大功率电力系统船舶的电气设计（上）

针对具有大功率电力系统的船舶,提出了一些富有新意的船舶电气设计思想和设计原则。介绍了中压电力系统主要设备特有的性能或结构,包括发电机、中压配电板、中性点接地电阻箱、中压电缆等。这些设计思想和原则具有普遍意义,可引伸应用于具有大功率电力系统的其他船舶的开发研究和工程设计。

从2008年下半年开始,金融危机对海南辖区航运业的影响一步步加剧,全省航运企业举步维艰,航运经济面临各种困难和挑战。面对金融危机,海南海事局和航运企业并肩作战,采取多种方式帮助航运企业才渡“冷冬”又过“酷暑”,已产生了积极的效果,同时鼓励航运企业树立信心,力争在航运市场回暖之时能抢占先机。     

Consumer preferences for electric vehicles: a literature review

Widespread adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) may contribute to the alleviation of problems such as environmental pollution, global warming and oil dependency. However, the current market penetration of EV is relatively low in spite of many governments implementing strong promotion policies. This paper presents a comprehensive review of studies on consumer preferences for EV, aiming to better inform policy-makers and give direction to further research. First, we compare the economic and psychological approach towards this topic, followed by a conceptual framework of EV preferences which is then implemented to organise our review. We also briefly review the modelling techniques applied in the selected studies. Estimates of consumer preferences for financial, technical, infrastructure and policy attributes are then reviewed. A categorisation of influential factors for consumer preferences into groups such as socio-economic variables, psychological factors, mobility condition, social influence, etc. is then made and their effects are elaborated. Finally, we discuss a research agenda to improve EV consumer preference studies and give recommendations for further research.

京津城际铁路杨村特大桥悬浇梁冬季施工技术

结合京津城际轨道交通杨村特大桥连续梁工程实例,介绍了冬季施工采取的一系列保温措施,混凝土浇注过程中对原材料进行预加热、确保混凝土入模温度,浇注完后采用综合蓄热和保温相结合的养护方法。上述措施的采用既确保了连续梁混凝土的工程质量,还为整个工程的如期完工争取了时间。     

柴油机喷雾场数字图像测量的误差分析

分析了柴油机喷雾场光学测量中关键参数的基本要求和取值范围与测量系统的主要误差来源及计算公式。分析认为CCD光电转换特性、像素当量值的舍入、照明光线的变化等引起的随机误差影响较小,并可采取多次采样取平均值的方法进一步减小其影响;实验台振动导致的摄像镜头在平行于焦平面上的微量偏移引入的测量误差很小,而摄像镜头在光轴方向上的偏移,即物距的变化将带来较大误差,应尽量避免;图像畸变引起的误差对测量系统的精度影响很大,采用定标校准的方法能对该项误差进行有效的修正。     

船舶碰撞溢油责任主体司法实践研究

互有过失船舶碰撞致一船溢油责任主体识别是一大难点,学者观点并不一致,实务中也有不同做法,不利于海洋环境的保护。在对船舶碰撞溢油案件收集梳理的基础上对数据进行对比分析,得出目前海事法院在审理船舶碰撞溢油案件时一定程度上存在同案不同判现象——既有让溢油船承担责任也有让非溢油方共同承担责任的结论。对船舶碰撞溢油责任承担认定不同原因进行剖析,以此为基础就溢油清除单位处理此类纠纷可能采取的对策进行探讨,并对海事法院统一司法实践提出了建议。     

Overview of submarine steering system noise北大核心CSCD

The steering system noise is one of the main noise sources in submarine stealth condition. Combined with the composition of the steering system, the noise source of each component is sorted out systematically, and corresponding vibration and noise reduction design measures are proposed. As the main noise source of the steering system, emphasis is placed on analyzing the noise mechanism of the rudder hydraulic system, which is divided into two categories and six types according to steady state and transient operating conditions. Finally, it is pointed out that the new type electro-hydraulic steering gear, based on direct drive servo control principle, is the future development trend. © 2022 Palaeobulgarica. 汽车张紧器的动态性能检测是汽车链式传动系统设计和加工过程中的关键技术之一,本文主要介绍了该质量检测系统的设计过程。文章首先对该系统的结构进行了分析,在此基础之上相应设计硬件和软件,最终通过上位机监控软件实现该系统的监控。     

襄阳汉江三桥主桥设计关键技术

针对襄阳汉江三桥主桥索塔采用无上横梁双直立索塔,主梁在索塔处设置紧缩段及顶板纵向设置加劲矮肋的特点,通过ANSYS有限元计算程序对索塔的横向稳定性、主梁紧缩段传力、设置纵向加劲矮肋后主梁应力分布特性等进行分析。
