从分析以往的公路三级自然区划的研究原理和思路出发,总结、归纳、探讨性地提出公路三级自然区划新的框架体系:原则,标志性体系的建立,方法的选用以及基于新方法GIS技术的应用。新框架体系的应用研究为以后的相关人员进行公路三级自然区划提供参考和依据。     

云中山隧道从横洞增辟工作面施工技术探析

云中山隧道进口段右线围岩变化频繁,开工后工程进度一直呈滞后状态.为此,工程单位决定从横洞增辟工作面的隧道开挖,其施工安排、出渣作业、通风、排水等均与普通隧道不尽相同,对此进行探析可供类似工程参考.     

Navigation of foreign vessels within China's jurisdictional waters

From ancient times, navigation at sea has been an essential channel of communication and transport among nations. The emergence and development of the law of the sea itself rested with the navigation at sea. The principle of the freedom of the seas has been universally recognized as one of the fundamental principles in international law and practiced by States since the late 18th century. However, with the expansion of national jurisdiction over sea areas, the freedom of navigation has been challenged and navigational rights of foreign vessels are subject to the laws and regulations of coastal States. China, as a big maritime country, has formulated a set of rules and regulations governing navigation of foreign vessels within China's jurisdictional waters. This article attempts to review and assess China's legislation and practice in this respect in the context of international law of the sea.

对天桥的人致共振机理进行研究,建立了天桥人致振动的分析评价方法及评价指标。同时,结合典型的工程实例进行人行天桥的人致振动性能分析及评价。研究成果为我国天桥的人致振动性能评价提供一套切实可行的方法,可广泛用于新建及既有大跨人行天桥人致振动性能评价。     

Joint user and antenna selection for multiuser MIMO downlink with block diagonalization

User selection is necessary for multiuser multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) downlink systems with block diagonalization (BD) due to the limited free spatial transmit dimensions. The pure user selection algorithms can be improved by performing receive antenna selection (RAS) to increase sum rate. In this paper, a joint user and antenna selection algorithm, which performs user selection for sum rate maximization in the first stage and then performs antenna selection in the second stage, is proposed. The antenna selection process alternately drops one antenna with the poorest channel quality based on maximum determinant ranking (MDR) from the users selected during the first stage and activates one antenna with the maximum norm of projected channel from the remaining users. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm significantly outperforms the algorithm only performing user selection as well as the algorithm combining user selection with MDR receive antenna selection in terms of sum rate.

为了对大型舰艇编队通信指挥决策方案的效能进行评估,建立了一套通信指挥决策方案效能评估的指标体系,采用基于层次分析和模糊综合评判的方法对大型舰艇编队通信指挥决策方案的效能进行了评估.分析结果表明,该指标体系和评估方法能够快速直观地反映通信指挥决策方案在某一任务环境下的综合效能并对多个方案进行优选.     

浅谈上承式系杆拱桥的施工控制

横五路蒿东河桥为跨径95m的上承式钢筋混凝土系杆拱,采用支架现浇施工。为确保施工安全及成桥后的线形满足要求,根据实际施工步骤进行各阶段计算分析。施工过程中采取自适应控制方法,对施工中各个工况采取监控,结果表明,桥梁成桥时达到设计线形和应力状态,满足设计要求。     

适用于高速铁路的计算机联锁测试平台设计

因高速铁路和客运专线的建设需要,计算机联锁系统增加了新的控制功能和外部接口,如正线车站的点灯和灭灯功能,以及与列控系统的安全通信接口等。计算机联锁的新增功能和通信接口直接影响着整个系统的安全性和可靠性。因此,研究科学的、全面的测试方法,设计适合高速铁路的计算机联锁测试平台,对提高计算机联锁系统的安全性、可靠性具有重要的意义。重点对测试平台的结构、测试案例、测试方法等进行了叙述。     

浅谈公路环评解译工作中遥感影像的选择

对目前公路环评解译工作中常用的TM、SPOT5、QUICK BIRD等影像在分辨率、波谱特征和经济性等方面进行了对比,得知TM影像在分辨率、波谱特性、价格方面均满足公路环评工作的需要,是适合公路环评工作的卫星影像。并以神池至河曲高速公路所在地区的TM影像为例,运用Chavezetal提出的最佳指数法得到了该区域解译的最优波段组合。     

基于ADVISOR二次开发的混合动力越野车仿真分析

针对混合动力越野车性能仿真需求,考虑到ADVISOR不能提供变化路面条件和不同环境条件下的仿真分析,对ADVISOR进行了二次开发。通过修改ADVISOR中整车模型、车轮模型和部件模型,增加滚动阻力系数模型、车轮滑转率与附着系数模型和蓄电池温度模型,建立了串联式混合动力越野车仿真系统。对某在研国产串联式混合动力越野车的整车性能进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,不同的路面条件和环境条件对混合动力车的各种性能有较大影响。
