为了减少智能驾驶车辆的纵向车速控制的时滞,提高主动抗扰性,提出一种基于扰动观测的纵向车速控制算法,并进行了实车验证。模型中,采用前馈控制模块,并提前输出控制量,来提高车速跟随的响应性;以主动抗扰控制(ADRC)模块作为反馈环节,采用扩张状态观测器(ESO)在线估计内外部扰动,并在控制端进行补偿,实现了对车速的精确闭环控制。在弯道、环岛等路况下进行了实车实验。结果表明:该算法可以在5 s内控制车速从怠速快速跟踪到目标车速,总体平均误差为0.17 km/h。因而,该算法较传统的比例积分微分(PID)有更好的响应性、控制精度和抗扰性。  相似文献

为了提高客车电子稳定性控制系统(ESC)的控制精度,针对实际车辆系统建模中存在各种非线性扰动项以及传统滑模控制(Sliding Mode Control,SMC)中抖振较大的问题,提出一种自适应神经网络滑模控制算法。基于2自由度车辆模型,首先设计一个二阶滑模(Second-order Sliding Mode,SOSM)估计器对车辆的质心侧偏角进行估计,然后利用径向基(Radial Basis Function,RBF)神经网络对车辆系统建模中的各种非线性扰动项进行实时估计,并进行Lyapunov稳定性证明,RBF神经网络估计车辆系统建模的各种非线性扰动项可以有效减小滑模控制符号项的系数,从而减小滑模抖振水平。为了更进一步优化传统滑模控制的参数调节过程,减小滑模抖振并提高系统控制精度,再次利用RBF神经网络对传统滑模控制中的关键参数进行自适应调节。最后为了验证算法的有效性,搭建客车电控气压制动系统硬件在环试验台,在硬件在环试验台上对算法的有效性和精度进行试验验证。研究结果表明:客车ESC在自适应神经网络滑模算法的控制下,横摆角速度和质心侧偏角能够较好地跟随上理想的横摆角速度和理想质心侧偏角,横摆角速度和质心侧偏角的跟随误差降低;利用RBF神经网络估计客车建模中的各种非线性扰动项和利用RBF神经网络自适应调节传统滑模控制的关键参数,可以有效提高客车ESC的控制精度。  相似文献

This paper presents a coordinated control of electronic stability control (ESC) and active front steering (AFS) with adaptive algorithms for yaw moment distribution in integrated chassis control (ICC). In order to distribute a control yaw moment into control tire forcres of ESC and AFS, and to coordinate the relative usage of ESC to AFS, a LMS/Newton algorithm (LMSN) is adopted. To make the control tire forces zero in applying LMS and LMSN, the zero-attracting mechanism is adopted. Simulations on vehicle simulation software, CarSim®, show that the proposed algorithm is effective for yaw moment distribution in integrated chassis control.  相似文献

A robust yaw stability control design based on active front steering control is proposed for in-wheel-motored electric vehicles with a Steer-by-Wire (SbW) system. The proposed control system consists of an inner-loop controller (referred to in this paper as the steering angle-disturbance observer (SA-DOB), which rejects an input steering disturbance by feeding a compensation steering angle) and an outer-loop tracking controller (i.e., a PI-type tracking controller) to achieve control performance and stability. Because the model uncertainties, which include unmodeled high frequency dynamics and parameter variations, occur in a wide range of driving situations, a robust control design method is applied to the control system to simultaneously guarantee robust stability and robust performance of the control system. The proposed control algorithm was implemented in a CaSim model, which was designed to describe actual in-wheel-motored electric vehicles. The control performances of the proposed yaw stability control system are verified through computer simulations and experimental results using an experimental electric vehicle.  相似文献

为精准模拟传动系弹性及齿隙作用下电制动系统非线性机械负载,提出了自适应模糊滑模自抗扰的测功机控制算法。首先,针对一款前驱电动汽车,建立融合感应电机模型的车辆及台架机电一体化模型,引入典型正常制动和防抱死制动控制作为测试对象。其次,构建扩张状态观测器估计台架系统未建模动态,以自适应模糊滑模控制测功机实时模拟高度非线性机械负载。最后,开展了制动控制策略台架测试的仿真研究。结果表明:提出的方法可精确模拟电制动系统动态负载,有效提高制动控制算法台架测试精度。  相似文献

本文中设计了一种单行星排液压机械无级变速器,并为提高其速比跟踪控制性能,提出一种带前馈的自抗扰控制算法,以实现速比的跟踪控制。首先建立系统数学模型,通过传动系统转速关系的理论分析,得到前馈控制量,进一步采用自抗扰控制器对速比进行闭环控制。接着建立系统仿真平台和原型样车,通过仿真和试验对设计的带前馈自抗扰速比控制器进行验证。结果表明:提出的自抗扰速比控制法能有效实现速比的跟踪控制,与经典PID控制相比,具有速比偏差小、响应速度快、适应性好和抗干扰能力强的优点。  相似文献

The tracking control of the steer-by-wire (SBW) system to achevie desired steering motion is the core issue for the design of algorithm. Most of model-based tracking control assumed the constant parameters without the consideration of dynamic characteristics. The external disturbances and model nonlinearities can bring uncertainties of the system parameters. To reduce the influence of parameter uncertainties, an online estimator by output error identification method is proposed to estimate the dynamic parameters of a SBW system. Meanwhile, the parameter gradient projection method is applied to eliminate the parameter drift, while a full order state observer is developed to weaken the effects of noise disturbance during the parameter identification. Since the sensitivity of parameter uncertainties for the feedforward control, the online estimator is incorporated into the control model and improve the controlled robustness. The proposed adaptive feedforward controller is conducted by the real-time experiments to show the tracking performance.  相似文献

Comprehensive performance of the vehicle, including ride qualities and road-holding, is essentially of great value in practice. Many up-to-date semi-active control algorithms improve vehicle dynamics performance effectively. However, it is hard to improve comprehensive performance for the conflict between ride qualities and road-holding around the second-order resonance. Hence, a new control algorithm is proposed to achieve a good trade-off between ride qualities and road-holding. In this paper, the properties of the invariant points are analysed, which gives an insight into the performance conflicting around the second-order resonance. Based on it, a new control algorithm is proposed. The algorithm employs a novel frequency selector to balance suspension ride and handling performance by adopting a medium damping around the second-order resonance. The results of this study show that the proposed control algorithm could improve the performance of ride qualities and suspension working space up to 18.3% and 8.2%, respectively, with little loss of road-holding compared to the passive suspension. Consequently, the comprehensive performance can be improved by 6.6%. Hence, the proposed algorithm is of great potential to be implemented in practice.  相似文献

The modern diesel engines equip the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system to suppress the NOx emissions. In addition, the variable geometric turbocharger (VGT) system is installed to improve the drivability and fuel efficiency. These EGR and VGT systems have cross-coupled behavior because they interact with the intake and the exhaust manifolds. Furthermore, the turbocharger time delay, gas flow dynamics through EGR pipe cause the nonlinearity characteristics. These nonlinear multi-input-multi-output characteristics cause the degradation of control accuracy, especially during the transient condition. In order to improve the control accuracy, this study proposes an iterative learning control (ILC) algorithm for feedforward controller of EGR and VGT systems. The feedforward controller obtains the values about EGR and VGT actuators using the previous control results in predefined transient states. The ILC algorithm consists of a PD-type learning function and a low-pass filter. The control gains of learning function are determined to guarantee the convergence of learning results. In addition, the low-pass filter is designed for robustness against plant disturbance. The proposed control algorithm was validated by engine experiment which repeated predefined transient states. The error was reduced by 15 % according to the gain. As a result, the proposed algorithm is affordable for improving the transient control performance.  相似文献

A novel tracking and almost disturbance decoupling problem of multi-input, multi-output (MIMO) nonlinear systems based on feedback linearization and a multi-layered feedforward neural network approach has been proposed. The feedback linearization and neural network controller guarantees exponentially global uniform ultimate bounded stability and almost disturbance decoupling performance without using any learning or adaptive algorithms. The new approach renders the system to be stable with the almost disturbance decoupling property at each step when selecting weights to enhance the performance if the proposed sufficient conditions are maintained. One example, which cannot be solved by the existing approach of the almost disturbance decoupling problem because it requires the sufficient conditions that the nonlinearities that multiply the disturbances satisfy structural triangular conditions, is proposed to exploit the fact that the tracking and the almost disturbance decoupling performances are easily achieved by the proposed approach. In order to demonstrate the practical applicability, a famous half-car active suspension system is investigated.  相似文献

车辆结构参数和道路环境信息的实时准确获取是提高智能汽车运动控制性能的重要因素之一,而车辆质量与道路坡度信息是多种汽车控制系统的必要信息,因此质量与坡度在线估计的研究一直受到关注。针对车辆质量与道路坡度的联合估计问题,提出了一种基于交互多模型的质量与坡度融合估计方法。首先,设定了适宜进行质量精确估计的工况条件,据此提出了基于模糊规则的质量估计置信度因子计算算法,进而设计了基于置信度因子的递推最小二乘车辆质量估计算法,以实现质量的在线估计。然后,以车辆纵向动力学模型为基础,建立了运动学和动力学2种坡度估计模型,并设计了基于运动学模型的线性卡尔曼滤波坡度观测器,基于电子稳定性程序ESP的纵向加速度信息实现坡度估计,设计了基于动力学模型的无迹卡尔曼滤波坡度观测器,基于ESP和发动机管理系统EMS的力信息实现坡度估计。运动学模型未考虑车辆姿态信息,坡度估算结果与实际值有偏差;动力学模型对模型精度要求高,算法稳定性差,为充分发挥2种方法优势实现坡度的精确估计,采用交互多模型算法实现了2种坡度估计方法的加权融合。最后,对所设计的算法进行了实车试验验证。结果表明:所设计的质量与坡度估算算法具有较好的实时性和准确性,适合智能汽车运动控制的应用需求。  相似文献

This study proposes a design for an idle speed controller to compensate for varying engine load and friction torque in passenger car diesel engines. An active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) framework, comprised of a disturbance compensator and a feedback controller, is applied to an idle speed controller to compensate for disturbances such as engine load and friction torque. In addition, a feedforward compensator is designed into the ADRC framework to improve disturbance rejection performance. The proposed controller is validated by engine and vehicle experiments and the experiment results are compared with a commercial controller.  相似文献

利用最小观测器的基本理论,对EPS用永磁有刷直流电机进行了建模,提出了一种通过测量的电压和电流估计电机转子动态转速的算法。与实测转速的对比表明,合理配置最小观测器的极点位置,可以估计出电机的转速。研究了利用转速估计的反馈控制在EPS电机控制中的应用,结果表明,使用具有电机转速估计反馈的阻尼控制算法可以明显改善转向盘转矩的波动。  相似文献

This paper proposes a nonlinear adaptive sliding mode control that aims to improve vehicle handling through a Steer-By-Wire system. The designed sliding mode control, which is insensitive to system uncertainties, offers an adaptive sliding gain to eliminate the precise determination of the bound of uncertainties. The sliding gain value is calculated using a simple adaptation algorithm that does not require extensive computational load. Achieving the improved handling characteristics requires both accurate state estimation and well-controlled steering inputs from the Steer-By-Wire system. A second order sliding mode observer provides accurate estimation of lateral and longitudinal velocities while the driver steering angle and yaw rate are available from the automotive sensors. A complete stability analysis based on Lyapunov theory has been presented to guarantee closed loop stability. The simulation results confirmed that the proposed adaptive robust controller not only improves vehicle handling performance but also reduces the chattering problem in the presence of uncertainties in tire cornering stiffness.  相似文献

A cooperative control algorithm for an in-wheel motor and an electric booster brake is proposed to improve the stability of an in-wheel electric vehicle. The in-wheel system was modeled by dividing it into motor and mechanical parts, and the electric booster brake was modeled through tests. In addition, the response characteristics of the in-wheel system and the electric booster brake were compared through a frequency response analysis. In the cooperative control, the road friction coefficient was estimated using the wheel speed, motor torque, and braking torque of each wheel, and the torque limit of the wheel to the road was determined using the estimated road friction coefficient. Based on the estimated road friction coefficient and torque limit, a cooperative algorithm to control the motor and the electric booster brake was proposed to improve the stability of the in-wheel electric vehicle. The performance of the proposed cooperative control algorithm was evaluated through a hardware-in-the-loop simulation (HILS). Furthermore, to verify the performance of the proposed cooperative control algorithm, a test environment was constructed for the anti-lock braking system (ABS) hydraulic module hardware, and the performance of the cooperative control algorithm was compared with that of the ABS by means of a HILS test.  相似文献

In this paper, an indirect feedback active noise control (ANC) scheme, based on the fundamental frequency-estimation method, is proposed for systems with multiple tonal noises. The engine noise consists of the harmonic components of the rotation of the crankshaft in the engine. When it is difficult to obtain reference signals, which are necessary for a feedforward ANC, conventional ANC algorithms do not work. In this paper, a new method is proposed to generate reference signals with estimated frequencies. The proposed algorithm consists of two parts: the frequency-estimation (FE) algorithm for the estimation of the fundamental frequency of the rotating machinery and then the conventional filtered-x LMS (FX-LMS) algorithm. In the second algorithm, the reference signal is generated using the fundamental frequency as estimated in the first algorithm. The FE algorithm uses a second-order adaptive notch filter, which is insensitive to impulse noise. In addition, the FE algorithm has good tracking capability and a lower variance of frequency-estimation error for a constant sinusoid signal and chirp signal. The performance of the proposed ANC method is verified through simulations and an experiment using a DSP board (DS-1104) inside a short duct.  相似文献

This article describes a method of vehicle dynamics estimation for impending rollover detection. This method is evaluated via a professional vehicle dynamics software and then through experimental results using a real test vehicle equipped with an inertial measurement unit. The vehicle dynamic states are estimated in the presence of the road bank angle (as a disturbance in the vehicle model) using a robust observer. The estimated roll angle and roll rate are used to compute the rollover index which is based on the prediction of the lateral load transfer. In order to anticipate the rollover detection, a new method is proposed in order to compute the time-to-rollover using the load transfer ratio. The used nonlinear model is deduced from the vehicle lateral dynamics and is represented by a Takagi–Sugeno (TS) fuzzy model. This representation is used in order to take into account the nonlinearities of lateral cornering forces. The proposed TS observer is designed with unmeasurable premise variables in order to consider the non-availability of the slip angles measurement. Simulation results show that the proposed observer and rollover detection method exhibit good efficiency.  相似文献
