通过SHRP试验，分析沥青在老化过程中，各因素(时间、温度、氧、水)对其高、低温性能的影响，从而为沥青的再生提供依据。     

Tool for Predicting the Ultimate Bending Moment of Ship and Ship-Shaped Hull Girders

The present paper presents a historical review associated with the research works on hull girder strength of ship and ship-shaped structures. Then, a new program is developed to determine the ultimate vertical bending moment of hull girder by applying direct method, stress distribution method, and progressive collapse analysis method. Six ships and ship-shaped structures used in the benchmark study of International Ship and Offshore Structures Congress (ISSC) in 2012 are adopted as examples. The calculation results by applying the developed program are analyzed and compared with the existing results. Finally, the roles of the developed program and its further development are discussed.

公路建设项目征地拆迁补偿费用确定与控制方法研究

文中以广东省公路建设项目征地拆迁费用的确定为例,以现行实施的征地拆迁补偿相关规定为基础,探讨征地数量和标准的计量、计算方法,建立征地拆迁标准动态数据库,以期对征地拆迁费用的确定和控制提供思路和实际操作指导。     

Two degree of freedom flow-induced vibration of cylindrical structures in marine environments: frequency ratio effects

The flow-induced vibration of a cylindrical structure is a very common problem in marine environments such as undersea pipelines, offshore risers, and cables. In this study, the vortex-induced vibration (VIV) of an elastically mounted cylinder at a low Reynolds number is simulated by a transient coupled fluid–structure interaction numerical model. Considering VIV with low damping ratio, the response, hydrodynamic forces, and vortex shedding modes of the cylinder is systematically analyzed and summed up the universal rule under different frequency ratios. On the basis of the analysis, we find that the frequency ratio α is a very important parameter. It decides the locked-in, beat, and phase-switch phenomena of the cylinder, meanwhile, it also influence the vortex mode of the cylinder. The trajectory of the two degrees of freedom (2 DOF) case at different natural frequency ratios is discussed, with most trajectories having a “figure of 8” shape and a few having a “crescent” shape. A fast Fourier transformation technique is used to obtain the frequency characteristics of the vibration of the cylindrical structure. Using the 2 DOF cylinder model in place of the 1 DOF model presents several advantages in simulating the nonlinear characteristics of cylindrical structures, including the capacity to model the crosswise vibration generated by in-line vibration.     

基于SVG的电力实时信息监测系统的设计与实现

随着电力系统调度自动化技术的不断发展,SVG（Scalable Vector Graphics）广泛应用于电力系统的动态图像的采集。根据电力系统对于电力实时信息监测的需求,开发了一套基于SVG的电力实时信息监测系统。实践证明该系统具有浏览速度快,易于移植和扩展,交互性强等优点,能够较好地解决电力系统信息传输等实际问题,满足电力实时信息发布的需求。     

舰船综合全电力推进系统标准规范分析

本文首先介绍了舰船综合全电力推进技术的主要特点、意义及国内目前相关标准规范的现状,然后详细分析了各分系统现有标准适用性情况,最后提出了综合全电力推进技术的标准化制修订建议。     

低碳环境下车辆路径问题研究

车辆路径问题(VRP)是供应链管理中的关键问题,同时环境问题又是物流领域亟待解决的主要问题之一,所以在研究VRP过程中结合当前环境是研究低碳运输的重要方式。为实现低碳运输,文中计算油耗时考虑了车辆的载重和车速,并以最少成本作为目标函数对VRP进行研究,建立数学模型,对传统的人工蜂群算法进行改进,最后通过matlab软件进行仿真实验。     

Optimal concession contracts for landlord port authorities with different pursuing goals

This paper investigates how landlord port authorities should offer concession contracts to their terminal operators under two different goals, by building a two-stage game for each goal. If maximizing the weighted sum of fee revenues and throughout benefits is port authorities’ goal, then the optimal concession contract can be any of the two-part tariff, the unit-fee, and the fixed-fee contracts. Accordingly, our special cases include previous works assuming that port authorities maximize either fee revenues or throughput benefits. By contrast, if maximizing the social welfare is the goal, then we find that subsidizing terminal operators, instead of charging them, is port authorities’ best choice. This result is not yet discovered in the literature.     

无轴轮缘推进器电机与水力部件耦合优化设计研究

针对目前无轴推进器电机与水力部件设计时多未考虑两者耦合的问题,本文提出两者耦合的优化设计方法.采用多参数非线性优化方法,基于电机和导管螺旋桨设计理论公式,并考虑无轴推进器电机转子的直径等同于螺旋桨内径加上叶梢间隙,以及螺旋桨输出转矩加上间隙的摩擦转矩值作为电机输入转矩的关系,建立了一种新型优化设计模型,通过优化方法进行迭代分析,利用5.5 kW无轴推进器进行方法验证.研究结果表明,所提出的优化方法有效地考虑了无轴推进器电机与水力部件的耦合关系,可对推进器效率进行综合优化.
