日本经济政策评析及其对中国的启示

战后，日本一直实施追赶型发展战略，成为仅次于美国的超级经济强国，但是它未能及时实施结构转型，致使长期累积的银行坏账等矛盾日益突出，导致了持续十余年的经济低迷和通货紧缩。虽然近年来日本历届政府采取了赤字财政和结构改革等一系列政策，但收效甚微。日本的教训给我国以深刻的启示：必须在发展中解决累积的矛盾，必须在改革中处理银行不良债权，必须以扩大内需为主治理通货紧缩，必须加强政策的协调性、连续性和稳定性，注重政策实施效果等。     

Five-axis interpolation of continuous short linear trajectories for 3[PP]S-<Emphasis Type="Italic">XY</Emphasis> hybrid mechanism by dual Bezier blending

A novel five-axis real-time interpolation algorithm for 3[PP]S-XY hybrid mechanism is proposed in this paper. In the algorithm, the five-axis tool path for controlling this hybrid mechanism is separated into two sub-paths. One sub-path describes the movement of 3[PP]S parallel kinematic mechanism module, and the other one describes the movement of XY platform. A pair of cubic Bezier curves is employed to smooth the corners in those two sub-paths. Based on the homogenous Jacobian matrix of 3[PP]S mechanism, a relationship between the position errors of every driving joint in hybrid mechanism and the position deviation of the tool tip center point at the moving platform is established. This relationship is used to estimate the approximation error for the corners smoothing according to the accuracy requirement of tool tip center in interpolation. Due to the high computational efficiency of this corner smoothing method, it is integrated into the look-ahead module of computer numerical control (CNC) system to perform online tool path smoothing. By performing the speed planning based on a floating window scheme, a jerk limited S-shape speed profile can be generated efficiently. On this basis, a realtime look-ahead scheme, which is comprised of path-smoothing and feedrate scheduling, is developed to acquire a speed profile with smooth acceleration. A monotonic cubic spline is employed for synchronization between those two smoothed sub-paths in tool path interpolation. This interpolation algorithm has been integrated into our own developed CNC system to control a 3PRS-XY experimental instrument (P, R and S standing for prismatic, revolute and spherical, respectively). A club shaped trajectory is adopted to verify the smoothness and efficiency of the five-axis interpolator for hybrid mechanism control.     

Study of the mechanism on the apoptosis induced in Human leukemia cell line K562 by the combination of indole-3-acetic acid and horseradish peroxidase

Objective To investigate the mechanisms of apoptosis induced in Human leukemia cell line K562 by the combination of indole-3-acetic acid and horseradish peroxidase. Methods Human leukemia cell line K562 were exposed to indole-3-acetic acid （IAA） at 20, 40, 60, 80 or 100 mol/L and horseradish peroxidase（HRP） at 1.2 g/mL for varying times. MTT assay was applied to detect the cell proliferation. Flow cytometry was performed to detect the arrest of cell cycle. Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling （TUNEL） assay was used to measure apoptosis. 2, 7-dichlorofluorescin diacetate （DCFH-DA） uptake was measured to determine free radical by confocal microscope. Content of malondiadehyde （MDA） and activity of superoxide dismutase （SOD） were measured by biochemical methods. Results IAA/HRP initiated growth inhibition of K562 cells in a dose- and time-dependent manner. Flow cytometry revealed that cell cycle arrested at G1/G0 after 24 hours treatment. After 72 hours treatment, apoptotic rate of 100 mol/L IAA group increased to 43.9 %, which was 5 times that of control（P〈0.01）. Content of MDA and activity of SOD increased respectively in treatments compared with control. Meanwhile, IAA/HRP stimulated the formation of free radical, which was increased by IAA concentration-dependently. Conclusion The combination of IAAand HRP can inhibit the growth of Human leukemia cell line K562 in vitro by inducing apoptosis which is associated with the increase of free radical. The combination of IAA and HRP might be a promising chemopreventive and chemotherapeutic agent against human leukemia.     

基于FFT的MP信号稀疏分解算法的改进

针对基于FFT的MP信号稀疏分解算法中存在的计算量过大的问题,提出了改进算法.改进算法充分利用了当FFT算法的变换长度是2的整数次幂时运算速度最快的性质,用基2 FFF实现信号稀疏分解中的相关运算.理论分析显示,当数字信号长度为1 024采样点时,用FFT算法计算互相关的速度为直接计算的10.6倍.仿真实验结果表明,改进算法的计算速度为直接计算的8.05倍,为原基于FFT的MP算法的3.64倍.     

客运班轮动态船队规划数学模型及其求解方法研究

通过对定期客运班轮运输特点分析,构建出能全面反映运量增加显著和运量增加缓慢情况下的运力更新、运力闲置、运力购置的多目标动态船队规划数学模型,模型根据绿色的定义给出了技术、经济、环保性目标函数.其数学模型具有大规模、离散和整数的特点,计算速度随着船舶数量和船型的增加以指数形式递增,造成"维数灾"难题.采用混沌初始化、维更新、非支配档案更新及基因交换对多目标离散粒子群优化算法进行改进使其适用于大规模动态船队规划,最后通过实例验证该方法的可行性并得到了相应的船队规划结论.     

连云港港疏港航道整治工程进度控制体系的设计与运用——以“劳动竞赛”为载体的进度控制创新

进度控制是工程建设管理的重要内容之一,连云港港疏港航道整治工程项目办公室针对工程建设战线长、工期紧、任务重、参建单位多、协调难度大的特点,以"劳动竞赛"为载体设计了合理的工程进度控制体系,充分调动了各参建单位和广大职工的积极性和创造性,有效保障了工程质量、进度、安全生产和文明施工,确保了工程目标的实现。     

一系纵向定位间隙对磁流变耦合轮对车辆横向动力学性能的影响

为了合理控制车辆轮对定位间隙,提高磁流变耦合轮对车辆在高速时的横向动力学性能,建立该车辆的空间动力学模型,分析了轮对纵向定位间隙对车辆临界速度和曲线通过性能的影响。得出了纵向定位间隙的增大能使磁流变耦合轮对车辆的临界速度急剧下降,轮对横移量和冲角、轮轨横向力和车体横移加速度快速增大;只有在小间隙的条件下,车辆在高速铁路上才具有较高的临界速度和较好的曲线通过性能。     

苦参素对Hela细胞增殖及凋亡的影响

目的探讨苦参素(Matrine)对体外培养的人宫颈癌Hela细胞增殖及凋亡的影响。方法Hela细胞体外培养,MTT法检测细胞增殖,TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡,免疫组化法检测细胞增殖核抗原(PCNA)蛋白的表达水平。结果与对照组相比,0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0g/L苦参素均能显著抑制HeLa细胞生长(P<0.05),药物浓度在0.5-1.5g/L之间时表现出时效和量效关系;苦参素2.0、2.5、3.0g/L与1.5g/L相比,抑制无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,1.0、1.5、2.0g/L苦参素组可见到显著性细胞凋亡(P<0.05);1.5g/L苦参素组作用48h和72h时PCNA蛋白表达显著下调(P<0.05)。结论苦参素可能通过抑制增殖和诱导凋亡的双重途径抑制宫颈癌Hela细胞的生长,苦参素有可能成为治疗子宫颈癌的一种药物。

电动汽车运行监控与统计分析系统主要由电动汽车信息采集与传输终端、运行监控系统以及运行统计分析系统构成.对信息采集与传输终端系统,主要讨论了系统的硬件组成结构和主要功能;在监控系统设计中,讨论了系统的功能,重点给出地理信息系统管理模块的实现方法;对统计分析系统,主要讨论了系统的组成、功能及设计方法.本系统现已经过长时间的试运行,实验结果表明:系统总体设计合理、功能齐全,工作性能稳定可靠.     

移频自动闭塞发送设备的微机化

为克服传统由分立元件构成的移频自动闭塞设备的故障率高、灵活性差、抗干扰能力弱的缺点，设计了以单片机为核心构成的3显示移频自动闭塞发送设备，利用单片机结合外部定时／计数器实现以及附属电路产生移频自动闭塞移频信号和低频调制信号．这种方法可以提高设备的可靠性、增强设备的灵活性．在此基础上通过硬件扩充和软件设置，也可适应多显示移频自动闭塞的需要．
