Value of travel time: An activity‐based analysis with combined RP and SP data

Under certain assumptions, values of travel time (VOT) can be divided into two parts: one associated with travel (i.e., the value of reducing travel time disutility) and the other associated with activities (the shadow price of time). The empirical results of combining RP and SP data showed that the VOT of travel was greater than that of activity. The results also showed that SP experiments that did not take or only took part of activities into consideration would underestimate VOT.     

Legal and practical consequences of not complying with ISM code

Almost a decade since port corporatization was introduced in Australia it is becoming clear that initial objectives are not being realized. This paper explores some of the legal and legislative causes, the effect on port operation and investigates what necessary conditions are required to deliver an effective corporatized port business. The paper argues that effective corporatization is a product of effective legislation—one which, while emulating private sector business practices—can deliver a business model that is innovative, entrepreneurial, commercially oriented and free from self-serving political constraints.

The legislation and corporatized artifacts in Australian mainland ports have failed, in general, to deliver this. Arguably, the legislation has, in fact, created a model with inherent flaws and serious contradictions. The legislation enacted is such that while it has set in place a model that articulates commercial objectives, the model created is in fact one in which political objectives may override commercial ones; where strategy may be determined by a bureaucratic elite without the requisite skills and insights, and the resultant strategy appears ad hoc; and a corporate culture that frequently has failed to transcend that of the statutory authority and public utility model. This paper will test these assertions against the developments in the port of Melbourne.     

基于小波提升格式理论的隧道衬砌缺陷定量识别分析

为提高探地雷达信号分析中小波基函数选取或构造的针对性和适应性，降低构造计算复杂性，并使所构造的小波基能更准确提取隧道衬砌结构背后空洞检测信号特征点信息，提出一种根据提升格式小波理论和目标信号波形特征来构造匹配小波的方法，并将所构造的小波基应用于空洞检测信号特征点的识别中。该方法以完全重构滤波器条件和提升格式小波为理论基础，首先选择一个简单而一般的初始双正交滤波器组，通过对初始双正交滤波器进行提升和对偶提升，获得不同的提升算子和对偶提升算子，从而得到更新后含自由变量的高阶滤波器组函数表达；其次，依据探地雷达信号的固有特点，对新滤波器组中重构端小波函数中的自由参数进行优化，并对新小波基与实际探地雷达信号的相似度进行计算和检验，最终构造出既满足线性相位、紧支撑性，又具有与探地雷达信号匹配度高等优势的新双正交小波基。将新小波基应用于室内空腔检测试验及实际工程中空洞缺陷的定量分析中，结果表明，同其他类型小波相比，用提升方法构造的小波能更准确地识别空洞缺陷信号突变点发生的时刻和位置，能更准确地实现隧道工程中空洞缺陷的位置和垂直尺寸的定量分析，从而大大提高探地雷达对缺陷探测的可靠度和准确度。

低压EGR冷凝水对压气机叶轮性能和结构破坏的影响研究

在发动机与整车上对低压EGR系统冷凝水的研究表明,压气机前管路中存在的气流裹挟的水珠和沿壁面流动的稀疏水膜对压气机叶轮构成潜在损伤风险,此外压前管路存在积水区,积聚的冷凝水遇冷结冰而被吸入也将对压气机叶轮形成潜在的损伤风险.针对以上情形分别设计试验,结果表明压气机叶轮主要受气流裹挟进入的冷凝水损伤,壁面流形式的冷凝水对叶轮几乎无损伤,在有限次数的极端情况下,压前冷凝水积聚区结冰对叶轮损伤的风险也很小,而叶轮镀层的应用能够显著降低冷凝水对叶轮的损伤,因此设计上应尽量减少随气流裹挟进入压气机的冷凝水.本研究为低压EGR系统设计以及压气机叶轮预防低压EGR系统冷凝水破坏提供了设计参考.     

磴口黄河特大桥0号块空间应力分析研究

采用大型通用有限元软件MIADS FEA进行空间计算,以磴口黄河特大桥为工程实例进行研究。用三维有限单元法对连续梁桥0号块作分析,对施工中0号块在最大悬臂状态下和成桥阶段的应力作计算,计算出各阶段0号块的应力状态,为优化设计和改进施工方法提供依据。对运营节段0号块在最不利荷载组合作用下的应力作计算,计算出0号块的应力状态。     

大粒径填料二次变形模量Ev2对比试验研究

通过对国内外标准进行研究,提出了承载板直径为40、60 cm的二次变形模量E_v2试验的试验方法。结合北京至上海高速铁路、北京至石家庄客运专线新建铁路路基施工现场的对比试验,对试验数据进行分析,得出承载板直径为30、40、60 cm的二次变形模量E_v2试验结果之间的相关关系,分析了填料最大粒径对试验结果的影响。
