连云港海棠路下穿铁路立交桥设计

某桥位于软土地区,下穿多股道铁路,采用顶进施工,钢便梁架空线路进行防护,线间人工挖孔灌注桩基础,设计项进工作坑时,利用旋喷桩及灌注桩相结合的方式对基坑进行围护,保证基坑在稳定性及侧向位移等方面的安全要求,该桥设计可为类似工程提供参考。     

基于NMEA2000协议的船舶集成网络系统研究

随着船舶自动化程度中不断提高和计算机网络技术的快速发展,船舶自动化系统正在向船舶信息集成化方向发展.文中引入NMEA2000协议标准,分析了协议的网络特征和分层结构,提出船舶集成网络系统的三层结构,即设备网络、以太网及无线通信网,阐述了网络系统的拓扑结构、功能及设备组成.基于NMEA2000协议的船舶集成网络系统是船舶的信息基础设施,将为各种船载电子设备及应用系统提供全面的信息交换环境.     

Qt/Embedded串口类的设计及应用

针对Qt/Embedded类中没有提供串口基础类的现状,研究了Qt/Embedded与串口信息交互的方法,并给出了Qt/Embedded串口类的实现及Qt/Embedded串口类在工业控制中的应用实例。     

Effects of Panax notoginseng saponins on hydrogen peroxide-induced apoptosis in cultured rabbit bone marrow stromal cells

Objective To investigate the effects of Panax notoginseng saponins (PNS) on hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)-induced apoptosis in cultured rabbit bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs). Methods BMSCs from 3-month-old New Zealand rabbits were isolated and cultured by the density gradient centrifugation combined with adherent method. The cultured BMSCs were divided into three groups: normal control, H2O2 treatment (100μmol/L), and PNS pretreatment (0.1g/L). Intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels as the index of oxidative stress were measured by using 2'7'-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate. Flow cytometry was used to observe the apoptosis of BMSCs by staining with annexinV-FITC/PI. The protein expression of Bax in BMSCs was analyzed by Western blotting. Activity of caspase-3 enzyme was measured by spectrofluorometry. Results Pretreatment with PNS significantly decreased intracellular ROS level induced by H2O2 (P<0.01). PNS markedly attenuated H2O2-induced apoptosis rate from 38.68% to 19.24%(P<0.01). PNS reversed H2O2-induced augmentation of Bax expression. Furthermore, PNS markedly reduced the altered in activity of caspase-3 enzyme induced by H2O2(P<0.01). Conclusion PNS has a protective effect on hydrogen peroxide-induced apoptosis in cultured rabbit BMSCs by scavenging ROS and decreasing Bax expression and caspase-3 activity.     

基于细胞自动机方法的车行运动模型及信号灯控制策略研究

采用细胞自动机方法研究了在单向道路上行驶的2辆不同性能(加速度能力、最大速度等)车辆的运动状态和相互关系,以及性能参数对行驶状态的影响.讨论了在设置路口和信号灯的情况下,不同信号灯控制策略(信号灯的时间周期及绿信比)对车辆运动状态的影响.细胞自动机方法通过JAVA编程进行数值模拟,得到车辆行驶时间-位置之间的关系,结果与预期相同.该模型退化为匀速运动状态情形时,所得结果与近期文献的结果相一致,也证明了文中所用方法的可靠性和合理性.     

盐度对Sasobit温拌沥青胶结料性能影响分析

Sasobit温拌排水沥青路面以其良好的环境效益和使用效果而受到越来越多的关注,但试验表明其低温和疲劳性能指标有所下降。为了提高其性能指标,采用掺加不同剂量（1%,3%,5%,7%）食盐于Sasobit高粘沥青中,通过室内试验模拟沥青路面使用过程中沥青的短、长期老化,并进行相应的流变性质试验、弯曲蠕变劲度试验以及布氏旋转粘度试验,试验结果表明：相比较原样髙粘沥青,Sasobit高粘沥青的车辙因子有较大幅度的提升,蠕变劲度有所下降;添加食盐的Sasobit高粘沥青的车辙因子略有降低,但蠕变劲度和疲劳因子随食盐掺加量的增加有先减后增的趋势;进一步的粘温曲线图表明最佳的食盐用量为沥青质量的5%。     

双柱式桥墩刚度对桥梁地震响应分析

为研究桥墩刚度对高墩桥梁抗震性能的影响,以带溪高架桥为研究背景,利用midas-civil选波工具选取合适地震波,建立了一致激励地震作用下的连续梁桥,并考虑P-Δ效应和非线性的影响,分析桥墩高度、桥墩截面尺寸及形式对桥梁抗震影响。通过改变墩径（墩径由1.2 m变化至2.4 m）抗震分析表明双柱墩直径对墩顶位移影响效果并不明显,墩径过大会导致桥墩内力较大;对不同墩高（墩高由20 m变化至50 m）地震响应分析表明墩高对墩顶位移起到控制作用,但墩高变化对桥墩所受轴力影响不大;由于P-Δ效应和约束影响,全桥为中间高墩、两边矮墩时具有较小的地震响应;在墩高为30 m情况下,相对于薄壁墩和实体墩,双柱式墩具有较好的抗震性能。     

Feature extraction and modeling of welding quality monitoring in pulsed gas touch argon welding based on arc voltage signal

Arc sensing plays a significant role in the control and monitoring of welding quality for aluminum alloy pulsed gas touch argon welding （GTAW）. A method for online quality monitoring based on adaptive boosting algorithm is proposed through the analysis of acquired arc voltage signal. Two feature extraction algorithms were developed in time domain and frequency domain respectively to extract six statistic characteristic parameters before removing the pulse interference using the wavelet packet transform （WPT）, based on which the Adaboost classification model is successfully established to evaluate and classify the welding quality into two classes and the classified accuracy of the model is as high as 98.81%. The Adaboost algorithm has been verified to be feasible in the online evaluation of welding quality.     

Behavior-consistent service substitutions in dynamic environments

In this paper, a novel approach for service substitutions based on the service type in terms of its interface type and behavior semantics is proposed. In order to analyze and verify behavior-consistent service substitutions in dynamic environments, we first present a formal language to describe services from control-flow perspective, then introduce a type and effect system to infer conservative approximations of all possible behaviors of these services. The service behaviors are represented by concurrent behavior expressions （CBEs）. Built upon the interpretation of CBEs, behavior-consistent service substitutions are defined and analyzed by subtyping technology. The correctness of the analysis approach is guaranteed by type safety theorem, which is mechanically proved in the Coq proof assistant. Finally, applications in web services show that our method is effective and feasible.     

县域农业信息服务实证研究

以竹山为例,从农业信息服务的受体和供体2个角度,通过调查走访、问卷分析、座谈等方式了解当前农民以及信息服务机构的现状,对农民信息来源的渠道、需求、整体认知以及农业服务机构实施信息服务的途径、效果、服务人员素质等方面进行了实证分析。根据目前存在的问题,提出了构建先进、高效的农业信息服务体系的思路,包括渠道建设、内容建设、公益性信息服务平台建设及经营性服务机制建设,促进县域特别是经济不发达地区农业信息服务发展。
