周边卸载导致的隧道横向大变形对地铁的正常运营与安全使用产生严重影响,对于隧道结构从周边卸载开始直至破坏的全过程,需要发展一种高效并能保证精度的数值模拟方法。文章首先进行不同接头刚度下衬砌环的内力及变形数值分析,表明管片接头刚度值对衬砌环轴力分布及大小影响很小,可以先使用相对简单的等刚度圆环法计算得到管片接缝处的轴力值,再将此预分析轴力值作为确定接头抗弯弹簧弯曲刚度曲线的轴力值,用三维直梁实体单元进行精细分析得到不同轴力下的管片接头抗弯刚度模型。最后将接头抗弯刚度模型参数赋给二维梁-弹簧模型中的弹簧参数,运用二维梁-弹簧法计算得到衬砌结构各级荷载下的内力和变形。该方法得到的数值模拟结果与试验结果一致,全过程数值分析表明:在侧向压力卸载过程中,接头截面处弯矩不断增大、轴力不断减小,各接头处抗弯刚度快速下降,最终结构达到破坏状态。 相似文献

为得到盾构隧道纵向梁-弹簧模型中环间接头抗弯刚度的计算方法,文章以志波模型为基础,采用解析方法分别推导了纯弯、拉弯条件下环间接头抗弯刚度的解析公式,并据此对各影响因素的敏感度及影响方式开展定量分析。结果表明:盾构隧道环间接头抗弯刚度的影响因素主要有幅宽、断面尺寸、环间螺栓参数以及纵轴拉力等,其中断面尺寸对环间接头刚度影响最大,环间螺栓参数次之,幅宽影响最小;纵轴拉力对环间接头抗弯刚度的影响方式与前述因素不同,在其作用下,环间接头抗弯刚度表现出显著的非线性特点,环间接头抗弯刚度与纵向弯矩、纵向轴力在三维空间中呈现"台阶状"曲面形态,其量值维持在上、下台阶面对应的量值之间;当环间接缝面在拉弯作用下完全张开时,环间接头抗弯刚度相比接缝面部分张开时被削弱约40%。 相似文献

为客观评价及预测油气管道的腐蚀速度和现状,人们一般采用灰色系统的GM(1,1)理论,但该方法有其固有的缺陷,预测精度不高,初始点的选择不尽合理,文中针对初始点和预测精度问题,运用最小二乘法拟合原理及残差修正理论进行了两处改进,从而提高了预测精度。最后针对某输油管道的实际监测腐蚀速度进行了分析预测,并对方法改进前后的预测结果进行了对比,可以看出预测精度大大提高。 相似文献

A new systems dynamics approach for the identification of origin-destination (O-D) flows in a traffic system is presented. It is the basic idea of this approach that traffic flow through a facility is treated as a dynamic process in which the sequences of short-time exit flow counts depend by causal relationships upon the time-variable sequences of entrance flow volumes. In that way enough information can be obtained from the counts at the entrances and the exits to obtain unique and bias-free estimates for the unknown O-D flows without further a priori information. Four different methods were developed: an ordinary least squares estimator involving cross-correlation matrices, a constrained optimization method, a simple recursive estimation formula and estimation by Kalman filtering. The methods need only moderate computational effort and are particularly useful for tracking time-variable O-D patterns for on-line identification and control purposes. An analysis of the accuracy of the estimates and a discussion of the convergence properties of the methods are given. Finally, a comparison with some conventional static estimation procedures is carried out using synthetic as well as real data from several intersections. These tests demonstrated that the presented dynamic methods are highly superior to conventional techniques and produce more accurate results. 相似文献

文章运用ANSYS软件,建立“实体一弹簧.壳”的有限元模型,对碳纤维板加固带有初始裂纹的纯弯曲病害钢筋混凝土梁(RC梁)的力学性能进行研究。结果表明:经碳纤维板加固后,病害RC梁的极限承载力、钢筋屈服荷载、开裂后的整体刚度均有明显提高,且碳纤维板越厚,加固效果越显著。此外还能有效抑制裂纹扩展、改善梁底受力状况,减小裂纹尖端应力强度因子,提高构件剩余疲劳寿命。 相似文献

利用失重法、电化学测试、扫描电镜、能谱分析等方法,研究X80管线钢在鄯善土壤模拟溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:X80钢在3个测试点模拟土壤溶液中以全面腐蚀为主,局部位置发生点蚀;60 d浸泡期内,其在不同模拟溶液中的腐蚀速率大小依次为:AN000〉AN065〉AN016;随着浸泡时间的增加,Ca2+吸附在X80钢表面并形成Ca的产物层,有效地减缓了X80钢在AN016模拟溶液中的腐蚀。在含盐量较高的土壤环境中,富集在钢基表面的结晶盐对钢的腐蚀具有一定的减缓作用。 相似文献

The use of alternative energy sources instead of HFO has been recognized as a promising way for reducing emissions from shipping and promoting the development of green shipping. However, it is usually difficult for the decision-making to select the best choice among multiple alternative marine fuels. In order to address this, a complete criteria system for sustainability assessment of alternative marine fuels was firstly established, and a fuzzy group multi-criteria decision making method has been developed to rank the alternative marine fuels by combining fuzzy logarithmic least squares and fuzzy TOPSIS (Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution). Fuzzy logarithmic least squares method has been employed to determine the weights of the criteria for sustainability assessment, and fuzzy TOPSIS was employed to determine the sustainability order of the alternatives. An illustrative case with three alternative marine fuels including methanol, LNG and hydrogen has been studied by the proposed method, and hydrogen has been recognized as the most sustainable scenario, follows by LNG, and methanol in the descending order. The results show that the proposed method is feasible for prioritizing the alternative marine fuels; it also has the ability to help the decision-makers to select the most sustainable option among multiple marine fuels. 相似文献
