悬架K&C特性在底盘性能分析中的研究

归纳出影响车辆转向特性的各种因素,并用悬架K&C参数定量化;提出车辆在常用车速直线行驶时期其前束角和外倾角应尽量为零,以保证轮胎磨损尽量小,并建立了行驶时前束角及外倾角的表达式;将各向力作用下的变形统一为悬架及轮胎刚度,并分析了各种刚度的意义;通过悬架K&C特性计算出动力学参数,建立了研究操纵稳定性及底盘电控的虚拟车辆,并在Carsim和ADAMS软件中实现.     

驾驶室悬置系统对重型车辆平顺性影响的试验研究

以某重型载货汽车驾驶室悬置系统为例,通过实车道路试验,研究了单高度阀前液压后气囊悬置、单高度阀四气囊悬置和双高度阀四气囊悬置等减振系统的振动特性及对车辆行驶平顺性的影响规律,并对试验结果进行了频域处理和分析.试验结果表明,双高度阀控制的四气囊驾驶室悬置系统的平顺性优于其它2种结构的悬置系统.     

Advanced Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm Based on Local Density and Distance

This paper presents an advanced fuzzy C-means (FCM) clustering algorithm to overcome the weakness of the traditional FCM algorithm, including the instability of random selecting of initial center and the limitation of the data separation or the size of clusters. The advanced FCM algorithm combines the distance with density and improves the objective function so that the performance of the algorithm can be improved. The experimental results show that the proposed FCM algorithm requires fewer iterations yet provides higher accuracy than the traditional FCM algorithm. The advanced algorithm is applied to the influence of stars’ box-office data, and the classification accuracy of the first class stars achieves 92.625%.

建筑物下大断面隧道施工方案及开挖模拟分析

针对南京地铁鼓楼站--玄武门站停车线段双洞隧道地表有建筑物、两洞小间距且其中一个为大断面隧道的特点,提出了相应的施工工法,并采用二维有限元理论分析,论证了工法的合理性.分析表明,大断面隧道双侧导坑的上台阶、核心土的上台阶及小断面隧道的上台阶等开挖引起的地面沉降量较大.     

Research on numerical welding experiment of a thick spherical shell structure

In this paper, in order to predict the residual deformation of thick spherical structure, a welding program is compiled in APDL language based on Ansys and a numerical welding experiment of a welding example is carried out. The temperature field of welding was simulated firstly, then a thermal-structure coupling analysis was carried out, and at last the residual stress and deformation after welding were got. After that, the numerical experiment result was compared with physical experiment one. The comparative analysis shows that the numerical simulation fits well with physical experiment. On the basis of that, a three-dimensional numerical experiment of a thick spherical shell structure was carried out to get the changing rule of stress and deformation of a thick spherical shell structure during welding. The research is of great value to the prediction of residual deformation and high precision machining.
