改善预应力连续箱梁耐久性措施探讨

近年来大量预应力混凝土箱梁在运营阶段相继出现了影响结构正常使用及结构耐久性的受力裂缝。从以下几个方面探索改善预应力连续箱梁耐久性的措施、建立全寿命成本分析优化设计理念;加快抗裂、抗渗等高性能混凝土材料的推广和应用;改善原有预应力连续箱梁施工工艺、结构形式;设计时充分考虑桥粱使用时所处的环境,针对具体的环境采取适当的措施减少环境对桥梁耐久性的影响,加强运营阶段的管理和维护。     

国际造船协定谈判缘何起起落落

2010年12月17日,经济合作与发展组织（OECD）造船工作组宣布,新一轮的国际造船协定谈判,因各方始终缺乏统一立场,难以达成共识而再次终结。回首这起历经20余年的＂跨世纪谈判＂,一幅各方利益博弈图跃然纸上。而这张博弈图,清晰地勾勒出了世界造船版图由西向东的变迁。     

安装中央制动器的某型变速器的后壳体设计与开发

针对某型变速器后壳体进行改型设计,增加了安装中央制动器的结构,对改型设计及加强设计的后壳体进行了有限元分析计算、台架试验和道路试验。计算及试验表明,加强设计的后壳体强度完全满足使用要求,此状态的后壳体已进入批量生产阶段。     

The effect of travel time variability on route choice decision: a generalized linear mixed model based analysis

The effect of travel time variability (TTV) on route choice behavior is explored in this study. A stated preference survey is conducted to collect behavioral data on Shanghai drivers’ choice between a slow but stable route and a fast but unreliable route. Travel time and TTV are respectively measured by mean and standard deviation of random travel time. The generalized linear mixed model (GLMM) is applied to quantify trade-offs between travel time and TTV. The GLMM based route choice model effectively accounts for correlations among repeated observations from the same respondent, and captures heterogeneity in drivers’ values of TTV. Model estimation results show that, female drivers and drivers with rich driving experience are less likely to choose a route with high TTV; smaller expected travel time of a route increase the probability of its being chosen; all drivers have intrinsic preference for a route with smaller expected travel time, but the degree of preference may vary within the population; TTV on average has negative effects on route choice decision, but a small portion of drivers are risk-prone to choose a fast but unreliable route despite high TTV.     

Behavior-consistent service substitutions in dynamic environments

In this paper, a novel approach for service substitutions based on the service type in terms of its interface type and behavior semantics is proposed. In order to analyze and verify behavior-consistent service substitutions in dynamic environments, we first present a formal language to describe services from control-flow perspective, then introduce a type and effect system to infer conservative approximations of all possible behaviors of these services. The service behaviors are represented by concurrent behavior expressions （CBEs）. Built upon the interpretation of CBEs, behavior-consistent service substitutions are defined and analyzed by subtyping technology. The correctness of the analysis approach is guaranteed by type safety theorem, which is mechanically proved in the Coq proof assistant. Finally, applications in web services show that our method is effective and feasible.     

汽车被动安全性及碰撞仿真研究综述

介绍了为保证汽车的被动安全性实施的国家基本标准和社会自发制定的评价体系,分析了被动安全性的主要研究内容和方法,着重探讨了国内外利用计算机虚拟仿真技术进行的研究,基于现状,今后的研究方向是更精细化的仿真研究与实现仿真碰撞和实车碰撞的良好交互。     

Dynamic programming of port position and scale in the hierarchized container ports network

A hierarchized container ports network, with several super hubs and many multilevel hub ports, will be established, mainly serving transshipment and carrying out most of its business in the hub-spoke mode. This paper sums up a programming model, in which the elementary statistic units, cost and expense of every phase of any shipment are the straight objects, and the minimum cost of the whole network is taken as the objective. This is established based on a dynamic system to make out the hierarchical structure of the container ports network, i.e. the trunk hub and feeder hubs can be planned in a economic zone, then the optimal scale vector can also be obtained for all container ports concerned with the network. The vector is a standard measurement to decide a port's position and their scale distribution in the whole network.     

教学实习船“育明”号挡火风闸安装情况分析

上海海事大学48000DWT远洋教学实习船"育明"号是目前世界上吨位最大、设施最先进、功能最齐全的教学实习船。它虽然以散货船为母型船,但由于舱室布置和通风管系复杂,所以挡火风闸的安装布置也较普通散货船复杂很多,基本上SOLAS公约中涉及挡火风闸的各类条款,在该教学船上均有所体现。
