公路沥青混凝土仪器设备校准方法的探讨

本文通过公路沥青混凝土路面部分仪器设备校准方法的讨论,并参考相关规范和文献,提出了现代交通建设中公路工程沥青混凝土路面仪器设备校准工作中需注意的问题及校准方法。     

基于K-Means聚类算法的城市轨道交通站点分类及客流特征分析

文章立足于沈阳市轨道交通站点800 m范围内的人口分布、开发强度、公交接驳、路网长度分布、站点位置属性、站点客流数据等六大维度数据,采用K-Means聚类算法将城市轨道交通站点划分为居住型、商业商务型、综合开发型、产业型、交通枢纽型五大类;基于站点聚类成果,叠合多样化数据分析总结各类站点客流的普适性规律,可为后续站点周边基础设施完善、站点客流预测、车站运营组织方案做出指导。     

巨细胞病毒感染诱导移植排斥反应的机制研究

目的以人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECs)ECV304株作为研究对象,探讨巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染诱发排斥反应的机制。方法体外培养ECV304,施加不同干预因素,分为正常对照组、灭活病毒作用组、病毒作用组、病毒上清液作用组及病毒与更昔洛韦组。运用免疫组化技术检测不同组别内皮细胞表面细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)的表达。结果正常对照组内皮细胞ICAM-1的表达呈弱阳性,加入灭活的病毒及病毒上清液后,ICAM-1的表达仍为弱阳性(P>0.05);加入有活力的病毒后,内皮细胞ICAM-1的表达呈强阳性,积分指数显著高于上述3组(P<0.01);在CMV感染内皮细胞的同时加入更昔洛韦,细胞表面ICAM-1表达强度较病毒组并无减低(P>0.05)。结论CMV感染的内皮细胞表面ICAM-1的表达明显增加。通过诱导内皮细胞表面ICAM-1表达上调可能是CMV诱发排斥反应的机制之一。     

TSH RECEPTOR GENETIC ALTERATIONS IN THE AUTONOMOUSLYFUNCTIONING THYROID ADENOMAS

Objective To determine the relationship between TSH receptor gene mutations and autonomously functioning thyroid adenomas (AY‘]rAs). Methods The thyroid samples from 14 cases of diagnosed AFTAs were analyzed, with normal thyroid specimens adjacent to the tumors as controls. The 155 base pairs DNA fragments which encompassed the third cytoplasmic loop and the sixth transmembrane segments in the TSH receptor gene exon 10 were amplified by Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and analyzed by the single-strand conformation polymorphism (SSCP). Direct sequencing of the PCR products was performed with Prism Dye Terminator Cycle Sequencing Core Kit.Results 6 of 14 AFTA specimens displayed abnormal migration in SSCP analysis. In sequence analysis of 3 abnormally migrated samples, one base substitution at nucleotide 1957 (A to C) and two same insertion mutations of one adenosine nucleotide between nucleotide 1972 and 1973 were identified. No mutations were found in controls. Conclusion This study confirmed the presence of TSH receptor gene mutations in AFTAs; both one-point substitution mutation and onebase insertion mutation were found to be responsible for the pathogenesis of AFTAs.     

夫妻配对MTHFR基因型分布与不明原因反复流产的关系

目的　探讨亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶 (MTHFR)基因多态性在夫妻间的不同存在形式与不明原因反复流产之间的关系。方法　采用聚合酶链反应 限制性片段长度多态性 (PCR RFPL)的方法 ,对 32对有两次及两次以上不明原因流产史的夫妇和 39对健康夫妇进行MTHFR6 77C→T突变相关性研究。结果　病例组与正常对照组流产发生的危险性比较 ,夫妻双方都是纯合或杂合突变型 ,其基因型分布与流产发生的危险性增高高度相关 ,OR =2 94 1,95 %CI[1.0 6 2～ 8.133];夫妻双方有一人是纯合或杂合突变型 ,而另一人为野生型的 ,其基因型分布与流产发生的危险性无关联 ,OR =0 .819,95 %CI[0 .32 0～ 2 .0 94 ];夫妻双方都是野生型 ,其基因型分布与发生流产的危险性降低高度相关 ,OR =0 188,95 %CI[0 .0 4 6～ 0 .76 0 ]。结论　子代携带MTHFR纯合或杂合突变可能是胚胎早期发育异常的原因之一 ,从而导致流产的发生。     

PROLIFERATION AND MIGRATION OF EPENDYMAL CELLS IN THE BRAIN OF ADULT RATS AFTER PERMANENT FOCAL CEREBRAL ISCHEMIA

Objective Ependymal cells are thought to be the primary source of neural stem cells in the adult central nervous system. The purpose of this study is to examine spatial and temporal profiles of ependymal cell proliferation and migration after focal cerebral ischemia. Methods Eighty male Sprague Dawley rats underwent permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion after injection of 10/μL of 0.2% Dil into the lateral ventricle. Rats were sacrificed and brain sections were acquired for pathological evaluation and laser confocal imaging at day 1,3,7,11,14,21 and 28 after ischemia. Results The density of Dil-labeled cells in the ischemic ipsilateral subventricular zone was significantly higher than that in the control group and these labeled cells dispersed in the ischemic ipsilateral subventricular zone and/or were located in ependyma from day 1 to 11. In the ischemic ipsilateral cortex, some Diilabeled cells occurred in peri-infarction and infarction of parietal region at day14 and peaked at day 21 when some Dil-labeled cell nodules were found in this region. During postischemic day 14--28, a significant decrease in labeled celldensity in the ischemic ipsilateral subventricular zone was coincident with a significant increase in labeled cells density in the cortex (peri-infarction and infarction). Conclusion The results indicate that ependymal cells proliferate and migrate after focal cerebral ischemia in the adult rat brain.

复合主拱圈加固石拱桥力学性态分析

从复合主拱圈加固石拱桥加固前后力学性态的角度,结合具体的实际加固工程,对加固前后主拱圈截面内力进行计算,阐述主拱圈截面强度和整体"强度-稳定"性提高率,验算新旧拱圈结合面抗剪承载力和新增结构对原结构的影响,提出一项基于承载力提高率的加固增强总体效果评价指标,以期对石拱桥加固设计方案比选、加固质量评定有一定的积极指导作用。
