不利天气高速公路路况车载采集系统研究

分析了不利天气下道路安全状况评估参数及其影响因素，确定了车载路况采集系统的功能，设计了由道路能见度检测、道路环境温湿度检测、路面状况识别、路面微观形貌检测、路况数据定位与路况数据无线传输6个子系统以及检测车、电源系统等组成的路况检测系统，分析了系统设计中的一些关键技术。

中小跨径钢混组合梁桥设计标准化关键参数研究

基于江苏省公路中小跨径桥梁的特点,以双向六车道30 m跨径的钢混组合结构桥梁为研究背景,对钢混组合板梁桥的设计标准化关键参数进行分析。针对不同关键构造参数与尺寸的桥型建立有限元模型,以横向分布系数、桥面板横向承载力和钢主梁应力作为参数分析对比标准,研究其合理截面与合理构造。数值仿真结果表明:横向分布系数主要受主梁间距与悬臂长度影响,桥面板横向承载力主要受桥面板厚度、主梁间距、主梁高度影响,钢主梁应力主要受主梁间距、主梁高度影响。综合以上参数分析结果,桥面板厚度取0.25 m,主梁间距取3 m,悬臂长度取2.0 m,横梁间距取5 m,主梁高度1.65 m时为最优方案。     

Dynamic anti-plane interaction between an impermeable crack and a circular cavity in an infinite piezoelectric medium

Wave propagation in an infinite elastic piezoelectric medium with a circular cavity and an impermeable crack subjected to steady-state anti-plane shearing was studied based on Green＇s function and the crack-division technique. Theoretical solutions were derived for the whole elastic displacement and electric potential field in the interaction between the circular cavity and the impermeable crack. Expressions were obtained on the dynamic stress concentration factor （DSCF） at the cavity＇s edge, the dynamic stress intensity factor （DSIF） and the dynamic electric displacement intensity factor （DEDIF） at the crack tip. Numerical solutions were performed and plotted with different incident wave numbers, parameters of piezoelectric materials and geometries of the structure. Finally, some of the calculation results were compared with the case of dynamic anti-plane interaction of a permeable crack and a circular cavity in an infinite piezoelectric medium. This paper can provide a valuable reference for the design of piezoelectric actuators and sensors widely used in marine structures.     

A reconfigurable stamping die and its stamping process

A reconfigurable flexible poles die was developed. The die can be used to implement the process of “the multi-point pressing and forming sheet”. Sheet metal is restricted by the elastic pressing forces putting on the upper and lower surfaces of sheet in stamping process. The method is an effective way to enhance the buckling critical stresses and reduce wrinkling of sheet. The results of tests indicate that the die can achieve “one die brings multi-purpose” and suppress the wrinkle of sheet. The process of the multi-point pressing and forming sheet provides a practical and effective way for the curved sheet metal forming.     

大型钢结构非滑道建造过程中风荷载作用的研究

海洋大型钢结构一般在滑道上建造,而本工程的18个大型模块需在非滑道的码头强夯土基础上建造。本研究通过建立在码头强夯地基上模块结构整体的有限元模型,对结构物在建造过程中,受海上风载作用下结构支点的作用进行分析,为结构建造过程中的安全分析提供理论依据。
