膨胀土上修建高速公路互通匝道的工程案例

广西百色盆地是中国著名的膨胀土分布区之一,已建的南(宁)百(色)高速公路与在建的百(色)隆(林)高速公路在百色东交汇,整座立交完全坐落在膨胀土上,互通匝道的布置尤其边坡的稳定成了一大技术难题。在分析百色膨胀土工程地质特征和土性的基础上,运用已取得的膨胀土路基处治技术,因地制宜,将匝道中间岛挖除减少边坡数量,直接用开挖膨胀土填路堤并用柔性支护技术处治匝道堑坡,通过这3个方面的设计变更,安全、经济、有效地解决了膨胀土匝道修建问题,可为类似工程项目的建设提供参考和借鉴。     

基于Geomagic的摩托车零件海量点数据快速构建曲面的方法研究

通过使用Geomagic软件的点云直接构造曲面技术,为摩托车新品开发、特别是整车外型零件的三维设计提供了新的设计思路和方法,对于一些不需要产品开模,只要产品简单外形三维数据、用于出二维检验图纸,或进行摩托车各部件虚拟装配、检查零件之间干涉等情况,可以快捷地构造出复杂的曲面外形,既简化了工作流程,又提高了处理摩托车各个零部件之间干涉问题的反映速度,有效保证了新品开发周期,提高了工作效率。     

基于运输需求的基础路网规划理论与方法研究

为了解决中国公路运输的"瓶颈"问题,使运输更好地为国民经济服务,提出了基础路网的概念,分析了现有公路网的干线路网和基础路网的范畴,研究了运输需求与交通需求在作为路网规划的变量时的区别以及运输需求对基础路网布局规划的影响。以有利于国民经济和社会发展产生的运输需求为目标,构造了基础路网规划的模型和算法。规划模型以投资费用最小为前提,为缩短路网建设里程,节约建设成本,增加了费马点,并证明了该方法是有效的。开发了模型与算法的集成软件ArcGIS,使得整个规划过程的计算与分析数据化,结果可视化,并对模型和算法的效果进行了验证。分析结果表明:规划后的基础路网使用效率能相对保持在70%～80%这一理想范围内,能够清楚地反映研究区域运输需求的要素。因此,基于运输需求来规划基础路网可行。     

上海CBD共享停车方法研究

上海市CBD停车设施规划须遵从＂低供给＂的发展战略,然而上海市停车场（库）配建标准却有可能导致停车供给的多余。为解决这一问题,对实行CBD共享停车的方法进行研究,提出实行共享停车的条件及步骤,并进行实例分析,以达到降低停车用地使用量、减少工程建设总成本、提高整个停车系统使用效率的目的。     

基于Windows CE平台的水准桥梁几何检测系统的开发

基于WindowsCE操作平台的水准仪桥梁几何检测及数据采集处理系统,能够完成桥梁检测中的基准点检测、墩台沉降观测、桥梁挠度观测以及桥面线形检测的全数字化作业,通过远程数据传输可实现桥梁检测内外业的一体化．带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益．     

Study on chromatographic fingerprint of sarcandra glabra （Thunb.） by microwave-assisted extraction coupled to HPLC/DAD

Microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) was used for extraction of effective components of sarcandra glabra (Thunb.), and then chromatographic fingerprint of sarcandra glabra (Thunb.) was studied by high performance liquid chromatography/diode array detector (HPLC/DAD). The conditions of MAE were optimized by an orthogonal experiment, and then the authentication and validation of the chromatographic fingerprint were conducted. Nine peaks were identified as common peaks in the fingerprint chromatograms, and isofraxidin was considered as a reference compound and quantified. Relative standard deviations of retention time and peak area of each component were less than 3% and 8%, respectively. Similarity and difference analysis were conducted by use of PCA and relation coefficient. Twenty batches of sarcandra glabra (Thunb.) samples from two different producing areas could be classified into two different groups in the PCA model. The results showed that MAE-HPLC/DAD method was simple, efficient and stable for the study of complex chromatographic fingerprint of sarcandra glabra (Thunb.), which could provide more reliable and precise information for quality evaluation.     

Capillary electrophoresis with inhibited electrochemiluminescent detection for the trace analysis of epinephrine and dopamine

In this paper, a novel electrochemiluminescent (ECL) detection approach was developed for highly sensitive detection of ECL inhibitors based on the ECL inhibition of Ru(bpy)32+/2-(Dibutylamino)ethanol (DBAE) system. A microfluidic ECL detection cell was fabricated to couple with the capillary electrophoresis system, the electrochemical system and the postcolumn injection system. Both Ru(bpy)32+ and DBAE solutions were injected directly to the working electrode surface by a micro-infusion system to obtain a high and stable ECL signal. The performance of this setup was demonstrated by the analysis of two typical ECL inhibitors, dopamine and epinephrine. Under the optimal conditions, the limit of detection (LOD) for dopamine and epinephrine was 50nM and 5nM respectively. The proposed method was also successfully used for the trace analysis of dopamine and epinephrine in human serum samples.
