油污赔偿应考虑国情

目前,我国国际航行船舶都已执行了国际公约的规定,但由于国际公约制定的赔偿责任限制较高,国内航行船舶执行起来有一定的困难,所以需要根据国情,先建立国内赔偿机制,然后逐步与国际接轨。建立船舶污染损害赔偿机制是个非常复杂的问题,涉及法律、财政、航运、保险、税收、石油、环保、船舶监督管理、海洋经济等诸多方面,因此,必须从国家总体利益出发,参照国际赔偿机制的做法,在各利益方中寻求一个合适的平衡点。     

电力机车对外电磁辐射测试标准与方法的研究

随着我国环保标准的强化执行和人们环保意识的不断提高，电力机车的电磁兼容性已成为表示质量水平的重要指标，同时也是电力机车出厂型式试验的不可缺少的检测项目。本文着重阐述了国内外有关电力机车对外电磁辐射的标准，介绍了测试电力机车对外电磁辐射的具体方法和实例。     

Estimation of origin‐destination matrices for a multimodal public transit network

This paper presents a procedure for the estimation of origin‐destination (O‐D) matrices for a multimodal public transit network. The system consists of a number of favored public transit modes that are obtained from a modal split process in a traditional four‐step transportation model. The demand of each favored mode is assigned to the multimodal network, which is comprised of a set of connected links of different public transit modes. An entropy maximization procedure is proposed to simultaneously estimate the O‐D demand matrices of all favored modes, which are consistent with target data sets such as the boarding counts and line segment flows that are observed directly in the network. A case study of the Hong Kong multimodal transit network is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.

针对目前军用电子产品结构设计中，机箱屏蔽盒设汁的繁琐步骤，介绍了一种屏蔽盒设计的新方法，使用该方法，能够快速、准确地设计出满足屏蔽性能要求的屏蔽盒。     

A traffic flow simulator for short‐term travel time forecasting

This paper presents an off‐line forecasting system for short‐term travel time forecasting. These forecasts are based on the historical traffic count data provided by detectors installed on Annual Traffic Census (ATC) stations in Hong Kong. A traffic flow simulator (TFS) is developed for short‐term travel time forecasting (in terms of offline forecasting), in which the variation of perceived travel time error and the fluctuations of origin‐destination (O‐D) demand are considered explicitly. On the basis of prior O‐D demand and partial updated detector data, the TFS can estimate the link travel times and flows for the whole network together with their variances and covariances. The short‐term travel time forecasting by O‐D pair can also be assessed and the O‐D matrix can be updated simultaneously. The application of the proposed off‐line forecasting system is illustrated by a numerical example in Hong Kong.     

舰船全电力推进系统模拟研究

介绍了舰船全电力推进系统的优点、典型国外电力推进系统和我校建 船舰电力推进模拟研究系统的组成及其工作原理。重点研究了螺旋奖负载模拟装置的硬件组成、相关的计算及控制方法。在此基础上，对采用电力推进舰船的运动进行了半物理仿真，取得了较好的效果。     

造船企业生产物流的组织

介绍了造船企业生产物流的概念，分析了造船企业生产物流的特征，提出了合理组织造船企业生产物流的基本原则。从空间、时间以及人员三方面阐述了现代造船模式下的造船企业生产物流系统的组织形式。     

客货共线运行铁路线路平面缓和曲线设计标准的制订

阐述《铁路线路设计规范》修订中,旅客列车最高设计行车速度提高到160 km/h,客货共线运行铁路线路平面设计中缓和曲线线型和缓和曲线标准的确定原则、计算公式和计算方法,以及缓和曲线长度的选用原则。     

浅谈成都北编组站综合集成自动化系统闭路电视监视方案

本文结合成都北编组站综合集成自动化系统功能、车站规模及用户需求,提出闭路电视监视方案。     

后关系模型及其数据库研究

研究后关系模型(Post-Relation Model,PRM),指出它为非1NF关系,分析后关系数据库(Post-RelationDatabase,PRDB)-Caché的特点及类特性,阐明Caché中数据库文件名的意义和命名空间的作用,提出使用Caché要进行面向对象分析(Object-Oriented Analysis,OOA),给出创建PRM数据库的举例。
