建立了某SUV白车身有限元模型,对车身静态刚度和模态分布进行优化,改善了白车身的振动性能。通过灵敏度分析筛选白车身关键部件的厚度并将其作为优化变量,以车身的扭转刚度和质量作为目标,建立其径向基函数模型,将静态刚度、车身1阶扭转和1阶弯曲模态频率作为约束条件,并利用多目标遗传算法对车身性能进行优化。试制了优化后白车身关键部件,并进行模态试验,验证了优化结果的正确性。优化后在总质量增加0.55%的情况下,提升了车身整体刚度,改善了模态频率分布,后排左、右侧座椅安装点的传递函数峰值分别下降了47.50%和49.37%,极大地改善了车身振动性能,为整车NVH性能的提升打下良好基础。 相似文献

传统轿车开发需要大量模具支持,开发周期长,费用高.文章对某骨架式轿车车身进行了有限元分析,计算了该车在弯曲、扭转、转弯及制动4种工况下的应力及变形,并进行了模态特性分析.分析结果表明,该骨架式轿车车身满足强度和刚度的要求,振动频率不在轿车的频率范围内,不会发生共振;整车前悬架的承载质量较大,使得前悬架部位应力值较高,同时,车身的后部局部刚度偏大,指出此分析结果可以为该车车身的改进设计提供理论依据. 相似文献

以某型轿车为例,建立车身有限元分析模型,对模型进行了试验验证。综合考虑零件厚度对车身质量与刚度的影响,利用灵敏度分析方法确定优化设计变量。以白车身质量最小为目标函数,在保证车身刚度和模态性能的前提下,进行车身质量优化。在车身质量减轻了6.25%的同时,车身刚度和主要模态频率也获得了不同程度的提高。 相似文献

The ride and handling qualities of conventional delivery trucks are wores compared to modern passenger cars. However this vehicles have the power to drive as fast as passenger cars. Vehicle comfort and driving safety are mostly influenced by vertical accelerations and vehicle movements caused by pitch and roll motions. In the paper “Vehicle Dynamics with Adaptive or Semi-Active Suspension Systems – Demands on Software and Hardware” Wallentowitz and Ridlich have shown at AVEC'94 in which way tyre stiffness, shock absorber characteristics, spring stiffness and unsprung mass have an influence on vehicle comfort and active safety. They achieved these results by the theoretical analysis of a quarter-vehicle-model. Their examinations are extended in this paper on the model of a complete delivery truck. By the use of the multibody-simulation tool SIMPACK the road performance of a delivery truck will be analysed. Therefore a complex model of the vehicle has been built up in SIMPACK. Several computer simulations have been carried out to analyse the vehicle comfort and handling characteristics in different standard driving manoeuvres.Furthermore, the potential of improvements is shown by simulating different driving manoeuvres with the complete vehicle model by varying some vehicle characteristics such as tyre stiffness, shock absorber characteristics, spring stiffness and unsprung mass.In addition to that, simulations with models of unconventional spring- and damper-systems have been carried out to demonstrate the potential of improvements by the use of these systems. SUMMARY Automotive steering behaviour is classified for steady-state cornering and the definitions of over-/understeer and stability/instability are well known. In this paper it is intended to apply these definitions to combined cornering and braking maneuvers i.e. to extend the criteria to quasi-steady-state conditions. This way of investigation was chosen because it gives a clear idea of the typical handling behaviour. Furthermore, the vehicle behaviour is analyzed using the cornering stiffness of the axles and front/rear cornering stiffness ratio because this is always of primary significance. The following contribution is based on a theoretical analysis considering the most important non-linear vehicle properties. The paper deals with two groups of vehicles: single vehicles (passenger cars) and combinations (passenger car/caravan and tractor/semitrailer). In the case of combinations the effect of trailers on the towing vehicles is examined. So, careful attention is paid to the coupling forces, which alter the wheel loads and influence steerability and stability. 相似文献

某微型客车在行驶过程中发动机高转速时驾驶室产生共鸣声,车身有严重的振动现象。NVH测试结果显示发动机右悬置支架Z向动刚度偏低。采用有限元分析方法对发动机右悬置进行动刚度分析,基于动力总成悬置系统刚度匹配原则和结构参数敏感性分析,并考虑装配及焊接工艺等因素,提出一个较为合理的改进方案。改进方案装车后NVH测试结果表明车内噪声明显降低,发动机转速为3 315 r/min时降了4.3 dB,3 671 r/min时降了10 dB,3 860r/min时降了4.5 dB,车身振动主观感觉亦有明显减弱。 相似文献

在建立了汽车制动过程的动态分析模型、传统的液压制动器模型和新型的电控机械制动器模型基础上,通过计算机仿真对比分析了它们的制动效能。研究结果表明新型电控机械制动器比传统液压制动器具有响应速度快、制动效能高等优点。 相似文献
