模糊神经网络系统在滩海铺管敷缆船中的应用设计

针对滩海铺管敷船数学模型过于复杂,难以用传统控制进行建模的特点,提出了用模糊神经网络进行智能化控制的方案,并采用了一种较为简单实用的全局最优算法简化计算过程。实验证明,此控制系统具有较强的自适应性与自学习能力,表明了该方案的正确性与实用性。

城市公交系统结构合理性的研究

研究了影响城市公交运行效率的3个主要因素:空间结构、车辆结构和时间结构.以服务范围、出行时间和换乘次数为对象,研究了城市公交系统的空间合理性;以实现公交线路和车辆的合理匹配为目标,讨论了公交车的类型和数量问题;以我国城市公交运营实际为基础,分析了不同条件下公交时刻表的合理选用问题.     

摩托车齿轮心部铁素体的控制

50-250mL摩托车变速齿轮一般选用20CrMo材料,零件要求渗碳层0.3-0.5mm,表面硬度78-83HRA,心部硬度30-45HRC;整车厂要求金相组织为表层碳化物1-4级,表层马氏体及残余奥氏体1-5级,心部铁素体级别≤3级。     

钢夹层板数值模拟技术(英文)

Sandwich plate systems (SPS) are advanced materials that have begun to receive extensive attention in naval architecture and ocean engineering. At present, according to the rules of classification societies, a mixture of shell and solid elements are required to simulate an SPS. Based on the principle of stiffness decomposition, a new numerical simulation method for shell elements was proposed. In accordance with the principle of stiffness decomposition, the total stiffness can be decomposed into the bending stiffness and shear stiffness. Displacement and stress response related to bending stiffness was calculated with the laminated shell element. Displacement and stress response due to shear was calculated by use of a computational code write by FORTRAN language. Then the total displacement and stress response for the SPS was obtained by adding together these two parts of total displacement and stress. Finally, a rectangular SPS plate and a double-bottom structure were used for a simulation. The results show that the deflection simulated by the elements proposed in the paper is larger than the same simulated by solid elements and the analytical solution according to Hoff theory and approximate to the same simulated by the mixture of shell-solid elements, and the stress simulated by the elements proposed in the paper is approximate to the other simulating methods. So compared with calculations based on a mixture of shell and solid elements, the numerical simulation method given in the paper is more efficient and easier to do.     

AP-8改性剂在湖州南浔大道的应用研究

为提高沥青路面使用性能, 更好地服务湖州南浔大道路面修复工程, 文章通过车辙试验、 小梁弯曲试验、 浸水马歇尔试验及冻融劈裂试验研究了掺加 AP-8 改性剂的沥青混合料各项路用性能。 室内试验研究表明： 掺加 0. 3% AP-8 改性剂的普通沥青混合料, 其高温稳定性有较大提高, 动稳定度达到 8000 次/ mm, 抗水损害性能、 低温抗裂性能略有改善, 残留稳定度、 冻融劈裂强度比、 低温破坏应变分别在 89%、 84%、 2900με 以上。 在室内试验研究的基础上, 将 AP-8 改性剂应用于湖州南浔大道路面修复工程, 通过现场检测, 压实度均值为 94. 3%, 渗水系数为 51. 9ml / min, 表明掺加 AP-8 改性剂的普通沥青混合料压实情况良好。 通车两年后, 通过车辙及平整度系统评价, 路面仍保持良好的通行状态。 室内试验研究和实体工程跟踪检测结果表明： AP-8 改性剂可有效提高沥青路面的使用性能, 是一种性能优良且稳定的沥青混合料改性剂。     

半主动悬架空气弹簧的动态特性研究

建立膜式空气弹簧的有限元模型,对其动态特性进行仿真和试验验证,仿真结果和试验结果吻合良好.研究表明,空气弹簧的输出频率是异频输出,且输出频率基本是激振频率的整倍数;随固有频率增加,空气弹簧变形加大.     

路基工作区深度与路基压实控制的分析

在路基设计与施工中,对路基压实度的控制有时带有一定的盲目性,压实结果不是浪费就是不足。如果施工方案不到位,很容易形成各种病害,影响公路的使用效果。通过分析路基工作区深度与公路等级、路面类型、路基土回弹模量及荷载轴重的关系,提出了基于路基工作区深度和填挖关系的变化来确定分段压实度方案的方法,以指导施工。     

Grafting watermelon seedling production management system based on process control strategy

Greenhouse environmental management, seedling bed scheduling, and fertilizer and water management are the core technologies of seedling nursery. Precision management and control of the whole production process guarantees high grated seedling quality. In order to improve management efficiency of grafted watermelon seedling production and seedling quality, this paper designs and develops a grafted watermelon seedling production management system based on process control methods by process control strategy, seedling bed planning design, and handheld device technology.
