稀土元素对精密铸钢裂纹形成的影响

设计了精密铸件裂纹敏感试样,通过在铸件成分中添加不同比例的稀土元素,探讨稀土元素对铸件产生裂纹倾向的影响.试验结果表明:合适的稀土添加量的增加,铸件裂纹率显著降低:金相组织分析表明,稀土元素添加能较好地细化晶粒,并有效改善夹杂物的数量、尺寸和分布,从而降低了铸钢的裂纹倾向.     

基于移动闭塞条件下的列车运行仿真系统设计

当今,国外轨道交通系统中的移动自动闭塞技术已经发展成熟,这一技术具有优越的可控制性,可为运输组织的灵活管理提供有利的条件。探讨通过计算机仿真手段,模拟列车在移动自动闭塞条件下的追踪运行。从而为移动闭塞这一技术应用于我国轨道交通领域提供一个预测性的理论结果。     

Implementation of dynamic matrix control on field programmable gate array

High performance computer is often required by model predictive control (MPC) systems due to the heavy online computation burden. To extend MPC to more application cases with low-cost computation facilities, the implementation of MPC controller on field programmable gate array (FPGA) system is studied. For the dynamic matrix control (DMC) algorithm, the main design idea and the implemental strategy of DMC controller are introduced based on a FPGA’s embedded system. The performance tests show that both the computation efficiency and the accuracy of the proposed controller can be satisfied due to the parallel computing capability of FPGA.     

Bit stream oriented enumeration tree pruning algorithm

Packet analysis is very important in our digital life. But what protocol analyzers can do is limited because they can only process data in determined format. This paper puts forward a solution to decode raw data in an unknown format. It is certain that data can be cut into packets because there are usually characteristic bit sequences in packet headers. The key to solve the problem is how to find out those characteristic sequences. We present an efficient way of bit sequence enumeration. Both Aho-Corasick (AC) algorithm and data mining method are used to reduce the cost of the process.     

Development and application of thermal mathematical model of iron ore pellet bed in grate

Based on the analysis of heat transfer mechanics, physical and chemical change of pellet drying and preheating process in grate, the mathematical model is established and solved by three-diagonal matrix algorithm. With Visual Basic 6.0 a simulation software is developed. The model is verified by measurements at a domestic pellet plant, and the temperature distribution of pellet bed is gained. Meanwhile, the influence of different operation parameters on the pellet thermal process is studied. The results can be taken as a basis of practical production control and the grate optimizing design.

马家坡瓦斯隧道设计等级的判定研究

由于瓦斯在煤（岩）中的含量、压力的存在形式、涌出规律、煤层的赋存条件等很难在勘测设计阶段完全、准确掌握,因此在隧道施工中,若突遇高瓦斯隧道地段而不及时按照瓦斯隧道施工规范施工,爆炸伤亡事故便难以避免。对马家坡隧道ZK140＋660～ZK141＋100段施工过程中所检测的瓦斯含量数据进行了统计和分析,对掌子面出现煤层的位置取煤样测试了吨煤瓦斯含量,通过间接法测试了瓦斯压力,计算出了瓦斯绝对涌出量,具体参数如下：吨煤瓦斯含量值2．75m^3／t,瓦斯压力值0．18MPa,瓦斯绝对涌出量2．06m^3／min,符合TB10120--2002 《铁路瓦斯隧道技术规范55中隧道瓦斯工区等级划分标准中二级规定,据此瓦斯压力推算为由此判断该隧道无瓦斯突出危害,但是属于高瓦斯等级隧道。文中所涉及的方法及数据对今后各类瓦斯隧道的施工具有一定的参考价值。     

粒状类材料模型研究综述

对粒状类材料的模型进行了分析比较,并对粒状类材料的各向异性特性对路面结构的影响做了相关总结,为粒状类材料在今后我国公路工程建设中的广泛使用提供了依据。     

羟基锡酸锌包覆氢氧化镁

采用均匀沉淀法制取羟基锡酸锌,通过单因实验法考察了包覆质量比、包覆时间及包覆温度三个因素对ZnSn（OH）6包覆Mg（OH）2的包覆效果的影响,并且结合超声分散和共沸蒸馏制备了包覆效果较好的ZnSn（OH）6包覆Mg（OH）2.通过X射线衍射（XRD）、扫描电镜（SEM）、热重分析（DTA-TG）及能谱分析（EDX）等表征包覆产物,最终得出：ZnSn（OH）6包覆Mg（OH）2的最佳实验条件为：包覆质量比为20%;包覆反应时间为6 h;包覆反应温度为50℃.在此条件下制得的产物保持Mg（OH）2所呈现的形貌和热分解性能,不会影响其阻燃性能.
