从水质水量联合角度评价鉴江流域可用水资源量

首先介绍满足流域水功能区水质目标的可用水资源量联合评价方法。该方法通过水量平衡和污染物质的质量平衡原理,建立单元系统的水量水质模型,依据水质水量资料确定模型参数;然后利用模型推求单元系统的可用水资源量;最后推广应用到河流多区段系统。将该评价方法应用到广东鉴江流域,计算该流域的可用水资源量。结果表明,可用水资源量与水质污染现状、水功能区的水质目标、河道生态需水量等有关。     

EXPRESSION OF NESTIN AND GLIAL FIBRILLARY ACIDIC PROTEIN IN DIFFERENT PERIOD AFTER SPINAL INJURY IN ADULT RATS

Objective To study the expression of Nestin and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) in different period after spinal injury in adult rats. Methods Animal moels were created by artery clamp. Expression of Nestin and GFAP in different period ( 1,3,5days; 1-8 weeks) and different area( injury locus and its surrounding tissue ) after spinal injury were observed pathologicaly using immunofluorescence and LeicaQ5001W imaging processing system.Results There was expression of Nestin and GFAP in injured area 1 day after injury. The expression increased not only in in injured area but its sourrounding 3--7 days later and gradually got to peak value. As the time went on, expression of Nestin and GFAP dereased. Conclusion Spinal injury can induce the expression of Nestin. Nerve stem cell has response to spinal injury. There is positive correlation between expression of Nestin and hyperplasia of reactivity astrocyte. Nerve stem cell maybe invovled in the repair of central nervous system (CNS).     

基于胶浆原理的二灰碎石设计方法

为了提高二灰碎石力学强度, 假设二灰碎石为一种三级空间网状结构的分散系, 即微分散系二灰胶浆、细分散系二灰砂浆与粗分散系二灰碎石。基于抗压强度最优原则, 采用垂直振动试验方法(VVTM)确定二灰胶浆与二灰砂浆质量比, 基于密度最大原则, 采用逐级填充法确定粗集料级配, 基于抗压强度最优原则, 确定二灰碎石中二灰砂浆用量。提出了基于胶浆原理的二灰碎石组成设计方法, 并通过室内试验与现场试验对设计方法进行性能验证。验证结果表明: 当石灰与粉煤灰质量比为2:5时, 二灰胶浆力学性能和收缩性能最佳; 当细集料质量通过率的递减系数为0.65, 二灰与细集料质量比为3:2时, 二灰砂浆力学强度最大; 当粒径范围分别为19~37.5、9.5~19、4.75~9.5 mm的集料质量比为17:11:6时, 混合粗集料密度最大; 与传统方法设计的二灰碎石试件力学强度相比, 基于胶浆原理设计的试件早期(7 d)力学强度提高10%以上, 后期(180 d)力学强度提高20%以上; 不同龄期的VVTM试件与现场芯样抗压强度之比平均为0.909, 劈裂强度之比平均为0.904, 而静压成型试件与现场芯样抗压强度之比为0.457, 劈裂强度之比为0.531, 说明VVTM比静压法设计二灰碎石更科学。     

SiC（0001）（√3×√3）R30°结构的XPS分析

不断加热富硅SiC（0001）样品,分别用低能电子衍射（LEED）仪,扫描隧道显微镜（STM）观察,当加热到950℃时,出现SiC（0001）（√3×√3）R30°重构面的LEED和STM图样.利用X射线光电子能谱仪,记录发自SiC（0001）（√3×√3）R30°结构的角分辨X射线光电子能谱（XPS）.采用最小二乘法,对内层能级的能量进行解旋,使其与实验数据拟合.分析实验结果,得出SiC（0001）（√3×√3）R30°结构中Si2p和C1s的能态结构,并与体内的Si2p和C1s的能态进行比较,得出表面Si2p态的能量漂移,进而发现SiC（0001）（√3×√3）R30°重构面仅由硅原子形成.     

仪器集成开发的网络化协同设计研究

并行设计系统一直应用于工业设计系统。通过对并行系统的分析,利用计算机与通信技术,开发全新的产品协同开发模式。从网络化的特点出发,给出了网络化协同设计的体系结构,研究了仪器集成开发的网络化协同设计方案。最后讨论了ARIZ算法对问题的解决。

基于单片机和Winform的论文答辩环节智能控制系统,包含手持式终端和电脑应用程序两部分,以STC89C52单片机为核心处理器,辅以键盘扫描、中断服务、液晶显示等实现数据的处理,并通过CC2530芯片实现数据的无线发射和接收,最终将倒计时时间、抽签结果、评分值、表决结果等显示在电脑的可视化应用程序界面上,实现倒计时、随机不重复抽签、评委打分器、评委表决器及其他辅助功能.该设计适用于各个高校的毕业论文答辩场合,操作灵活便利,性价比高,具有一定的实用价值.     

THE EXPRESSION OF BCL-2, BAX AND CASPASE-3 IN NEURON OF THE SPINAL CORD ANTERIOR HORN AFTER CAUDA EQUINA ACUTE COMPRESSION

Objective To explore the influence of the acute cauda equina compression on the iumbosacral spinal cord; To clarify the pathologic change of the motor neuron after acute cauda equina compression. Methods 27 canis familiaris were randomly divided into 9 groups （3 in each） ： one for normal group, one for control group, and seven for compression groups. The control group and compressed groups was given operation and the sac made of silica gel was placed under the lamina of L5-6. Water was injected into the sac until their posterior legs paralysis in compressed groups, the animals had been compressed for 4, 8, 12, 24, 48, 72, 168 hours. The control group were not injected water. Cells apoptosis was investigated with the technology of TdT-mediated biotin dUTP nick end-labeling （TUNEL） staining. The Bcl-2 Bax and Caspase-3 protein was investigated by immunohistochemical method. Results TUNEL staining cells in anterior horn presented after compressed 8-12 hours, and at 72 hours the number of positive cells got to maximum, it decreased subsequently after 168 hours. The protein of Bax, Bcl-2 expressed a little in normal motor neuron. The caspase-3 protein didn＇t express in normal ceil. They all reached the peak at 72 hours after compression. Conclusion The apoptosis of motor neuron occurred earlier after eauda equina acute compression. Bax protein restrained Bcl-2 protein then active caspase-3 and conduced apoptosis of motor neuron.
