针对汽车普遍存在的天窗风振噪声问题,借助现有的汽车三维模型对天窗风振噪声进行了数值仿真,并与实验结果进行对比,验证了数值仿真的有效性。对未添加导流板和添加导流板两种情况进行了对比研究,结果表明:添加导流板后,汽车天窗风振噪声相比于未添加导流板下降了8dB,导流板对天窗风振噪声有一定的控制效果。同时,对比未添加导流板和添加导流板两种情况的速度和涡量云图,发现添加导流板后,来自天窗前缘的气流通过导流板时发生上扬,使得通过天窗进入车内的涡旋强度降低,进而导致天窗风振噪声有所削弱。 相似文献

为降低天窗电机运行噪声,首先提出横向筋和纵向筋2种噪声解耦方案,开展横向筋解耦装置与原车螺栓刚性连接状态遮阳帘电机运行噪声对比试验,在天窗后排框架使用4个横向筋解耦装置时,驾驶员耳旁位置噪声降低3.5 dB(A),然后提出了天窗电机运行噪声优化评价方法,并设计正交试验探究2种解耦装置各因素对噪声优化影响的显著性。结果表明:多个纵向筋解耦装置降噪效果明显优于单个横向筋解耦装置;影响纵向筋解耦装置降噪效果的主要因素是解耦件硬度,硬度越小,降噪效果越好;所提出的噪声优化评价方法可以客观定性分析解耦装置各因素影响显著性,评价结果不随权重系数的改变而改变。 相似文献

Flows over cavity openings are known to be highly structured and periodic due to the strong sound pressures emitted by the
cavities. This article is concerned with the measurement of flow fields over the sunroof opening of an SUV. Since the PIV
system used in the present work is not capable of taking phase-locked velocity fields during the measurement stage, phase-marked
PIV measurements are performed and the phase-locked velocity fields are retrieved during a post-processing stage. The new
PIV measurement method is shown to yield fairly accurate results with a proper choice of a phase-bandwidth. By using the phase-marked
PIV measurement method, the evolution of large-scale structures in shear flow over the sunroof opening as phase changes is
revealed. The detached shear layer is shown to fluctuate and then form a discrete large vortex convecting and impinging on
the rear roof edge of the SUV. The average convection velocity of the vortex is calculated to be 0.45 of the nominal free
stream flow velocity. Flow fields are compared for four different cases of deflector protrusion and a case without a deflector.
Installation of a deflector can significantly change the flow field. For a deflector that reduces the buffeting noise by more
than 10 dB, it is shown that turbulent fluctuations are initiated by the deflector but do not grow in amplitude as they convect
downstream. As the deflector protrusion is increased, the amount of flow under the deflector increases in general. The flow
exiting from the channel formed by the deflector and an A-frame is shown to increase the thickness of the shear layer near
the leading edge of the sunroof opening. 相似文献

The large-scale shear flows over the sunroof opening of a mid-sized SUV measured using a PIV system were investigated. The
shear flows were measured for five different cases of deflector protrusion (one case was the baseline test without deflector)
at two different free stream flow velocities below the critical velocity where the buffeting noise level reached a maximum.
The structures of the shear flows were observed to differ, apparently depending on whether the radiated buffeting noise is
relatively strong or not. For strongly buffeting experimental cases, the momentum thicknesses of the shear layers were observed
to grow rapidly and saturated at a station near the downstream edge of the sunroof opening, where the saturation of the transverse
velocity fluctuations was also observed, and where the vortex coalescence process was presumably completed. On the other hand,
no discrete large-scale vortex structures were observed for none-buffeting or weakly buffeting cases. Streamwise growth of
the velocity fluctuations was found to be well predicted by a linear hydrodynamic instability analysis for the strongly buffeting
cases. Numerical results obtained from a linear inviscid instability analysis using a hyperbolic tangent mean velocity profile
were used to calculate the amplification factors with the initial momentum thickness and the streamwise fluctuation wavenumber.
The shear flows were found to form large-scale discrete vortices when the linear inviscid amplification factors exceeded a
