SS4G型电力机车低风压报警装置的研究

针对SS4G型电力机车在侯马北机务段投入运用以来出现的因总风压力低造成的区间停车、溜逸等行车安全问题,根据SS4G型电力机车空气管路系统特点,提出研究一种低风压报警装置,实现SS4G型电力机车总风压力低于规定值时报警提示乘务员及时处理。阐述了该装置的研究目标、设计原理、系统组成、技术条件、功能特点等方面。该装置装车运行效果良好,目前已在全集团公司内推广使用。     

公路隧道经常检查及养护工作探讨

为规范公路隧道经常检查行为,统一行业内经常检查方法,首先,采用资料调研、统计分析等方法,通过梳理98处单洞隧道的定期检查,按定期检查子项统计病害分布特点,总结隧道病害频发部位,为养护部门开展经常检查工作指明检查重点。其次,依托近几年对隧道经常检查工作的现场调研,提出一整套规范化的隧道经常检查方法,从隧道经常检查的检查计划、检查工具、现场开展要求、检查结果、应对措施等方面进行规范化阐述,系统详细地梳理公路隧道经常检查环节,总结出经常检查的规范化做法,为养护单位开展经常检查工作提供参考。最后,基于笔者多年养护工作经验,指出隧道经常检查工作中存在的其他非技术问题,为后续隧道日常养护工作的提升提供借鉴。     

纯电动商用车动力系统选型及其基于Cruise的动力性经济性仿真

纯电动商用车动力系统选型是纯电动商用车开发过程中的重中之重;纯电动商用车动力性经济性仿真在纯电动商用车性能开发过程中具有重要指导作用。论文根据某型纯电动商用车总体设计指标,采用理论公式计算初步选定动力系统参数,然后利用Cruise软件进行整车动力性经济性仿真。仿真结果验证了该车型动力匹配的合理性。论文对纯电动商用车动力匹配技术研究具有一定的指导作用。     

基于iPOE电源的新型船用iDC数据中心集成方案设计

分析船舶网络应用现状和POE电源的不足,提出一种新型i DC数据中心设计方案。该方案将船舶网络中的服务器、交换机、路由器、iPOE电源、无线接入设备和配线架等集成到一个紧凑型的桌面或墙挂机箱中,同时改进传统的POE电源为强化监管和控制的iPOE电源。具体研发内容包括以太网交换机、WiFi/Bluetooth LE路由器、iPSE控制器、iPD设备端分离器、iPD延长器、iPD合成器/分离器等电路设计和软件设计,网络服务器主板选型,以及iDC整机设计和控制软件设计。实船验证表明,该方案使设备体积减小了80倍,重量减小了25倍,功耗减小了9倍,成本减小了2倍,并降低了船上布线工程复杂度,方便了网络使用。     

双路刹车压力伺服阀性能测试综合试验台的研制

为满足某大型运输机双路刹车压力伺服阀静、动态性能测试的需求,研制了一套测试项目广、使用操作便捷、测试精度高的综合试验台。该试验台不仅能够满足双路刹车压力伺服阀的测试要求,还可以对单台刹车压力伺服阀及液压锁的性能进行测试。本文从该设备组成部分关键技术点的实现方法分别展开介绍。经长期使用证实,所研制实验台满足测试精度要求,且工作稳定可靠。     

Incorporating container location dispersion into evaluating GCR performance at a transhipment terminal

The degree of container dispersion at a transhipment terminal is measured by an index termed container location dispersion, which represents the range, both horizontal and vertical, of all containers for ship loading that are scattered in the yard. First, this paper identifies the impacts of container location dispersion on loading performance with insufficient or sufficient equipment deployment in real-life settings at a terminal. Then, we investigate those scenarios with different levels of interference. This research aims to explore the relationship between the container location dispersion and Gross Crane Rate (GCR) stability at a transhipment terminal and proposes a discrete-event driven simulation model for this purpose. All data in our experiments are extracted from the terminal operation system at a real-life container terminal. It is concluded from a series of experiments that the container location dispersion well captures the overall performance of container terminal handling and can be used for yard template optimization and management. Implications of this investigation are discussed in the context of the yard template design and improvement in the overall performance of a container transhipment terminal.     

基于感应供电和2.4 GHz无线传输的船舶轴功率测量系统设计

为解决船舶轴功率测量中非接触供电、高精度扭矩采集和无线数据传输的实时性、可靠性问题,设计一套测量系统。该系统为实现非接触供电设计了一套无线感应供电装置,为实现高精度扭矩测量采用了24位高精度和低噪声AD转换芯片CS5532,为保证数据传输的实时性和可靠性采用了2.4 GHz无线数据传输技术。此外,通过扭矩校准试验来验证该系统的测量精度,试验表明该系统达到设计要求,满足船舶轴功率测量需求。     

GIS-Based Grid Assessment Model of Shield Tunnel Conditions and Its Application北大核心CSCD

As the lack of guidancs for maintenance and repair of rail transit shield tunnels, this paper proposes a macroscopic method for grid assessment of shield tunnels. First, the tunnel serviceability index (TSI) is adopted as the tunnel condition assessment method and the results are compared with Chinese codes and the traditional fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive evaluation method. Second, based on the assumption that the factors affecting the conditions of the tunnels, such as the surrounding stratum environment, the structural overlying load and so on, are correlated spatially, the spatial variability theory is used for the grid assessment of shield tunnels. Finally, taking the Shanghai Rail Transit System as an example, the application results of the grid assessment method are described. © 2018, Editorial Office of "Modern Tunnelling Technology". 天津地铁2、3号线壁挂DTS机柜电源改造案例分析

基于通信的列车自动控制系统(CBTC)为目前地铁信号系统的主流方向,而随着地铁的普及,信号系统的故障受到越来越多的关注。本文以天津地铁2、3号线信号DTS系统为研究对象,深入分析了该系统在运行过程中发生的电源故障,提出相应的改造方案,通过改造解决该问题,为信号系统维护提供了一定的指导性建议。
