风场中轨道吊结构流体动力学仿真初探

基于《起重机设计规范》中的结构风载荷计算方法及计算流体动力学理论,运用有限元软件AN-SYS/CFX,对轨道吊结构进行风载荷计算,为风场中结构的真实承载计算提供了可行的方法,所获得的风场流动矢量及结构表面压强梯度计算结果,可为新产品研发提供一定的参考依据。     

岸电接地电阻仿真研究

本文根据建筑物接地时常用基础接地极方式减小接地电阻的经验,提出岸电接地装置接地极可以采用基础接地极方式。对基础接地极电阻进行ANSYS仿真计算,通过与垂直接地极电阻理论计算结果相对比,确定基础接地方式的可用性,并得到了码头接地装置和船壳之间不需要连接导体的结论。该研究将对码头接地装置接地极设计提供理论依据,为岸电系统运行安全性提供了保证。     

基于混合迭代法的二维水翼空泡性能分析(英文)

In order to study cavitation characteristics of a 2-D hydrofoil, the method that combines nonlinear cavitation model and mixed-iteration is used to predict and analyze the cavitation performance of hydrofoils. The cavitation elements are nonlinearly disposed based on the Green formula and perturbation potential panel method. At the same time, the method that combines cavity shape for fixed cavity length (CSCL) iteration and cavity shape for fixed cavitation number (CSCN) iteration is used to work out the thickness and length of hydrofoil cavitations. Through analysis of calculation results, it can be concluded that the jump of pressure and velocity potentially exist between cavitation end area and non-cavitations area on suction surface when cavitation occurs on hydrofoil. In certain angles of attack, the cavitation number has a negative impact on the length of cavitations. And under the same angle of attack and cavitation number, the bigger the thickness of the hydrofoil, the shorter the cavitations length.     

离子交换树脂法对醋酸吸附过程的研究

采用离子交换树脂吸附醋酸溶液,通过树脂选型确定大孔弱碱性阴离子交换树脂D301G.该树脂膨胀收缩性小,对醋酸吸附容量较大.利用树脂D301G对醋酸含量质量分数为1.2%左右进行了吸附工艺优化研究,考察了环境温度、流速和树脂装柱量等因素对吸附过程的影响,得到最佳实验结果:温度为25～35℃,流速为2 mL/min,树脂层高度不超过60 cm,吸附率达98.13%.树脂再生结果表明,D301G重现性较好,性能降低了13.28%.     

汽车滚装码头业务流程仿真及流程再造研究

汽车滚装是汽车物流的重要形式.我国汽车滚装发展迅猛,但其业务流程较为传统,服务水平难以适应现代物流需求.在调研汽车滚装码头的基础上,对业务流程进行分析.通过仿真建模方法找出流程的瓶颈,提出改进措施,进行业务流程优化,并对再造后的流程进行分析,证明了流程改进的合理性.     

复合人行道板上人体跌落的动力有限元分析

水泥混凝土道面材料刚度大,人体跌落其上有潜在危险.应用动力有限元程序建立了包括刚柔复合结构以及人体的三维有限元模型,分析了加铺橡胶板材水泥混凝土道面的冲击性能.根据分析模型中各对象的材料特性与分析目的确定材料模型假设,路面结构采用线弹性材料模型、橡胶板材采用Mooney-Rivlin材料模型假定、人体采用双线性硬化材料模型.人体跌落冲击的仿真结果表明人体在与路面冲击碰撞后回弹位移很小,说明材料模型假定及整个仿真分析可以合理地模拟实际的冲击过程.通过冲击时间、人体的冲击加速度及应力的对比,表明在水泥混凝土人行道面上加铺橡胶板材对于保护行人安全有明显作用.     

Model and simulation of a new ultra-narrow trigger frequency alterable pulse generator

Two new kinds of ultra-narrow trigger frequency alterable picosecond pulse generator are presented. One can produce positive pulses and the other can produce negative pulses. The two pulse generators are subdivided into three parts: signal driving circuit, differentiator network and pulse shaping circuit. The pulse shaping circuit is made of step recovery diode (SRD) and short-circuit microstrip line. A positive pulse with width of 54 ps (50%–50%), rising time of 30 ps (10%–90%) and falling time of 32 ps (90%–10%), and a negative pulse with width of 54 ps (50%–50%), rising time of 30 ps (90%–10%) and falling time of 30 ps (10%–90%) are achieved in simulation. All of the components are ready-made and inexpensive. They can be applied in ultra-wideband (UWB) communication system, such as transmitters and receivers.     

优化涂装工艺,降低涂装成本

通过对汽车涂装主要成本组成部分的分析,从制订和改进涂装工艺的角度阐述了几种降低涂装成本的思路,并引申了其他可以降低成本的工位或材料。     

基于NVH性能的电动汽车车身模态匹配与优化

分析电动汽车的各振动源,采用模态匹配策略和流程,制定模态频率规划表,在整车NVH虚拟设计平台上,对车身各部件的模态参数进行灵敏度分析和参数优化,得到较好效果。     

浅析道路拓宽改造工程设计

结合天津滨海新区汉蔡路拓宽改造工程的设计实践,根据现状道路存在的问题确定改建方案,进而阐述了道路拓宽改造中路线、路基、路面的各自特点和应注意的事项.
