The French-German research project Bahn.Ville, dealing with Rail oriented development and intermodality in German and French urban regions, has consisted in identifying the principles and factors of success of an urban development oriented towards rail, and in testing them in the agglomeration of Saint-Étienne. One of the research-actions focussed on identifying and anticipating the potential impacts in terms of urban development of a new transport system, of the tram-train type, on an existing railway line. The effect of the insertion of new stops on the global journey time is one of the criterion of the evaluation of new stops. A simulation method of the journey times is presented in this paper. Research purposes: In order to ensure the safety of railway or highway subgrade, subgrade bearing capacity, embankment stability and settlement which are the three main control indexes of subgrade design should be analyzed and checked in theory. However, many railway and highway designers still have differences on whether subgrade bearing capacity should be calculated in our country. Through analyzing the relationship among subgrade bearing capacity, embankment stability and settlement, the necessity of checking subgrade bearing capacity is discussed in this paper. Research conclusions: (1) It is unsafe that circular arc method is used to check the embankment stability, in the case that subgrade bearing capacity does not meet the requirements, the conclusion that embankment is stable can be also drawn. (2) The lateral displacement of subgrade will increase sharply when the load approaches or exceeds subgrade ultimate load, and the existing settlement calculation methods are no longer applicable. The application condition of settlement calculation methods is that the requirement of subgrade bearing capacity is met. (3) In order to ensure the stability of the embankment and control the settlement of it, the subgrade bearing capacity should be checked in the design of subgrade. (4) In this paper, the research conclusion can provide a theoretical basis for the further improvement of subgrade design method. 相似文献

为减小振捣机构对熨平板力学性能的影响,提高摊铺质量,通过建立摊铺压实机构模型和动力学微分方程,利用Matlab仿真分析振捣机构对熨平板的作用力。结果表明,前后振捣梁相位差、前后振捣梁振幅以及振捣频率对熨平板作用力有较大的影响;当选取前后振捣梁相位差为180°、前后振捣梁振幅相等以及低频振捣时,可大大降低振捣机构对熨平板的作用力。 相似文献

目的玻璃化法和慢速冷冻法深低温保存兔颈总动脉,比较两种保存方法对血管活性及形态结构的影响。方法无菌条件下切取兔颈总动脉,采用玻璃化法和慢速冷冻法在-196℃液氮中深低温保存2周,37℃水浴复温。新鲜血管作为对照,分别观察血管的大体、组织学、超微结构;同时对冷冻复温的血管采用组织块法培养并鉴定细胞,通过细胞计数描述细胞生长曲线,观察培养后血管的活性、细胞的再生及增殖能力。结果玻璃化组和慢速冷冻组动脉出现部分内皮细胞脱落,平滑肌细胞和成纤维细胞轻度肿胀、变性,前者损伤程度轻于后者。体外培养两组动脉的细胞分别于第6、7天自组织块内长出,细胞形态结构、生物学特性与新鲜组相似。生长曲线显示玻璃化组细胞的生长增殖状态优于慢速冷冻组,两组均差于新鲜动脉。将培养后的细胞分别进行免疫组织化学染色,经鉴定为平滑肌细胞。结论玻璃化法能较好地保持血管的形态结构和组织活性,保存效果优于慢速冷冻法。 相似文献

ABSTRACTTo establish an Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Single Shipping Market (ASSM) is an important part of ASEAN governments’ overall plan to achieve an ASEAN Economic Community by 2015. It is expected that a single shipping market will improve the region’s logistics performance and international competitiveness. To achieve this vision, however, the ASEAN countries need to remove any remaining barriers to logistics performance. In this light, the objective of this paper is to identify these barriers and assess their effects on the logistics performance of shipping and logistics firms based in ASEAN countries. Using a questionnaire-based survey, the study revealed several barriers affecting their logistics performance with varying significance among these countries. Unless these barriers from the perspective of the industry are removed, the ability of the shipping and logistics industry to benefit from a liberalized market would be limited. These perceived barriers are examined in detail and strategies to address them are proposed. The ASEAN experience is applicable to similar countries in the process of integrating their international shipping sector as well as contributes to the understanding of the different barriers and how these barriers can affect the logistics performance of shipping and logistics companies. 相似文献
