高频通气膈肌起搏治疗慢性阻塞性肺病

２０例ＣＯＰＤ患者用ＨＤＰ治疗１０ｄ，症状减轻，肺呼吸音增强。ＶＴ增加２５．１７％，ＶＥ增加３５．４９％，均显著高于对照组。ＰａＯ２增加１９．３２％，ＳａＯ２％亦显著增加，无ＣＯ２潴留，提示ＨＤＰ治疗可显著改善慢性阻塞性肺病患者的呼吸功能。
