在航道运营过程中,航道维护性疏浚工程是港口和航道建设中不可缺少的一项措施。由于维护性航道项目存在着泥层薄、回淤快、不能影响航道正常运营等特点,耙吸船的施工效率、质量控制要求非常高,需要选择合理的疏浚船型及施工技术手段进行施工。本文以实际工程为例,对航道维护性疏浚工程实施过程中的施工技术、质量控制方法进行了研究和探讨。  相似文献

黄骅港整治工程前,航道内大风回淤后有大段的强淤难挖段。首先分析了黄骅港整治工程前航道内回淤土难挖段的特点,又以大量实测为依据,分析了黄骅港整治工程后航道内回淤土的各项特性、指标的变化,阐述了黄骅港整治工程对航道回淤土可挖性的影响,分析原因认为:黄骅港整治工程掩护了原有强淤难挖段,改善了被掩护段的颗粒组成,提高了回淤土可挖性,航道淤积重心外移,使疏浚力量重分配,提高了疏浚效率,增加了航道水深。  相似文献

本文基于连云港港15万吨级航道2005年11月至2008年9月疏浚施工过程中的大量现场观测资料,进行了施工期泥沙回淤特征分析以及施工期泥沙回淤风险识别。研究表明,连云港航道施工期回淤与自然回淤特征基本一致,但是施工期回淤受大风影响更为显著,大风与设计分摊不足是连云港航道疏浚施工回淤的主要风险因子。  相似文献

针对福姜沙水道深水航道维护特性问题,采用航道演变、水沙运动基本理论和实测维护量资料分析相结合的研究手段,重点研究福姜沙水道近期航道维护量分布及其响应变化特征。研究表明,在多年自然演变和人工治理工程控制作用下,福姜沙水道已形成福中、福北和福南3条靠疏浚维护的航道并存的态势。上游径流量与航道内疏浚浅区回淤量总体呈良好的正相关关系,航槽疏浚区呈现洪季回淤快、枯季回淤慢的特点。建议下阶段加强福北水道减淤措施研究。  相似文献

针对连云港港区25万吨级进港航道回淤总量小于15万吨级的现象,从航道回淤实测资料、工程前后水动力环境等入手,借助于潮流数学模型,研究了该现象产生的原因。研究结果表明:疏浚工程和环抱式防波堤工程均会对进港航道的回淤产生一定的影响,但防波堤的影响起主要作用。疏浚工程导致航道流速以减弱为主,因而使得航道回淤略有增加;而环抱式防波堤工程,将使口门附近流速显著增加,从而导致进港航道回淤大幅减小。此外,环抱式防波堤的掩护作用,在很大程度上阻挡了泥沙进入港区,从而使口内航道段回淤也大幅降低。  相似文献

珠海港一直存在比较严重的回淤问题,尤其是近几年不断进行航道升级,需要每年展开水深维护疏浚工程,来有力确保船舶能够安全通航,疏浚泥沙的含水量较高并且施工期间存在较多干扰因素,所致施工维护成本较高且效率较低。本文通过对珠海港疏浚工程开展过程中,结合港区的泥沙来源及回淤强度分布规律,立足珠海市港区维护疏浚的基本需求,提出新型环保疏浚设备技术运用于港区疏浚工程的主要作用成效。  相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form.  相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues.  相似文献

目前国内已经出现了少量的数据挖掘相关产品。国内数据挖掘软件无论从数量还是质量上比较,都与国外软件存在着较大的差距。随着数据仓库技术的普及,数据挖掘应用的需求越来越强烈,如何缩短这种差距,研发数据挖掘软件产品成为国内业界的一个重要问题。通过引用目前国际通用数据挖掘标准技术来构建开放式的数据挖掘系统模型,该系统模型从可扩展性、可重用性、易用性等方面得到了加强。  相似文献
