LNG低温管道PIR保冷层内部温度随厚度变化的数值模拟研究

应用ANSYS Workbench软件对LNG低温管道PIR保温结构进行稳态热分析,采用导热系数法对PIR保冷层内部温度随厚度变化进行数值模拟研究,得到PIR保冷层内部温度随保冷层厚度变化关系,该研究结果为LNG管道保冷结构的优化设计提供了理论依据。

京哈线秦沈段道砟飞溅防治技术的应用研究

京哈线秦沈段是采用有砟轨道结构的高速铁路,列车高速通过时,道床上的道砟在强大的风力作用下飞溅,击打线路设备、列车走行部,严重时击打列车玻璃危及旅客的人身安全和行车安全。此文在分析道砟飞溅成因的基础上,通过研究与试验,研制出一种固定道床表面砟石的粘结胶,经现场试验证明,该粘结胶能够很好地解决道砟飞溅的问题,具有广泛地推广应用价值和前景。

与车身水性面漆涂装工艺对比,保险杠(塑料件)水性面漆涂装工艺在涂装基材、色漆膜厚、清漆种类以及喷涂姿态的方面具有明显的差异.针对这些差异点及其引发的重点课题进行梳理,明确了保险杠(塑料件)水性面漆材料开发和量产使用过程中所面临的课题,提出了材料以及工艺在设计、开发、测试及量产各阶段的对应方向.     

3,6-(二甲氨基)-二苯并碘杂六环葡萄糖酸盐对大鼠缺血再灌注心肌的保护作用

目的　观察 3,6 (二甲氨基 ) 二苯并碘杂六环葡萄糖酸盐 (IHC 93)对大鼠缺血再灌注的保护作用。方法　选用健康SD大鼠 ,结扎和松解冠状动脉制备心肌缺血再灌注模型。结果　IHC 930 .12 5、0 .2 5、0 .5mg·kg-1能明显缩小缺血再灌注心肌梗死范围 ;可不同程度地减少心肌CK和CK MB的释放 ;减少心肌ET 1的产生 ;IHC 930 .2 5、0 .5mg·kg-1明显降低心肌肿胀度。结论　IHC 93对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。

The influence of Laval nozzle throat size on supersonic molecular beam injection

In this study, finite element analysis （FEA） has been used to investigate the effects of different Laval nozzle throat sizes on supersonic molecular beam. The simulations indicate the Mach numbers of the molecular stream peak at different positions along the center axis of the beam, which correspond to local minimums of the molecular densities. With the increase of the throat diameter, the first peak of the Mach number increases first and then decreases, while that of the molecular number density increases gradually. Moreover, both first peaks shift progressively away from the throat. At the last part, we discuss the possible applications of our FEA approach to solve some crucial problems met in modern transportations.     

Inhibitory action of docetaxel on the proliferation of HeLa and SiHa cells

Objective To study the inhibitory action of docetaxel (DOC) on the proliferation of HeLa and SiHa cells. Methods Cell morphological changes were observed with inverted phase contrast microscope. MTT was adopted to test and calculate the cell inhibition ratio. Flow cytometry was used to detect cell cycle. Results DOC had an obvious concentration-dependent inhibitory effect on the proliferation of both HeLa and SiHa cells. The inhibition ratio of DOC on SiHa was significantly higher than that on HeLa (P<0.05). DOC blocked HeLa at G2/M phase. Under the effect of DOC, the cell cycle of SiHa was not changed much. Conclusion DOC has an obvious inhibitory action on both HeLa and SiHa cells, which shows a promising prospect of DOC in clinical treatment of cervical cancer.
