广西路面基层碎石强度评价指标研究

在不同条件下对广西地区常见各类岩石轧制碎石测试其强度变化，认为仅用碎石的压碎值或芯样抗压强度不能反映其合格性，提出增加碎石的软化系数，CBR值指标评价其路用合格性。     

基于VBA的沥青最佳用量数据处理系统

沥青最佳用量是提高公路路面质量的前提之一。本研究的目的是开发出一个数据处理系统，它建立在最小二乘法基础上，能对热拌沥青混合料的马歇尔试验数据进行自动处理，得出最佳沥青用量OAC1和OAC2，并自动生成试验报告，便于施工现场管理。     

具有碎石基层的半刚性沥青混凝土路面的非线性有限元分析

在充分考虑碎石基层非线性(弹塑性)特性的基础上，采用非线性有限元法分析了吉林通化试验路3种路面结构面层底面及半刚性基层底面弯拉应力的变化规律，并对通化试验路2种具有碎石基层半刚性沥青混凝土路面结构的沥青混凝土面层的抗疲劳寿命进行了预估。

公路交通可持续发展评价指标及评价方法研究

根据公路交通可持续发展评价的内容和特点,从公路交通可持续发展水平、发展能力、发展协调性3个方面建立了评价指标体系;提出了指标属性值和无量纲化的计算方法;应用模糊识别原理,结合AHP权重确定方法,依据公路交通可持续发展目标(级别划分)的实现程度,提出公路交通可持续发展的多级模糊识别综合评价模型;其评价方法和模型,反映了公路交通可持续发展的内涵,对区域公路交通可持续发展评价有借鉴作用。最后,进行了实证研究。     

区域多机场系统辐射域竞争均衡模型研究

辐射域竞争与协同态势,体现了多机场系统内各机场的竞争力。本文基于Lotka-Volterra模型对区域多机场系统内的交叉腹地进行竞争均衡研究,以机场综合实力为影响因子,选择各机场在交叉腹地的市场份额为因变量,求解两机场间的竞争稳定状态及满足条件。以长三角机场群内南京禄口机场、杭州萧山机场的腹地交叉区域为例,对其进行数值仿真。结果表明,当两机场间的综合实力比值均大于腹地交叉区域旅客对相应机场的需求量时,两机场将实现各自在辐射域交叉部分的竞争均衡。这为机场提升自身在区域多机场系统内的竞争力提供了一种理论分析方法。     

Effect of interference fits on the fatigue lives of bolted composite joints

The effect of interference fits on the fatigue lives of bolted composite joints is investigated by conducting mechanical tests. Static and fatigue tests are carried out on specimens made of carbon-bismaleimide composites joined together as double-lap single-bolt joints. The bolts having interference fits ranging of 0 (neat fit), 0.5%, 0.75% and 1% are performed. The results demonstrate the relationship between fatigue life and different values of interference fits. After the fatigue tests, non-destructive evaluation (NDE) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) are used to observe the damage of the surrender and surface of the hole. The test results show that the interference fitted specimens have improved fatigue life compared to the neat fitted specimen. The NDE and SEM results reveal that the damage degree of interference fitted specimen is weaker than that for the neat fitted one.     

Sensitivity analysis of parameters for multi-stand roll forming using a new booting model

Multi-stand roll forming is a process that has very complicated deformation behaviour and shows significant nonlinearity.In this paper, the sensitivity analysis of parameters for multi-stand roll forming was performed via a new booting finite element method(FEM) model.Compared with the most of simulation, the new model is more consistent with production process and can account for the effects of roll rotating speed.Based on the model, the process of an open section channel formed with 10 passes was simulated and the sensitivity analysis was conducted with orthogonal experiment design combined FEM model.The multi-stand roll forming process can be efficiently analyzed by the new booting model.And sensitivity analysis shows the hardening exponent plays an important role in controlling the quality of the products.     

将军品运输纳入航空军事运输保障体系的初步思考

分析了现行军品运输存在的主要问题和突出特点。提出了将批量小、时间紧、保密性强的军品运输纳入航空军事运输保障体系,由军交运输部门统一归口管理、统一组织实施,并研究提出了配套措施办法。为改革创新军品运输保障模式、完善军品运输保障体系提供参考。     

液化天然气船的船岸兼容性研究

液化天然气运输船和液化天然气终端兼容性是液化天然气船舶终端准入程序的重要组成部分,是船舶和终端海事安全管理的重要课题之一。船岸兼容性研究包括航行兼容性、靠泊兼容性、装卸料臂兼容性、储存能力兼容性和人员进入兼容性等方面。船岸兼容为船舶进出港、靠泊和货物装卸等作业提供必要的安全保障。只有通过了船岸兼容性研究,LNG船才能获准靠泊LNG终端进行作业。
