩大成形术的同时,加作后路椎间盘切吸术,共治疗颈椎病46例。其中脊髓型44例,神经根型2例,优良率84.78%。并对椎间盘切吸术后颈椎生物力学稳定性进行了测试,证明该术式不影响颈椎稳定性。从而为颈椎病的手术治疗开辟了一条新的途径。  相似文献

磁悬浮转子需同时满足抗干扰与共振隔离需求,为了从磁悬浮轴承结构角度奠定设计基础,基于磁悬浮轴承结构参数对支承刚度的影响,对高刚度磁悬浮轴承设计方法展开研究. 首先,通过磁悬浮轴承刚度解析式推导,分析磁悬浮轴承结构参数对支承刚度的影响因素,确定支承刚度优化方向;其次,提出高刚度磁悬浮轴承设计方法,分析支承刚度的优化效果;最后,通过转子固有频率测试及压缩机升频实验,验证所提出方法的可行性. 结果表明:在压缩机样机中,磁悬浮轴承采用不等磁路面积结构,在齿轭宽度比为1.2时,可使轴承在最恶劣工况,即对应最大控制电流时,支承刚度较常规等磁路面积结构提高了25%,压缩机在工况运行区间有效避免共振,为工程应用中磁悬浮轴承刚度优化设计提供参考.   相似文献

目的探讨人的颈椎间盘组织基因表达谱的变化,分析椎间盘退变的发生机制。方法改进的一步法抽取6例退变和6例正常颈椎间盘髓核的总RNA,用Cy3、Cy5荧光标记制成cDNA探针,再与22 575个cDNA基因表达芯片杂交,激光扫描荧光信号,对差异基因表达谱进行分析。结果进行6次扫描,退变和正常椎间盘髓核组织共有570个基因发生了差异表达,其中上调550个,下调20个。结论多种基因表达异常与颈椎间盘退变相关。  相似文献

由于城市道路交通行为的复杂性以及高质量交通数据的缺乏,实时估计城市主干道的旅行时间具有一定的难度.基于实时的快速公交(BRT)以及信号配时数据,作了一系列研究,用以估计主干道旅行时间以及交通服务水平(LOS).本文通过将公交车的排队延误时间、平均信号灯等待时间和自由流旅行时间综合在一起来实现旅行时间的估计.并以Valley Transportation Authority(VTA) BRT和智能驾驶系统作为数据源进行实验.实验结果表明,本文提出的估计主干道性能的方法非常有效.其中根均方误差(RMSE)和根均方百分比误差(RMSPE)分别为49s和9%,LOS估计的精度高达73%.  相似文献

采用速率散色比浊法对 42例腰椎间盘突出症患者血清、脑脊液 Ig G,Ig M进行测定 ,并结合直腿抬高实验 ,神经系统体征以及术中神经根的炎症情况进行分析。结果表明 ,腰椎间盘突出症患者的自身免疫水平和腰腿痛程度是相一致的。椎管内自身免疫炎症是造成腰腿痛的重要原因。  相似文献

In this study, magnetomechanical coupling tests were performed on Q235 solid round steel model specimens in NIM-200HF magnetomechanical coupling equipment. Hysteresis loops were obtained in different magnetic fields and stresses. Magnetization curves were also achieved at different stresses. Influence of the applied stresses on the hysteresis loops was investigated. The stress sensitive region and linear stress sensitive region of magnetic induction were determined for the model specimen according to the experimental data. The dependence relation of magnetic induction versus applied stresses was established, and the optimum magnetic field was determined in the stress sensitive range of magnetic induction, which builds a basis for nondestructive testing (NDT) of stress with the total magnetic flux for steel structure. Based on modified Jiles-Atherton??s model of magnetic hysteresis, the hysteresis loop for Q235 steel 4-mm diameter model specimen was numerically simulated, which was well consistent with the experimental results.  相似文献

Analytical solutions for a Griffith crack inside an infinite piezoelectromagnetic medium under combined mechanical-electrical-magnetic loadings are formulated using integral transform method. The singular stress, electric and magnetic fields in the piezoelectromagnetic material are obtained by the theory of linear piezoelectromagneticity. Fourier transforms are used to reduce the mixed boundary value problems of the crack, which is assumed to be permeable, to dual integral equations. The solution of the dual integral equations is then expressed analytically. Expressions for strains, stresses, electric fields, electric displacements, magnetic fields and magnetic inductions in the vicinity of the crack tip are derived. Field intensity factors and energy release rate for piezoelectromagnetic material are obtained. The stresses, electric displacements and magnetic inductions at the crack tip show the traditional square root singularities; and the electric field intensity factor (EFIF) and the magnetic field intensity factor (MFIF) are always zero.  相似文献

针对单自由度磁悬浮系统的非线性及难以建立精确数学模型的问题,将全格式无模型自适应控制(FFDL-MFAC)方法应用于单自由度磁悬浮系统,首先,采用无模型自适应控制算法、伪梯度估计算法、伪梯度重置算法和单自由度磁悬浮系统的动态化数据模型,设计单自由度磁悬浮系统的控制器;然后,仿真分析MFAC控制参数对单自由度磁悬浮系统控制效果的影响及对阶跃响应信号、干扰信号和噪声信号的响应特性;最后,在磁悬浮球实验装置上进行实验验证. 研究结果表明:全格式无模型自适应控制方法只需采集单自由度磁悬浮系统在工作状态下的I/O数据,无需建立单自由度磁悬浮系统精确数学模型,通过设定全格式无模型自适应控制器参数即可使控制器具备良好的自适应性和鲁棒性,实现高精度稳定悬浮控制;与PID相比,FFDL-MFAC将系统的超调量降低了0.005,稳定悬浮位移的误差均方根减小了0.2607.   相似文献

以玻璃微电极细胞内记录技术,研究了正常和模拟缺血再灌注条件下,豚鼠右心室游离壁的内、外膜下传导和跨壁传导等心肌传导特性。结果显示,在心肌缺血和再灌注过程中,兴奋在豚鼠右心室内膜下的扩布有所减慢但无方向性差异,心外膜不同方向上的传导差异则显著增大。同时,。C室肌外向和内向跨壁传导时间均有明显性延长,部分标本甚至出现完全性跨壁传导阻滞。,G肌传导特性的这种不均一性变化,为缺血和再灌注过程中折返激动的发生提供了有利条件。  相似文献

铝转子单边盘式感应电机气隙较大,主要参数随半径变化,用传统电机分析法会造成较大误差,且无法准确描述铝转子中集肤效应的影响.采用一种新的电磁模型,利用分环计算和多层行波磁场模型有效解决了该电机存在的特殊问题,提高了模型精度.通过磁场分布计算得到电机的T型等效电路.分析了等效电路中电感和电阻参数.制作样机并通过空载试验和短路试验测定其T型等效电路参数,试验结果与计算结果误差较小,证明该方法能准确估算铝转子单边盘式感应电机的主要参数.计算电机电磁转矩随转差率变化的情况,高转差率下的实验转矩输出值与计算值接近.  相似文献
