基于线阵CCD的管径智能测量系统

文中介绍了一种基于线阵CCD的管径智能化测量系统,该系统将4个激光光源、4路CCD安装在一个密闭的空间,具有很强的抗杂光、粉尘等环境干扰的能力及较宽的测量范围,可实现外径为300-1450 mm钢管的外径测量。生产现场测量结果表明：该系统具有测量精度高、稳定性好、效率高、易于操作等特点,并克服了常规手工测量方法在测量大口径管子时表现出测量工具过大过重,操作不便等缺点,可广泛应用于各种管材的在线质量控制及反馈分析。     

Stochastic Fatigue Life and Reliability Prediction Based on Residual Strength

A randomized approach is developed to solve a deterministic equation. The method uses random deterministic approach to achieve the fatigue life based on residual strength and S-N curve. We propose a oneto-one transformation method to deduce the distribution of fatigue life from the residual strength. The proposed method is simple and effective, and can be used for fatigue life prediction. An example is given to illustrate how the method works.     

Reliability Analysis of Filtering Reducers Considering Temperature Correction and Shock Load of Space

Owing to some excellent properties (such as large transmission ratio, high reliability, high precision, large stiffness, small volume and long service life), filtering reducers are suitable for occasions with high requirements (e.g. space equipment). However, the tough working condition in space (including frequent changes of temperature, and large temperature difference combined with shock loads) may significantly affect the reliability. In this paper, the expressions of the minimal and maximal instantaneous transmission ratios (ITRs) considering temperature correction are developed. The minimal and maximal ITRs from simulation are used to verify the accuracy. Moreover, the reliability of a filtering reducer under different temperatures and the shock load are calculated, respectively. The research is beneficial to the design of spacecraft mechanism.
