舰船动力系统方案评估的实质是多准则决策,多准则决策的前提是确定科学合理的评估指标体系。以系统工程的相关理论为依据,首先分析构建评估指标体系的原则和方法,然后根据舰船动力系统的研制目标,提出以"效能―费用―风险"为准则层的指标体系结构,并依据系统效能的定义和运用舰船工程原理对"效能―费用―风险"作进一步的分解,最终建立起舰船动力系统方案评估指标体系,为动力系统方案的定量评估奠定基础。 相似文献

目前的方案优选多属定性分析和经验决策,存在较大的主观随意性。为提高方案优选的准确性,首先从使用者角度出发,以使用者更为关心的蒸汽预热供汽系统完成特定任务的总体能力为核心,兼顾费用和风险对备选方案优选的约束作用,提出以“系统效能-费用-风险”为准则层的蒸汽预热供汽方案评估指标体系,然后按照系统综合评估的一般步骤,对评估指标进行量化与标准化处理,确定评估指标的权重,并完成评估指标的集成,最终得到5种蒸汽预热供汽备选方案的排序结果。评估结果表明,中压电极锅炉方案为最优方案。构建的评估指标体系、采用的评估方法以及备选方案的排序结果,可以为蒸汽预热供汽方案的论证与决策提供必要的理论依据。 相似文献

[目的]为解决舰船中水回用方案优选过程中决策影响因素多,且因素无法完全被量化和排序的问题,有必要建立科学合理的方案优选评估模型。[方法]基于灰色层次分析法及德尔菲法构建舰船中水回用方案评价指标体系的层次化结构,采用白化权函数的灰色评估方法对各评估要素进行量化,开展不同方案的综合评估。[结果]分析及计算结果表明,采用灰色层次分析法得出的综合评估结果合理,层次总排序的一致性检验满足指标要求。[结论]灰色层次分析法可以在专家评判的基础上,综合采纳各方面的意见,降低评判的随意性和主观性,提高方案选取的科学性和合理性,适用于对舰船中水回用的多方案、多目标系统设计进行优选决策。 相似文献

极地邮轮的空调系统配置方案设计和选型对其节能、环保和舒适性有重要影响,为提出系统科学的选型方法,构建包括环保性、经济性、舒适性和轻量化性能指标在内的选型评价指标体系.为某8035总吨极地邮轮空调系统设计配置方案,建立基于层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法的模糊综合评价选型方法,对不同配置方案进行综合评估和选型.结果 表明,所建立的选型评价指标体系较全面,所提出的选型方法综合考虑了选型评价指标的主客观因素,结果可靠,可用于极地邮轮空调系统配置方案的选型.选型方法为邮轮空调系统配置选型的发展提供一定的参考价值. 相似文献

为在水面舰船论证阶段科学选择船型方案,构建了船型选型评估指标体系层次结构,提出几种船型总体性能计算方法,建立基于层次分析法和灰色关联度理论船型性能综合评估方法。通过对某船型平台选型实例评估分析,验证了该方法的可行性,本文建立的综合评估体系和评估方法可为水面舰船船型选型决策提供技术支撑。 相似文献

Recent measurements of wave induced hull strain and flexure in RN warships are presented together with the derivation of the current design criteria for extreme hull girder bending loads. The history of the development of the shipboard instrumentation used is given and recent developments to improve the quality and ease of analysis of the data are described. An unexpectedly high transverse asymmetry in the longitudinal strains measured in destroyers is shown to be the result of a combination of vertical and lateral bending in oblique seas. Finally recent theoretical comparisons between the loading of Deep-Vee hulls and conventional UK rounded bilge hulls are presented which demonstrate the higher loading experienced by this type of hull form. 相似文献

Despite the many socio-economic similarities between Sweden and Norway, differences in jurisdiction, organisation, cooperation, and financing of long-distance passenger train and coach services have led to the development of four distinctively different ways of serving the markets. This paper describes how the train and coach markets have developed in the two countries, with emphasis on regulatory and industrial structure and a couple of performance variables.Looking at passenger rail, both countries separated infrastructure from operation over a decade ago. However, while Norwegian rail is characterised by an almost monopoly supplier, rail services in Sweden are partly decentralised to the responsibility of county authorities and are widely subjected to competitive tendering. The rest of the network is about to be opened up for on-the-track competition. Swedish Rail (SJ) has spent the last decades consolidating its core business (passenger rail) and sold out its other businesses. In contrast, the Norwegian state rail (NSB) has expanded its business to become a major bus operator and property owner, with extensions also into the Swedish market.The coach industry was more recently deregulated in both countries. The Swedish coach market is dominated by privately owned companies operating services to and from Stockholm. In Norway, state-owned NSB is a major coach operator on medium distance routes, and is also the largest partner of Nor-Way Bussekspress which totally dominates long-distance coach services. Further, the Norwegian coach market is characterised by cross-ownership and cooperation which has enabled an extensive route network which covers most of Norway.We find distinct differences in achievements in the two modes and in the two countries. Swedish rail services have succeeded in winning market shares and in renewing and developing both infrastructure and service levels to a greater extent than the Norwegian model. On the other hand, the Norwegian coach market seems to be more developed and efficient compared to its Swedish counterpart.The paper concludes with a discussion on the possible links between the different approaches and the performance observed, with the aim to stimulate further and more detailed research on some important issues. 相似文献
