Objective Focusing on the security problem of authentication and confidentiality in the context of computer networks, a digital signature scheme was proposed based on the public key cryptosystem. Methods Firstly,the course of digital signature based on the public key cryptosystem was given. Then, RSA and ELGamal schemes were described respectively. They were the basis of the proposed scheme. Generalized ELGamal type signature schemes were listed. After comparing with each other, one scheme, whose Signature equation was (m r)x=j s modФ(p) , was adopted in the designing. Results Based on two well-known cryptographic assumptions, the factorization and the discrete logarithms, a digital signature scheme was presented. It must be required that s“ was not equal to p‘q“ in the signing procedure, because attackers could forge the signatures with high probabilities if the discrete logarithms modulo a large prime were solvable. The variable public key “e“ is used instead of the invariable parameter “3“ in Ham‘s signature scheme to enhance the security. One generalized ELGamal type scheme made the proposed scheme escape one multiplicative inverse operation in the signing procedure and one modular exponentiation in the verification procedure.Conclusion The presented scheme obtains the security that Harn‘s scheme was originally claimed. It is secure if the factorization and the discrete logarithms are simultaneously unsolvable.  相似文献

Objective To investigate the distribution of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) protein in the rabbit retina. Methods Immune response material in the retina was observed using BDNF antibody by the method of immunohistochemistry. Results BDNF gene expression was mainly found in the RGCs, also in innernuclei cells and outernuclei cells in rabbit retina. Conclusion RGC is not only the target cell of BDNF, but also express the BDNF protein. BDNF from multi-sources participates in the regulation of RGCs.  相似文献

This research presents a multi-band hybrid mobile phone antenna based on electromagnetic coupling,which can be applied to mobile handheld devices, occupying a small board space of 39.7 mm × 15.6 mm on the system circuit board. By adding resonant and coupled branch instead of multi-feed on the traditional bent antenna,this design provides four wide operating bands of 0.772—0.998 GHz, 1.540—1.600 GHz, 1.680—2.270 GHz and2.300—2.690 GHz with the hybrid feature of planar inverted-F antenna(PIFA), L-shape, U-shape and S-shape structures, which cover nine-band, i.e., GSM850, GSM900, GPS1575, DCS1800, PCS1900, IMT200, LTE2300,LTE2600 and Blue Tooth/Wi-Fi. Ansoft software HFSS is used in this research to make the antenna performance better and the operating principle of the proposed antenna is described in detail. Result of simulation reveals that the maximum gains of these four wide bands are 2.20,-0.99, 4.01 and 4.05 dBi, respectively. Moreover, this research also tests the return loss(S11) of the fabricated antenna with the vector network analyzer and the result is in accordance with the simulation result on the whole. There are four wide resonant frequencies which cover nine-band of wireless wide area network(WWAN), wireless local area network(WLAN) and long term evolution(LTE), when the available bandwidth is better than 6 d Bi return loss.  相似文献

Photoacoustic imaging acquires the absorption contrast of biological tissue with ultrasound resolution. It has been broadly investigated in biomedicine for animal and clinical studies. Recently, a micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) scanner has been utilized in photoacoustic imaging systems to enhance their performance and extend the realm of applications. The review provides a recap of recent developments in photoacoustic imaging using MEMS scanner, from instrumentation to applications. The topics include the design of MEMS scanner, its use in photoacoustic microscopy, miniature imaging probes, development of dual-modality systems, as well as cutting-edge bio-imaging studies.  相似文献

合理控制支路系统的规划指标对于畅通城市交通微循环、完善道路网系统具有重要作用.山地城市道路非直线系数往往较大,且干路沿线交叉口多采用右进右出的控制方式,导致路网容量、转向比例等指标不能客观地反映出行者到达目的地的便捷程度.针对山地城市支路建设的特点,提出有效间距的概念,构建能够综合反映交叉口转向、路段绕行和小区内部步行时间的道路网连通效率指标,并通过模拟分析得到支路有效间距的最优值.研究结果表明:支路有效间距宜控制在200 m以内,且最优指标值随着步行速度的增加而单调上升;当支路非直线系数增大时,提高交叉口密度有助于保障道路网络的连通效率.  相似文献

目的探讨β-淀粉样蛋白25-35(Aβ25-35)与谷氨酸(Glu)联合应用,对原代培养的大鼠基底前脑神经元的作用。方法原代培养大鼠基底前脑神经元,应用形态学、MTT法结合ChAT免疫组织化学染色,分别观察Aβ25-35与Glu联合应用,对原代培养的基底前脑神经元存活率、形态学及ChAT免疫反应阳性神经元的影响。结果将100 nmol/L、1μmol/L Aβ分别和20μmol/L Glu联合用于培养的基底前脑神经元,在倒置显微镜下观察,细胞表面粗糙,立体感减弱,胞浆中出现深色颗粒,细胞肿胀或收缩;尼氏染色显示尼氏体减少;MTT检测显示神经元存活率明显下降,100nmol/L Aβ+20μmol/L Glu组与100 nmol/L Aβ组间,1μmol/L Aβ+20μmol/L Glu组与1μmol/L Aβ组间比较均具有统计学差异(P<0.05);ChAT免疫阳性神经元的灰度和截面积均减小。结论Aβ25-35可增加神经元对Glu神经毒性作用的敏感性,表明Glu在阿尔茨海默病发病中起着非常关键的作用。  相似文献
