水下机器人动力定位模糊逻辑控制的虚拟现实仿真（英文）

In this paper, graphical-user-interface(GUI) software for simulation and fuzzy-logic control of a remotely operated vehicle(ROV) using MATLAB TM GUI Designing Environment is proposed. The proposed ROV’s GUI platform allows the controller such as fuzzy-logic control systems design to be compared with other controllers such as proportional-integral-derivative(PID) and sliding-mode controller(SMC) systematically and interactively. External disturbance such as sea current can be added to improve the modelling in actual underwater environment. The simulated results showed the position responses of the fuzzy-logic control exhibit reasonable performance under the sea current disturbance.     

带落角约束的变结构三维末制导律设计

分析导弹与目标水面舰艇之间三维空间的相对运动特性,并在此基础上进行带落角约束的变结构制导律设计。该制导律设计中,针对一次设计时切换面导数形式过于复杂的情况,作出变换进行二次设计,极大地简化模型;另外,由于目标信息难以获取,故将其视为扰动;最后通过数值仿真验证了所设计制导律的可行性和有效性,具有一定的工程应用价值。     

基于改进TRL校准算法的二极管参数测量

加载二极管的频率选择表面和能量选择表面(以下统称"自激励表面")具有自适应的防护特征,能够防护强电磁攻击。二极管本身参数的测量是自激励表面设计中重要的环节,准确测得二极管特征参数对于设计出满足需求的防护表面至关重要。介绍传统去嵌入法,针对传统去嵌入法存在校准件制作精度要求高、相位延时有范围的缺点,改进了用于二极管参数测量的去嵌入算法;测量几种不同PIN型号的二极管,通过对比PIN参数手册与测试结果,验证了测试方法的有效性。     

藻菌共生体系对镇江市金山湖湖水的异位修复模拟研究

根据镇江市金山湖湖水的水质配制了模拟湖水,考察了小球藻、栅藻、铜绿微囊藻和聚球藻对模拟湖水中总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)和化学需氧量(COD)的去除效果,筛选出小球藻作为优势藻种.文中研究了小球藻的初始密度对模拟湖水中TN、TP和COD去除效果的影响.结果表明:小球藻初始密度为5×106个/m L时对TN、TP和COD的去除效果相对较好,在72 h内去除率分别可达55.1%,96.2%和55%.文中还对藻菌共生体系修复模拟湖水的效果进行了研究,确定了最佳藻菌体积比为1∶2时,TN,TP和COD的去除率分别达到62.4%,97.2%和96.2%.结果表明:藻菌共生体系可有效地对富营养化湖水进行异位修复.     

基于理念更新的城市公共交通优先发展制度框架

破除发展理念误区与分歧、提升理念认识深度是加快推进中国城市公共交通优先(以下简称"公交优先")发展制度建设的首要任务。首先从公民权利和城市发展两方面总结了国际城市公交优先理念的基本内涵,并结合基本国情归纳了对中国城市公交优先理念的基本认识。接着,分析了国际城市公交优先不同制度与措施的战略出发点与实施效果,将公交优先理念划分为需求引导、品质吸引与效率提升三个层次。然后针对现状中国制度建设推进面临的问题,从核心价值、制度安排、工具与技术、绩效评价四个层次对城市公交优先发展的制度框架进行设计,提出制度建设在不同层面与不同阶段的任务、重点以及相关措施、建议。     

Examining the influence of firm performance on business risk-taking and the mediation effect of scale of operations in the container terminal industry

Container shipping and its related service sectors help accelerate globalization of the world economy. This industry has been experiencing rapid growth, prompting container terminal operators to increase their handling capacity in response. Providing container terminal services requires substantial capital investment in physical assets such as cargo handling facilities and information systems. On the other hand, operating container terminals is a long-term investment that typically spans several business cycles. Hence prudent asset management using appropriate tools is critical for container terminal operators to sustain their businesses. Generally, due to risk-adverseness, investors are unwilling to take more risk in their investment unless they can reap a higher return. Contrary to this argument, this study finds no direct influence of better firm performance as a proxy of higher return on business risk-taking by container terminal operators. Instead, scale of operations is positively associated with business risk-taking, suggesting that container terminal operators with a larger scale of operations are willing to take more business risk.     

Modeling and control of the pulley buffer system of arresting cable for shipboard aircraft based on magneto-rheological fluid

Taking the MK7-3 of USA hydraulic buffer arresting device as the research subject, the dynamical model for the shipboard aircraft arresting system is established, and the magneto-rheological (MR) damper is applied to pulley shock absorbers for shipboard aircraft block system. Due to the effect of the MR damper has not been known completely and so far MR damper model has not been defined, we use a set of characteristic test of the MR damper, through the process of parameters identification, to establish the dynamical model for the MR damper based on the Bingham plastic model. Then, the fuzzy control rules are designed, the buffer control for the pulley buffer of shipboard aircrafts is completed in touchdown moment based on MR technology. Compared with blocking device of hydraulic pulley buffer in the same condition, the simulations results show that the proposed MR pulley buffer can effectively recognize the impact energy for shipboard block system and reduce the pull peak of arresting cable. It improves significantly safety during landing of the air vehicles and lowers the risk of accidents.     

对加快我军航空运输装备建设发展的若干思考

分析了我军当前航空战略投送装备存在的主要问题,在借鉴美军先进经验的基础上,提出了加强我军军用运输机（运输直升机）等航空战略投送装备建设发展的对策建议,例如尽快生产并配备大型运输机、发展超大型战略运输机及直升机、升级改造现有中型运输机和开展新型多用途飞机预研,对于有效增强我军战略投送能力具有重要意义。     

自行车在城市交通中的定位

自行车交通具有方便、快捷、无污染的优点,但也存在不少问题,应认真研究其特点及其对城市交通的影响,以便对自行车交通进行科学合理的规划和引导,明确自行车在城市交通中的定位及发展方向。
