LIGUSTRAZINE REDUCES CARTILAGE DESTRUCTION IN MODEL OF OSTEOARTHRITIS IN RATS

Objective To study the effect and possible mechanism of Ligustrazine-a chinese traditional herbal medicine (CTM) on rat osteoarthritis (OA). Methods OA model was surgically induced. Morphology of articular cartilage was done by HE staining and mankin score was calculated; interleukin-1 and TNFα activity of rat joints was determined by 3-(4,5 dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) method; immunohistochemistry of MMP-13 and Cathepsin K was done by ABC method while the mRNA level for MMP-13, cathepsin K and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase 1 (TIMP-1) was evaluated by RT-PCR method. ResultsLigustrazine (60 mg·kg-1·d-1 or 30 mg·kg-1·d-1, but not 10 mg·kg-1·d-1, im, ×8 weeks) reduced morphological changes of articular cartilage of OA rats. IL-1 and TNFα production of OA joints increases, together with MMP-13, cathepsine K and their mRNA levels in articular cartilage. The administration of Ligustrazine (60 mg·kg-1·d-1or 30 mg·kg-1·d-1, im, ×8 weeks) reduced above changes significantly. At the same time, tissue inhibitor of metrix metalloprotease (TIMP1) mRNA level increased also in OA rats while Ligustrazine (60 mg·kg-1·d-1, 30 mg·kg-1·d-1or 10 mg·kg-1·d-1, im, ×8 weeks) had no significant effect on it. Conclusion Ligustrazine (60 mg.kg-1 d-1 or 30 mg·kg-1·d-1, but not 10 mg·kg-1·d-1, im, ×8 weeks) effectively delays articular cartilage degradation of OA rats and could be a potential drug candidate for OA treatment.     

Study on Real-time Look-ahead and Adaptive Parametric Curve Interpolator

The principle of real-time look-ahead was introduced and analysed. An adaptive parametric curve interpolator with a real-time look-ahead function was developed for non-uniform rational B-spline (NURBS) curves interpolation, which considering the maximum acceleration/deceleration of the machine tool. In order to deal with the acceleration/deceleration around the feedrate sensitive corners, the look-ahead function was designed and illustrated. It can detect and adjust the feedrate adaptively. With the help of real-time look-ahead, the acceleration/deceleration can be limited to the range of the machine tool capacity. Thus, feedrate fluctuation is reduced. A NURBS curve interpolation experiment was provided to verify the feasibility and advantages of the proposed interpolator with a real-time look-ahead function.     

Study and Development of the Biped Ice Skating Robot with Passive Wheels

A new passive wheel type of biped ice-skating robot(BISR)which was able to imitate human skating motion was developed. Firstly, the characteristics of two types of human skating gait were introduced; secondly, after simplifying the kinematical model, the BISR's motion principle was presented; then the construction and control system of BISR were proposed; at last, the skating experiment of the BISR in a symmetric gait mode was conducted and some conclusions were drawn.

基于交通效率、安全和特定交通组成的纵坡合理坡长

由于用地及地形、地质等限制,纵坡常被迫用到规范推荐的限制值,而我国《城市道路设计规范》(CJJ37-90)对5%以下的纵坡坡长限制没有进行规定,如何确定此类纵坡的合理坡长直接影响到路段交通安全、效率、工程经济等。通过对已有的纵坡坡长限制研究成果整理分析,提出运用汽车动力学进行坡长计算时,应该考虑汽车坡中换档的情况,并引入适合车型的概念,建议根据道路交通组成的实际情况确定坡长。分析坡长对驾驶员心率增长率、制动鼓温度、事故率的影响,分别确定各影响因素下的最大坡长。最后提出综合考虑交通效率和安全的坡长限制确定方法,并在某大纵坡路段的纵坡论证中进行了应用。

双馈风力发电机系统有功和无功功率的解耦控制

双馈发电机的有功和无功功率的解耦控制是变速恒频(VSCF)风力发电系统的关键技术.文章阐述了变速恒频风力发电系统的工作原理,在分析双馈感应电机的动态数学模型以及定子磁链定向矢量控制的基础上,介绍了一种有效的有功和无功功率解耦控制方法.Matlab仿真结果表明,该控制方案能够很好地实现双馈电机的有功和无功功率的解耦控制,验证了其正确性和有效性.     

考虑随机裂隙的寒区隧道冻胀力研究

基于改进Mask R-CNN的轨道扣件状态检测方法

为提高轨道扣件状态检测的准确率,基于K均值聚类算法改进掩膜区域卷积神经网络(Mask R-CNN)实例分割算法中的区域建议网络。进行基于改进Mask R-CNN的轨道扣件状态检测方法研究,并将该方法分别应用于普速铁路有砟轨道2个扣件数据集和高速铁路无砟轨道1个扣件数据集上进行轨道扣件状态检测。结果表明:该方法能对普速铁路有砟轨道和高速铁路无砟轨道图像中的扣件状态进行准确检测,扣件的定位准确率和分类准确率平均分别达到97.05%和98.36%,均优于YOLO V3,Faster R-CNN和Mask R-CNN算法;相较于前2种算法,本方法对普速铁路有砟轨道扣件状态检测的优势更为明显。
