舰载作战指挥系统软件构件库技术研究(续一):体系结构

舰载作战指挥系统是一个复杂的信息收集、处理与控制系统，它的开发和研制面临着具体需求不确定、技术环境快速变化等诸多问题。为了实现其软件的模块化、通用化和系列化，提高舰载作战指挥系统软件的研制效率和质量以及软件的标准化程度，其软件构件库的研制是一个关键环节，通过对一般软件构件库技术和舰载作战指挥系统的具体分析，给出了舰载作战指挥系统软件构件库的体系结构。     

应重视军民通用型舰船开发及应用技术研究

从和平时期军用舰船的有效利用和战时舰船的大量消耗，以及如何降低舰船的建造费用、如何减少舰船现代化改装时的难度和费用及民用船只的征用等多方面论述了开展“军民通用型舰船开发及应用技术研究”的重要意义，并针对军民通用型舰船研究提出了建议和看法。     

基于海上舰艇编队的信息战效能评估方法研究

通过信息论的度量方法,结合海上舰艇编队的实际装备,建立了信息战效能评估的量化模型,分析了敌我双方信息对抗对信息战效能的影响.该模型可用于海军信息战仿真和评估.     

电力机车对外电磁辐射测试标准与方法的研究

随着我国环保标准的强化执行和人们环保意识的不断提高，电力机车的电磁兼容性已成为表示质量水平的重要指标，同时也是电力机车出厂型式试验的不可缺少的检测项目。本文着重阐述了国内外有关电力机车对外电磁辐射的标准，介绍了测试电力机车对外电磁辐射的具体方法和实例。     

Estimation of origin‐destination matrices for a multimodal public transit network

This paper presents a procedure for the estimation of origin‐destination (O‐D) matrices for a multimodal public transit network. The system consists of a number of favored public transit modes that are obtained from a modal split process in a traditional four‐step transportation model. The demand of each favored mode is assigned to the multimodal network, which is comprised of a set of connected links of different public transit modes. An entropy maximization procedure is proposed to simultaneously estimate the O‐D demand matrices of all favored modes, which are consistent with target data sets such as the boarding counts and line segment flows that are observed directly in the network. A case study of the Hong Kong multimodal transit network is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.     

浅谈预应力砼箱梁预应力损失及预拱度控制

1工程概况 位于苏州市中心城区西北角的沪宁高速公路苏州西出入口工程，是为缓解苏浒路交通压力而建，连接市区、新区、浒关地区与沪宁高速和312国道的城市高架道路。工程全线长约5．1km，桥梁总长度约为3500m。本文以白洋湾桥A23～A26一联预应力混凝土连续箱梁为例，介绍预应力损失控制和预拱度设置。该联为三跨单箱双室等截面箱梁，每跨长29．5m宽13．25m，基础与下部结构分别为钻孔灌注桩、承台、立柱结构。     

A traffic flow simulator for short‐term travel time forecasting

This paper presents an off‐line forecasting system for short‐term travel time forecasting. These forecasts are based on the historical traffic count data provided by detectors installed on Annual Traffic Census (ATC) stations in Hong Kong. A traffic flow simulator (TFS) is developed for short‐term travel time forecasting (in terms of offline forecasting), in which the variation of perceived travel time error and the fluctuations of origin‐destination (O‐D) demand are considered explicitly. On the basis of prior O‐D demand and partial updated detector data, the TFS can estimate the link travel times and flows for the whole network together with their variances and covariances. The short‐term travel time forecasting by O‐D pair can also be assessed and the O‐D matrix can be updated simultaneously. The application of the proposed off‐line forecasting system is illustrated by a numerical example in Hong Kong.     

高速公路路堤填土工程适宜性评价方法的探讨

路堤填筑是高速公路路基工程的一个重要环节，路堤填土工程适宜性研究尤为重要，基于高速公路路堤填土工程性质的分析，提出了填土工程适宜性评价的一种方法，分析了其可行性和难点，以广东西部沿海高速公路某试验段为例，进行了工程适宜性评价。这将对高速公路路基施工提供新的理论依据。     

基于TCP/IP拥塞控制的算法研究

在WPAN上使用TCP的关键在于拥塞控制，根据TCP的拥塞控制机制，通过分析拥塞控制的闭环控制原理、TCP／IP拥塞控制所使用的典型技术，研究TCP／IP拥塞控制在无线网上应用的算法。     

基于通信的移动闭塞ATC信号系统技术分析

简述了国内城市轨道交通中移动闭塞ATC系统的基本概念，对移动闭塞的基本原理进行了说明。介绍了实现列车的最小安全间隔并且可以连续检测列车位置和速度的移动闭塞系统的主要技术特点。
