浅谈高速公路养护管理体制的发展方向

结合京张高速公路现行的养护管理机制，以及我国高速公路养护管理市场的发展现状，明确提出了自己对高速公路养护管理体制发展方向的观点：为适应高速公路发展和特性的需要，在建立一支属于高速公路自已的小型专业化养护队伍的同时，将各条高速公路的大、中修养护工程市场化、专业化。     

利用有限元法解决柴油机轴系振动的方法

有限元法是基于建立起来的数字模型,用现代数学方法求出有关微分方程定解问题的解,并对计算结果进行加工和解释.阐述利用有限元法求解振动问题的基本思想,以及利用有限元法求解振动问题的解算步骤,为求解诸如柴油机轴系扭转振动、纵向振动和横向振动问题提供方便.     

编码表皮生长因子受体Ⅲ型突变体PEP-3表位的cDNA的克隆

目的克隆出针对表皮生长因子受体Ⅲ型突变体(EGFRvⅢ)PEP-3表位的cDNA片段,为高表达EGFRvⅢ肿瘤的免疫治疗奠定基础。方法根据PEP-3的碱基序列设计出有12对互补碱基的正负引物,正负引物互为模板进行PCR扩增,制备出两端含酶切位点的PEP-3 cDNA片段,再将扩增的PCR产物亚克隆于载体pGEM-T Easy构建重组质粒pGEM-T Easy/PEP-3。结果经限制性内切酶酶切鉴定和DNA测序证实,编码PEP-3的cDNA片段被成功扩增并亚克隆于载体pGEM-T Easy中。结论成功克隆了编码表皮生长因子受体Ⅲ型突变体PEP-3表位的cDNA片段。

Stability Analysis of Uncertain Discrete Time-Delay Control Systems

Based on Lyapunov stability theory, a less conservative sufficient condilions for the stabih＇lies of uncertain discrete delayindependent and delay-dependent control systems are obtained by using the linear matrix inequality （LMI） approach. Judgement of the stability of time-delay systems is transformed to judgement of the feasible solution of an LMI, and hence is solved by use of MATLAB. Numerical simulations verify the validity of the proposed method.     

Target priority determination methods by interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets with unknown attribute weights

The paper aims at the problem of multi-targets threat degree being hard to be evaluated accurately in complex air defense battlefield environments. Combined with multi-sensors information fusion and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFS) theories, the target priority determination is studied. The score and accuracy functions of IVIFS are improved with thinking about the hesitating information in order to increase the rationality. Then, the influence factors of target priority and the nonlinear relationship between the influence factors and target priority are analyzed. Next, the algorithms for calculating the factor weights and sensor weights are given. Based on the theory of IVIFS and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS), two methods of target priority determination based on the IVIFS and TOPSIS are proposed. At last, an application example verifies the effectiveness and flexibility of the proposed algorithms.
