探讨了树脂含量对湿式离合器碳质摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能的影响,结果表明:树脂含量在20%-30%之间时,随着树脂含量的减少,摩擦系数的压力稳定性和转速稳定性都提高;当摩擦剂含量相同时,树脂含量对摩擦材料磨损量的影响很小;当树脂含量为20%时,在高转速,高比压条件下,没有出现明显的热衰退现象,摩擦材料的摩擦磨损性能较为理想。  相似文献

利用D—MS摩擦试验机研究了碳纤维增强汽车库擦材料的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:碳纤维含量对摩擦材料的摩擦磨损性能影响显著,摩擦材料的摩擦因数和磨损率都随碳纤维含量的增加而减小,碳纤维的质量分数不宜超过5%。SEM分析表明,其摩擦磨损机理亦与碳纤维含量密切相关。  相似文献

This paper presents a steering control method for lane-following in a vehicle using an image sensor. With each image frame acquired from the sensor, the steering control method determines target position and direction, and constructs a travel path from the current position to the target position either as an Arc-path or S-path. The steering angle is calculated from the travel path thus generated, and the vehicle follows the travel path via motor-control. The method was tested using a vehicle dubbed as KAV (Korea Autonomous Vehicle) along an expressway (Seoul Inner Beltway) trajectory with a variety of radii (50 m ∼ 300 m) while traveling at a speed of 60 km/h to 80 km/h. Compared with an experienced human driver, the method showed little much difference in performance in terms of lane-center deviation. The proposed method is currently employed for high speed autonomous driving as well as for stop and go traffic.  相似文献

Couplers of motor units connect the wagons mechanically, electrically and pneumatically. Nowadays they are also designed to meet crash requirements. Since the traction and braking forces are distributed along the motor unit, coupler forces occuring during operation are considered to be low. In most cases, this is actually true. However, towing away a defect motor unit by another motor unit can lead to high forces due to longitudinal vibrations, which may ultimately lead to a failure of the coupler or superstructure. 结合公路桥梁的特点,视桥梁与车辆为一个相互作用的整体系统,以模拟桥梁在汽车通过时的空间动态响应。在分析中,桥梁的自振特性先由有限元法得到;车辆采用三维汽车模型,统一列出车桥系统的动力方程。将桥梁的自振模态代入系统,减少桥梁的自由度,采用Newmark-β逐步积分法求解系统方程。由于并不特别限定具体的桥梁形式和构造,可以考虑多车道、多车辆、不同的车速以及不同的车辆参数,车辆模型具有标准化的特点,因此  相似文献

This publication presents a three-part road classification system that utilises the vehicle's onboard signals of two-wheeled vehicles. First, a curve estimator was developed to identify and classify road curves. In addition, the curve estimator continuously classifies the road curviness. Second, the road slope was evaluated to determine the hilliness of a given road. Third, a modular road profile estimator has been developed to classify the road profile according to ISO 8608, which utilises the vehicle's transfer functions. The road profile estimator continuously classifies the driven road. The proposed methods for the classification of curviness, hilliness, and road roughness have been validated with measurements. The road classification system enables the collection of vehicle-independent field data of two-wheeled vehicles. The road properties are part of the customer usage profiles which are essential to define vehicle design targets.  相似文献
