β-榄香烯对肾癌细胞的体外放射增敏作用

目的　探讨 β 榄香烯对肾癌细胞GRC 1的体外放射增敏作用及机理。 方法　将GRC 1细胞分为空白组 (加培养液 2mL)、空白乳组 (加空白乳培养液 2mL)和加药组 (加 5 0mg·L -1榄香烯乳培养液 2mL) ,培养 2 4h后 ,3组细胞悬液在剂量率 4 0 0cGy·min-1时 ,分别接受来自 6MeV直线加速器不同剂量的x线照射。计数被照细胞克隆群数 ,绘制细胞放射 存活曲线图。流式细胞仪检测各组细胞的周期变化与凋亡。对 3组爬片细胞进行免疫细胞化学染色 ,成像系统灰度分析bcl 2与PCNA基因表达。结果　流式细胞术显示 ,5 0mg·L -1榄香烯乳对肾癌细胞的G2 M阻滞作用随时间增加而增强 ,2 4h时作用达高峰 ;随时间和照射剂量的增加细胞凋亡水平增高。细胞爬片的成像系统灰度分析显示加药组与空白组相比 ,bcl 2基因表达降低 2 0 % ,而两组PCNA无表达。结论　β 榄香烯乳对肾癌细胞GRC 1有放射增敏作用 ,其作用机制可能与下调bcl 2基因表达 ,诱导GRC 1细胞凋亡和对细胞G2 M期阻滞有关

Magnetic resonance imaging of atherosclerotic lesion with new devised animal surface coil

The ability of dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE MRI) with a new devised animal surface coil was analyzed in identifying atherosclerotic plaques in the rabbit medium-sized iliac artery(IA).Then a comparative analysis of multi-detector computed tomography(MDCT) and DCE MRI was done in discerning morphology and components of 80 atherosclerotic plaques identified by histopathology.It shows that the DCE MRI may be an emerging noninvasive and economic way to characterize atherosclerotic plaques at present.What's more, a new devised animal surface coil would further improve the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) and the quality of imaging.However, CT angiography(CTA) may be better than MR angiography(MRA) in detecting vessel stenosis.     

Numerical analysis of nonlinear rotor-bearing-seal system

The system state trajectory, Poincard maps, largest Lyapunov exponents, frequency spectra and bifurcation diagrams were used to investigate the non-linear dynamic behaviors of a rotor-bearing-seal coupled system and to analyze the influence of the seal and bearing on the nonlinear characteristics of the rotor sys- tem. Various nonlinear phenomena in the rotor-bearing-seal system, such as periodic motion, double-periodic motion, multi-periodic motion and quasi-periodic motion were investigated. The results may contribute to a further understanding of the non-linear dynamics of the rotor-bearing-seal coupled system.     

An exploration of the relationships between socioeconomics,land use and daily trip chain pattern among low-income residents

Daily trip chain complexity and type choices of low-income residents are examined based on activity travel diary survey data in Nanjing, China. Statistical tests reveal that non-work trip chain complexity is distinctly distinct between low-income residents and non-low-income residents. Low-income residents are inclined to make simple non-work chains. Two types of econometric models, a stereotype logit model and mixed logit model, are then developed to investigate the possible explanatory variables affecting their trip pattern. The number of stops within a chain and chain types are considered as dependent variables, while independent variables include household and personal characteristics as well as land use variables. Results show that once convenient and flexible conditions are supplied, low-income residents are more likely to make multiple activities in a trip chain. Areas with high population and employment densities are associated with complex work trip chains and more non-work activity involvement.

非标规格钢丝绳最小破断拉力的确定方法

由于相同结构不同级别钢丝绳的最小破断拉力系数不同,常规钢丝绳最小破断拉力计算公式不适合JIS G 3525钢丝绳.利用标准给出的数据,建立该标准钢丝绳最小破断拉力的计算公式,从而确定非标规格钢丝绳的最小破断拉力.     

新农村经济-交通运输-农村生态环境耦合协调发展研究

在阐述新农村经济、交通运输与农村生态环境耦合发展机理的基础之上,引入耦合协调评价模型,通过构建相关评价指标体系,对云南省2007—2016年新农村经济-交通运输-农村生态环境耦合协调发展状况进行实证分析。研究结果表明:分析期内三大系统的综合发展水平总体处于逐年提升趋势,但农村生态环境的综合评价指数波动较大,且呈现出"先波动上升后降再升"态势;近年来三者之间的耦合协调度呈稳步上升趋势,整体上实现了由轻度失调逐步向初级协调发展的改善性变化,但耦合协调关系处于颉颃状态,协调等级仍处于较低水平,农村生态环境系统的发展滞后成为制约三者耦合协调水平提升的障碍性因素。根据所作分析和研究结论,文章提出了若干政策建议。     

参数不确定及有扰动的情况下欠驱动遥控无人潜水器鲁棒性建模、滑模控制及仿真研究（英文）

A dynamic model of a remotely operated vehicle(ROV) is developed. The hydrodynamic damping coefficients are estimated using a semi-predictive approach and computational fluid dynamic software ANSYS-CFX~(?) and WAMIT~(?). A sliding-mode controller(SMC) is then designed for the ROV model. The controller is subsequently robustified against modeling uncertainties,disturbances, and measurement errors. It is shown that when the system is subjected to bounded uncertainties, the SMC will preserve stability and tracking response. The paper ends with simulation results for a variety of conditions such as disturbances and parametric uncertainties.
