广州水运预计客运量150万人次

ABS技术及其发展趋势

ABS即汽车制动防抱死系统，是一种机电液一体化装置，它在传统制动系统的基础上，采用电子控制技术，以实现制动力的自动调节，防止制动车轮抱死，以期获得最有效的制动效果，并大大提高车辆主动安全性。ABS能够利用轮胎和路面之间的峰值附着性能，提高汽车抗侧滑性能，充分发挥制动效能，同时增加汽车制动过程中的可控性，     

堆场淤泥不排水强度特性研究

新近吹填淤泥具有高含水率、低渗透性等特点,且剪切强度极低。为深入研究吹填淤泥在堆场中沉积时间对剪切强度的影响,采用沉降柱模拟淤泥在堆场中的沉积过程,进行了3组不同时间的室内沉降柱沉积试验,达到设定沉积时间后用微型十字板进行不排水强度测试。实验结果表明:受沉积时间影响,在含水率相同条件下,不排水强度随沉积时间增长而增大;受初始含水率影响,不排水强度-有效应力曲线呈上凹状,与一般情况认为的线性关系不一致。     

A Stream Control Transmission Protocol Based OAM System of 3G Cellular Network

OAM （Operations, Administration and Maintenance） system is a very important component of 3G cellular network. In order to acquire overall management, fast response and steady operation, an SCTP （Stream Control Transmission Protocol） based OAM, i. e. , SOAM system was proposed. SOAM implements new characters of SCTP such as multi-stream, enforced SACK and heartbeat mechanism on its transport layer. These characters help SOAM decrease the message transmission delay and accelerate the link failure detection. Besides, a new component named SOAM agent was introduced to improve the operation efficiency of SOAM. The experimental results prove the proposed SOAM system achieves better performance on signaling transmission compared with conventional TCP based OAM system.     

A Combined Speaker Adaptation Method for Mandarin Speech Recognition

A speaker adaptation method that combines transformation matrix linear interpolation with maximum a posteriori (MAP) was proposed. Firstly this method can keep the asymptotical characteristic of MAP. Secondly,as the method uses linear interpolation with several speaker-dependent (SD) transformation matrixes, it can fully use the prior knowledge and keep fast adaptation. The experimental results show that the combined method achieves an 8.24% word error rate reduction with only one adaptation utterance, and keeps asymptotic to the performance of SD model for large amounts of adaotation data.     

含粗骨料UHPC在路面修复工程中的应用研究

结合某破损沥青路面修复工程,采用"架设钢筋网片+铺装含粗骨料UHPC"的修复工艺,通过工程实践,研究探索含粗骨料UHPC用于路面修复的可行性及可操作性。结果表明,所制备的UHPC施工可操作好,经济适用,工程应用效果满意,显著提高了路面的承载和抗裂能力,预期具有良好的耐疲劳、耐磨、耐冲击等性能。
